    @VodafoneAU you sent an email out advising people how to contact emergency services if signal is poor, but you didnt mention the 112 number. 112 connects to ANY carrier

    @VodafoneAU It’s a terrible practice. ‘It comes through in minutes’ is an excuse for poor security. Why do I need to go to a website, to get a link to log in. Why can’t I use an MFA app at least. My guess is that you don’t actually care about your customers data.

    @GrainsMae @grheard @VodafoneAU I agree, its pretty poor advertising. Perhaps its because Vodafone has always been city centric

    @VodafoneAU any updates on what appears to be a huge network outage in the Port Stephens area. All Mobile and 5G Home Broadband services down since 8am.
