    Hey @Kogan @VodafoneAU what is the issue that my NBN hasn’t worked for 5 days and now I’m being told I have to wait another 24hrs for someone to press the right button to get my connection back up and running #useless

    @VodafoneAU It shouldnt have never been used as credit though because I called up reguarding the issue on the 8th of February. You guys purposely forced me to wait a month so you could use it as credit instead of giving me a bank transfer as I requested.

    @VodafoneAU 'hey...We can give you a better @NBN_Australia deal: 'Come in, cancel current account & we'll rejoin you straight back up.& 2 hours in store....finally get new modem. 'plug & play' Another 45m on the phone...cos we now have no internet. & They have no clue when.

    Hi @VodafoneAU Is something wrong with your voicemail? I just went to delete the pest messages that were left on my service on the weekend and I cannot get into my messages. I can only change my greeting
