Christopher Anderson (@chriso_1376) reported from Melbourne, Victoria@VodafoneAU Because of a glitch in ur system. My handset wasn’t charged to my account in 2019 and now because this glitch has been fixed, your expecting me to pay this now? I don’t think that’s correct. Also, I put in a complaint and no one will call me back….sort it out!

Essendon FC - The Rebuild (@EFCRebuild) reported from Melbourne, Victoria@timrosen35 @Optus I disagree. Optus Mobile customer service is better than @VodafoneAU customer service 👍
-
Baethan Mullen (@BaethanEnergy) reported from Melbourne, Victoria@Telstra That I (and every other Telstra customer at the game) experiences congestion is self evident. My question was why the so-called “premium” network seems to have the worst experience of this. Other networks (@Optus and even @VodafoneAU) are more useable at these events.

Obi-Wan Gaynobi 🔜 #PAXAus (@jono_hayward) reported from Melbourne, Victoria@mrgnarchr @VodafoneAU I doubt they would. Sounds like something customer support would say to appease angry customers. The truly sad part is they probably have plenty who would demand someone get fired over it.

Agree Button Label (@drunkenmadman) reported from Melbourne, Victoria@swearyanthony @VodafoneAU @NSWSES Pretty sure I had a cert error using Vodafone via tethering on Thursday or Friday. In Melbs, naturally. Not an issue now but could suggest they’re rolling out certs around the country?
-
Ed Zhao (@edzhao_com) reported from Melbourne, Victoria@VodafoneAU terrible! Bought nbn in late April. Still no FTTC box after three weeks! After enduring hours of waiting on the phone, the kid could only say “it’s pending” then cut off! This is really quite ridiculous!

-
Paul Maric (@PaulMaric) reported from Melbourne, Victoria@glipschitz @trevorlong @Telstra @VodafoneAU That’s the problem. I’m occasionally in the middle of nowhere and need to be available for calls and data. If I didn’t have that work requirement I wouldn’t bother.

Sarah (@Saritabegood) reported@VodafoneAU part 2. Vodafone cancelled my number. Spoke to multiple customer service team members, saying that the account was deleted by accident and I did have credit in the account. (Confirmed by visa) I mentioned I couldn’t login. Gave them my Spanish contact number.

-
JoshAtticus (@joshatticus) reported@VodafoneAU has banned all minors from accessing their accounts, with no way to contact them or cancel your service. With their "new login" system, it asks for a date of birth, and if you're under 18, you can't access your account at all.
-
Al Canavan (@barefootgreek) reported@VodafoneAU what is happening with your app? I have not been able to sign in for days. It just says technical issues. When is this fling to be fixed?
-
Sarah Clacherty (@ClachertySarah) reported@VodafoneAU It’s a terrible practice. ‘It comes through in minutes’ is an excuse for poor security. Why do I need to go to a website, to get a link to log in. Why can’t I use an MFA app at least. My guess is that you don’t actually care about your customers data.
