Hi @VodafoneAU #FirstWorldProblem here 😳 As part of my new contract I was meant to get 3 months complimentary @PrimeVideo but I got a text that my free subscription was ending and I'd be charged on my next bill. I still have 2 months to go 👀 could you please help? Thanks

If the .@Optus network wasn’t so bad and .@VodafoneAU wasn’t ridiculously panicked as to whether I can pay (because they made it clear they think I don’t make enough money), I’d be looking for a better network.

@VodafoneAU So you are losing me as a customer because I can’t renew or top up because of your failing authentification. Which should not be necessary in the first place because I am on your own 4G network. Smart. Not. #fail

Now you'll take the phone but won't guarantee it'll be fixed? Asked SM to document everything in my case log, he did but didn't mention he'll fix it. I know cooperations want to cut costs, but come on, leaving the customer holding the bag is a low-blow @VodafoneAU @acccgovau

At last, connected. Only took @VodafoneAU @NBN_Australia nearly 4 weeks and constant chasing. It shouldn’t have been this challenging & time consuming - clearly something not right, won’t hold my breath for apology or compensation. I’ll treat myself to some @GreysABC #andbreathe
