    @darker_kenneth @VodafoneAU Kenneth thanks for the advice to go outside but the problem is far bigger than just not having internet. It's not being able to call anyone, including a plumber to fix an urgent issue, that's the bigger problem. Going outside wont fix that

    @VodafoneAU That’s Great you have identified the issue and it must be frustrating for you. Just like me, I pay for a service and it’s not working. How about you give every customer something like a discount t on their bill

    @VodafoneAU While you are progressively restoring all Gs, can I have at least the second G (GSM) to do some calls? Your whole network is down not just the 4G part of it.
