    @VodafoneAU why do I have no 4 or 5g signal in Newtown 2042? Online support tried to tell me it was a network issue but my husbands phone is fine…..

    @VodafoneAU been chasing up a resolution on a support issue for over a week now. Somehow claiming I’ve used more data than I have. No updated for days but magically 16gb usage has showed up from 2 weeks ago that wasn’t there when I raised the issue. Wtf sort yourselves out

    @VodafoneAU enduring a kafkaesque circular virtual tour of your offshore call centres today and the treatment I received, both the original issue and my attempt to rectify it lead me to the conclusion to reward me for nearly 20 years loyalty you say f$&k you sucker Gross 🤮

    @fulltimelegendd @VodafoneAU I reset my network settings which seemed to help but I was also out all afternoon away from Newtown and had 4g no issue

    If @VodafoneAU actually were proactive in communicating outages as soon as they happened it would reduce the customer rage by 50%!!! But they’ve never actually been good at that imo.

    @VodafoneAU getting no network service for about 3 days now. Spoke to cutomer service, they said the network was down and they have had a lot of similar complaints. On Friday, told will be fixed by Saturday. Still no network on Sunday.
