    @VodafoneAU Is it possible that if it's not going to be supported you just tell the customers so we know not to waste out money on the LTE version? That would be really customer servicy 👍👍👍

    Extremely unacceptable practice by @VodafoneAU cancelled my NBN when I specially asked them not to, not once but 3 times #fail #switchtotelstra .. customer service is helpless

    @VodafoneAU Not having login issues, its the process that is flawed and stupidly designed, unfriendly to use. whoever proposed the solution should go back and think again!

    @VodafoneAU I’ve been paying the bill for this unknown plan because otherwise you cut my daughter and I off — after promising you wouldn’t — but it’s so stressful & unsustainable. U promised to fix but you haven’t. Is the ombudsman the only way that you’ll actually look into it?

    @VodafoneAU haven’t had signal since late yesterday. Can’t make calls at all. The outage page hasn’t changed in almost 24 hours. Help
