    Dear @VodafoneAU, thank you for deciding to increase the cost of my contracted monthly plan (without my consent) by saying 'hey look at us giving you extra data', when I don't come close to using the data I have, & your service is so poor I couldn't if I wanted to. Go you! šŸ™„šŸ™„

    @VodafoneAU I don't know what is happening with vodafone but this month they have made me have the worst customer experience ever, I have never been through so much crap that I srill haven't sorted, your calling automation is horrible and your customer support is useless šŸ¤®šŸ¤Æ
