As soon as I connect to wifi when I got home from work, I conveniently received my Vodafone bill. Is there a way to receive a discount on that bill? Pretty poor form to be honest.

Not just with the mobile service constantly dropping out, I’ve tried to sign up for your NBN for months now, an appointment date was set, 4 hour window. No one turned up. Again. Pick your act up guys seriously!

I’d rather pay more with the strong competition than be constantly pulling my hair out.
