    @VodafoneAU Apparently charging me for a service you are not giving me works just fine. How long do I have to be without NBN for a mistake you made and how much time I have to waste in phone calls to the costumer service to get no solution.

    @VodafoneAU - Nobody in the retail shop, nor customer service can answer me a simple question, so I try it here: Is Vodafone planning on, to have the new Nokia devices in stock anytime soon, or will you stick to Samsung and iPhones only ? NZ has the new Nokia phones already.

    @VodafoneAU what is going on with your service near strathpine Brisbane, service has been down all night, home boardbrand and mobile connection is poor as well

    @VodafoneAU This is great news. Let's hope it extends to the areas I was in recently like Tahtra, Bermagui and parts of the Snowy mountains. I was actually hot spotting to my work phone so I could get service. Surely an announcement like this would have been emailed to customers however.

    @VodafoneAU what ******** vodafone you're store and phone online people told me my trade in credit would go in before my next bill now you take 1500 ******* dollars out. I'm extremely pissed and now have no money for the rest of the fortnight so who lied the store or your phone

    @VodafoneAU After explaining I didn't ask for that to happen and I shouldn't been told to pay more money for a mistake Vodafone staff made. They told me they were going to reconnect my NBN. 3 days after still not working. My monthly bill arrived yesterday. Full amount.

    hey @VodafoneAU - what’s the point of a call back service when your operator say ‘ I may get a call back in the next 24-48hrs’ .. great customer service after being charged a early exit fee on a month to month plan!!!

    @VodafoneAU Our nbn connection randomly dropped out a few hours ago and now the 4g backup lights on the modem don’t turn off even though there isn’t any outages. So we’re stuck with slow speeds
