Adriano Sarafim 🗯 (@adriansarafim) reported from Melbourne, VictoriaI just would like to study, however @VodafoneAU doesn’t want to help with this task. Poorly connection, unstable in the past 1h. I’m worried if I’ll have problems during my presentation tomorrow morning 😤
-
Mick (@mikjcal) reported from Melbourne, Victoria@3bsBruce @SydGuy78 Process was simple as with @VodafoneAU - on the new iPhone just went to settings > mobile > add eSIM from nearby phone - took a few minutes😳😳 Surprised the others are having such a hard time. You’d think Telstra of all carriers given their size would have their **** together.
-

Darryl Anderson (@anvildarryl) reported@stationmum101 @soupercocky Introduce Mark and Col to each other, suggest that they start a consultancy for rural/remote landholders who @VodafoneAU says don’t exist, and watch them rake the money in. They could probably help you grow ****, too, since that’s usually the solution to everything.

Sarah Clacherty (@ClachertySarah) reported@VodafoneAU It’s a terrible practice. ‘It comes through in minutes’ is an excuse for poor security. Why do I need to go to a website, to get a link to log in. Why can’t I use an MFA app at least. My guess is that you don’t actually care about your customers data.
-
5star (@fumesniffer) reported@VodafoneAU This has been going on for hours now. Cannot login to multiple work or personal sites/functions due to 2 step authentication texts not being received. Any indication of how long we will not be able to send or receive SMS?
