    @VodafoneAU Why didn’t you notify customers this was going to happen? Are you aware that during a pandemic internet is important for working at home? How come you aren’t compensating customers in this area for a lack of service?

    Pretty upset with @VodafoneAU I upgraded my phone was told I was getting a ‘free’ case and charger. The case only protected the front screen so my camera lens is broken from being in my bag. And even with @Apple care I’m still out $150 when this is @VodafoneAU chermside’s fault

    @VodafoneAU It says the maintenance is being performed until the: 9th, 31st, 9th, 15th, 16th, 23rd, 8th, 7th and 8th of July. Your customer service technicians said it will continue until the 4th of august. Who do I believe? How is this clear cut?

    @VodafoneAU @MYGD_QLD never had a problem before, but after being with you for close to a decade you will not cover us for the amount needed to upgrade. We have fulfilled our 36 month contract and decided to take advantage of your $500 off handset offer.
