@VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK @VodafoneAU the most pathetic network. My stinky shoes with water way better than ur internet ! (Wish this tweet works bcoZ hey! I hv 0 hope)

  • Sarah_Alice_X Sarah A | Rats Rats Rats Rats Rats | Proudly 🦇💩 (@Sarah_Alice_X) reported

@Pamduckling @VodafoneAU More than that, it's patched together systems that don't have a primary database that it takes its information from. So there's half a dozen entries of a customer's name, and not a primary key next to a customer number that you only need to edit once.

  • thepiedwanderer Joan Wilder (@thepiedwanderer) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

My husband calls @VodafoneAU. “Thank you for being such a loyal customer. Can we suggest this new plan which will save you money? Also, in return for staying with us, let’s increase that discount from $10 to $12/month. Have a great day!”

  • _camohara Cameron O'Hara (@_camohara) reported

@VodafoneAU your NBN service is ******* terrible

  • kdb__ K. (@kdb__) reported

@VodafoneAU hey guys, is there an issue with the network? My fiancé is currently in Homebush West NSW and when scrolling thru website on his Google Pixel 3XL, nothing loads. He was having an issue yesterday where there was a little cross on the 4G symbol.

  • AmandaJL_80 Amanda Lynch - Cadet Paradise Bunnylanzo (@AmandaJL_80) reported

@VodafoneAU is internet 4g and 5g down in postcode 4207? Rebooted modem, but keeps switching between 2.4 and 5

  • dccoutta David Coutts (@dccoutta) reported from Euroa, State of Victoria

In this day and age, can’t believe that @VodafoneAU reception can be this bad in Euroa. Staggering.

  • ozpatto Pat Molloy (@ozpatto) reported

@VodafoneAU @ChrisJCaine I’m having the same issue. NBN not working in Canberra. My housemate has the account but he is not home. What is going on?

  • Sarina_Cooper Sarina Cooper (@Sarina_Cooper) reported

@VodafoneAU This is bullshit! I had my phone in my hands when the message came through and no missed calls. Very poor customer service when your service team say they are going to call you back the next night and don’t do so. Time to change NBN providers I think. #nothappy

  • rbozinovski Robert Bozinovski (@rbozinovski) reported

Wow, the @VodafoneAU customer service representative ignored my requests and connected me to a plan with a higher per month cost, presumably because he gets a higher commission, and thought that I wouldn’t notice. Off to the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman!
