    The service is mostly ok, but when the network goes down, like today, good luck getting any answers or getting hold of anyone at @VodafoneAU Very disappointing... The My Vodafone app is rubbish!

    @VodafoneAU I'm trying to port my number to a prepaid SIM, but it keeps throwing "Something didn't go as planned. Please try again later." Is there an issue at the moment? Been trying for an hour or two.

    A visit with @VodafoneAU, including a new SIM, yielded no solution. My SIM in other phones worked fine. Other SIMs in my phone did not. What the hell is going on here?
