Hey @Telstra. I’ve been using your messaging app for three hours to get something sorted. It sucks. They tell me they don’t have access to phones to be able to call me and get it sorted. You should think about getting them a phone, I hear @VodafoneAU have good deals.

@VodafoneAU there should be away for you guys to text this to all your users. Some of them might be stranded with no access to wifi and thus they wont have a clue as to whats going on. They cant get to twitter you know? because the network is down!...
