@VodafoneAU Hey guys. I went into a store to get an eSIM to travel with and a) the eSIM never worked and b) now my regular sim isn’t working over here in Europe. The follow on effect is that now Apple Pay won’t work, any way you can rectify it from Australia?

  • Carmel_g19 Carmel (@Carmel_g19) reported

@VodafoneAU Why are my family and friends only just receiving text messages that I sent on New Year's Eve and New Year's day? They are Telstra customers. Why were Vodafone customers not told about this issue? Very frustrating. From a loyal Vodafone customer.

@VodafoneAU @Real_LukeTaylor This issue appears to be resolved now. Any messages sent previously are now being received.

@VodafoneAU Hi Vodafone, been a customer of yours for a long time . Recently realised that there was an aggressive push to sell the 5g wireless device and other plans . With the Optus breach I believe more customers were migrating. I just spent 3 hours sorting a billing issues

@VodafoneAU hey, any issues with your network in Melbourne today? My phone keeps loosing signal in different parts of the city.

  • charlietech Charlie (@charlietech) reported

Sadly @VodafoneAU roaming in the USA has sadly been affected by At&t device compliance requirements. All devices on At&t now have to pass a network compatibility test & have their imei added to an approved list. When you roam from Au, no test? here is what happens

  • charlietech Charlie (@charlietech) reported

@VodafoneAU Tmobile is fine, but when they switched off the 3g network they added a new 4g band for faster data - most Au sold phones dont have this.

  • jamessau84 James Saunders (@jamessau84) reported

@Telstra i cannot receive sms from other networks (tested with @VodafoneAU and TPG).. has been since new years eve. swapped sim in to different phones and same issue. my txt go through to them. they can txt others ok. have you blocked customers from receiving sms from @Vodafone?

  • charlietech Charlie (@charlietech) reported

@VodafoneAU Solution - connect to the Tmobile network ALL the time & make sure you bring a 5g compatible handset, Then you get the faster data on Tmobile & you dont need to go anywhere near the At&t network EVER.

@VodafoneAU I am letting you know that your network is failing. I don't want excuses why, I want it to work better, especially along major thoroughfares like trainlines. Otherwise @spacex might just kill your business model with #starlink powered WiFi on the trains. @VLine have you asked?
