Vodafone Australia Issues Reports Near Burwood, State of Victoria

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Burwood and nearby locations:

  • BaethanEnergy Baethan Mullen (@BaethanEnergy) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra That I (and every other Telstra customer at the game) experiences congestion is self evident. My question was why the so-called “premium” network seems to have the worst experience of this. Other networks (@Optus and even @VodafoneAU) are more useable at these events.

  • lovyuloads Sandesh (@lovyuloads) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@VodafoneAU claims to have the best 4G network within & around the Melbourne CBD. Probably the best shittiest. Took me hours to load a page on Facebook. 😒

  • iDineshRoy Dinesh Kumar Roy (@iDineshRoy) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

    @VodafoneAU Internet is not working!

  • josherbs josh (@josherbs) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@VodafoneAU just wondering if there is network issue in 3013 I’ve got full signal but 4G has extremely high latency and slow speeds.

  • notMattyMac Matty Mac | sG (@notMattyMac) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@VodafoneAU Experiencing some service issues today, can't see any planned outages and yes, I've turned it off and on again 😅 Victoria, 3178 area

  • Sbarry86 Shaun (@Sbarry86) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@jbugs14 @NBN_Australia @VodafoneAU I am with Vodafone for my mobile. I don’t like them and the service isn’t good and they are just shit. Home internet with Telstra and gog fully converted to NBN so far so good

  • IAmPaulHarrison Dr Paul Harrison (@IAmPaulHarrison) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Although my understanding is that’s it’s an NBN outage, not a @VodafoneAU outage. So there’s not a lot they can do other than tell me there’s an outage. Which they did. Now back to my original request...

  • PeterKatsa katsa (@PeterKatsa) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@7Cricket @VodafoneAU @bowlologist @bradhodge007 What a waste Melanie! You’re better than this stupid game. It’s like being the host of “Its a Knockout”

  • jono_hayward Obi-Wan Gaynobi 🔜 #PAXAus (@jono_hayward) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@mrgnarchr @VodafoneAU I doubt they would. Sounds like something customer support would say to appease angry customers. The truly sad part is they probably have plenty who would demand someone get fired over it.

  • Horror1403 Peter Horovitz (@Horror1403) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@VodafoneAU Don’t worry. It’s my phone. Not your network

  • muhammadjurial Muhammad Jurial (@muhammadjurial) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

I have reported to @BelongAU service issue in porting my number from @VodafoneAU as I am not getting calls from Landline numbers but still no update on that, not sure where to escalate further. Last resort will be #TIO

  • lovyuloads Sandesh (@lovyuloads) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@skybus_aus has probably got the shittiest free WiFi. You guys might need to think over providing a decent service for your customers at all times. Also, @VodafoneAU leading the race among the worst WiFi providers in Australia. #WiFi

  • cpjones44 Chris Jones (@cpjones44) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

It's sad to experience poor customer service. This year's award goes to Christian at @VodafoneAU Chadstone.

  • Horror1403 Peter Horovitz (@Horror1403) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Is anyone in #Australia having problems on the @VodafoneAU network

  • miss_moo 💧Miss Moo (@miss_moo) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Any reason why @VodafoneAU 4G is so slow tonight other than that it’s a day ending with Y

  • PaulMaric Paul Maric (@PaulMaric) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@glipschitz @trevorlong @Telstra @VodafoneAU That’s the problem. I’m occasionally in the middle of nowhere and need to be available for calls and data. If I didn’t have that work requirement I wouldn’t bother.

  • xander85 365 | KatyCat Grant 👁 WTT AU💍NZ (@xander85) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

    @OzGoofyPrincess @lilithia @VodafoneAU It’s like they don’t want your money. How stupid

  • Horror1403 Peter Horovitz (@Horror1403) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@VodafoneAU is there a network problem. Can’t make calls. SOS only

  • Sbarry86 Shaun (@Sbarry86) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@jbugs14 @NBN_Australia @VodafoneAU Well then that’s poor service by NBN

  • douglasmaciente Douglas Maciente (@douglasmaciente) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@VodafoneAU I’ve charged my pre paid plan today and the internet is not working. I’ve trying to fix it for more than 1 hours in the chat and it was unsuccessful, and the chat became instantly offline

Vodafone Australia Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • ultimablackmage Jean-Paul Bartolomei (@ultimablackmage) reported

Thanks to @Optus & their ongoing "upgrade" to my tower, killing my @VodafoneAU mobile service on top of my 5G Home Broadband... I found out my sister spent an hour trying to call me about a family death! I literally got a call AFTER leaving the cell tower covered area! 🤬

  • KieraFields4 Kiera (@KieraFields4) reported

    @VodafoneAU sort your network out

  • maralazo_ Mara 🦋 (@maralazo_) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@VodafoneAU it is my phone or is my 4G/5G not working?

  • NXT_Security Nxt Security (@NXT_Security) reported

@VodafoneAU Why is your network unusable at Aus F1, Albert Park? Absolutely ridiculous, it's in the main region of Melbourne.

  • MitchOates Mitch oates (@MitchOates) reported

@VodafoneAU is there an outage in Cronulla? No cell Coverage both phones, no 5g home internet either !!

  • JBStoyou Jacqui Baker-Stubbs (Jacqui George) (@JBStoyou) reported

Hey @VodafoneAU What was wrong with your service today? 5 devices on 3 different accounts all running Vodafone sims, yet we could not get any data service for hours at the @ausgrandprix. Luckily someone had a @Telstra wifi we could hit spot off. Will this continue all weekend?

  • AKtech2021 AK (@AKtech2021) reported

@TPG_Telecom/@VodafoneAU 5G network is the slowest in australia It should not be called 5G , maybe they should call it 4G+

  • ClachertySarah Sarah Clacherty (@ClachertySarah) reported

@VodafoneAU It’s a terrible practice. ‘It comes through in minutes’ is an excuse for poor security. Why do I need to go to a website, to get a link to log in. Why can’t I use an MFA app at least. My guess is that you don’t actually care about your customers data.

  • yozacrypto ELON’S DAD (@yozacrypto) reported

@VodafoneAU mate hurry tf up and sort the maintenance out in Dampier. I've been stuck with 3G for almost 48hrs. Get your **** together.

  • Traveltude1 Traveltude1 (@Traveltude1) reported

@VodafoneAU The issue seems to have been resolved
