@vodafoneau - classic case of "it doesn't matter if you WFH we are going to conduct maintenance on our services during business hours" 4G backup doesn't work - maybe was just a selling points to keep up with Telstra... 4G hotspot from my phone is at speeds of around 0.1-0.2....

@VodafoneAU So that's 4 days longer than I was originally told. Also according to your link, there should be no issues with my phone data. Except my phone data is so poor now I can only use it in half of my house and even then it runs extremely slow.

@VodafoneAU I spend $160+ a month to ensure I can connect anywhere in my house so I can work and my son can maintain his sanity during this pandemic. What do you propose I do while your service isn't functioning as it should be?
