Bruce Murchie (@brucemurchie) reported@VodafoneAU Attended HighPoint at @SamsungAU and @VodafoneAU. Voda said to go to Samsumg. Samsung said needs to go back for repair or put glue on the magnet. Easy to walk in and buy a faulty prodcut buy no assistance in fixing the issue. 6 Vodafone staff members atanding about no solution.

Had to pay for the service that wasn’t used . They only care about selling connection not about customer service
