@madebygoogle Team, I'm afraid not. Despite @VodafoneAU arranging a new SIM card, the phone still cycles through the network then drops out. It isn't the reception because turning flight mode on and off returns 4 or 5G. #pixel6 #pixel7 #NSWOmbudsman

  • lsd2ez_ Gozzy Brad (@lsd2ez_) reported

@VodafoneAU 4 days still cant logon to stupid app via sms or email link same result everytime can not show this page invalid link

@Mansell05 @VodafoneAU @Telstra Weird with me it's the opposite I have good connection with Telstra for my work phone and 0 for Vodafone at home and they said they can't do anything about it lol. Even in Sydney city most of the time the reception is so poor which is bizzare.

  • _JohnMcDermott John McDermott (@_JohnMcDermott) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Happened to me with @VodafoneAU They took over from Three, ruined the service, overcharged, lied. They were taken to court then begged their customers to return. Never again.

  • richie_ledge Richie Ledge 💩 (@richie_ledge) reported

@SamsungAU Any reason 4g and 5g is almost un usable on @VodafoneAU using S22 Ultra. Vodafone are saying it's a Samsung problem?

  • Mansell05 Paul Mansell (@Mansell05) reported

@bingewatchers1 @VodafoneAU @Telstra I am in Vodafone and my wife’s is Telstra. At home she’s on SOS and I am on 2 bars and 4G. I have never had issues. Telstra are just wiping their hands as usual.

@funkyj @NBN_Australia @VodafoneAU Give Aussie broadband a look, they've been superb for me. Fantastic customer service and no issues with anything (FTTP)! If you do, use this referal code to get $50 credit: 7979438.

@Mansell05 @VodafoneAU @Telstra Paul I would advise against it, moving to Vodafone. As their loyal customer over 5 years their network is so pathetic right now. I don't even get a single signal in my own home and when I am out and about, their signal keeps dropping off.Just thought i would let you know,ur call

. @VodafoneAU You must be aware of the problems with logging into your app. They’ve gone on long enough, it’s time to sort them out.

  • paulipaulyk Paul K (@paulipaulyk) reported

@VodafoneAU Is there a customer service contact I can email regarding a consistently poor mobile data reception on my street? Would love to see a roadmap of work being done to rectify this. Been like this for a year at least.
