It's their stuff up & now they won't allow me to get an upgrade until they work out the issue. Thanks for wasting my time and $$$

The phone battery swelled up and Vodafone is refusing to cover the cost $109 of repair. Seems like a break of Australian consumer law @checkouttv

My question was why the so-called “premium” network seems to have the worst experience of this. Other networks (@Optus and even @VodafoneAU) are more useable at these events.
