@VodafoneAU After being a loyal Vodafone customer for over 15 years I am changing carriers. I am very disappointed after only ever ONCE making a claim and there is nothing you can do to help and reject my claim after my phone was stolen. Vodafone sucks. #Vodafone #vodafoneboykot

@VodafoneAU With all this happening no one and I mean no one has even attempted to call me at all... just shows how u want to protect ur own brand on social media...if I was the CEO all ur heads would be rolling down the hall way for not making this issue a priority!

@VodafoneAU Since I've been complaining for months on end with no help in sight what so ever! Bringing my mother to Vodafone where she is a key on a keyboard and totally disrespected her...you think I should comply with your rules and regulations!

@Optus @iheartguitar If you're interested in alternatives @VodafoneAU had been great especially with their 4G backup, so even if NBN goes down the connection still works. Nowadays internet isn't a luxury, it's livelihood and companies need to step up their game to match.
