So to get Australian mobile number before you visit Australia (at least from @VodafoneAU), you must first have Australian phone number. Which if I had, I wouldn't need the mobile number. I guess burners aren't a thing down under. <sigh>

@VodafoneAU I have sent you some DM about what happened. We ended up getting credit on the phone as a nurse at the hospital took time out of her day (in a COVID ward) to help us, This should not have relied on a nurse to get involved

@VodafoneAU @VodafoneGroup Now to officially to go to an ombudsman and lodge a complaint for lack of competence, no service no coverage no help what so ever to get me what i pay for...@Vodafone wants to credit me 3 or 4 days out if the 9 months of complaints!

FFS @VodafoneAU!! Worst customer service ever 🤬 idiot call centre worker didn’t want to take my receipt number. Then argued with me for ten minutes. What sort of crap is this? And he had the nerve to laugh at me. What would have been a 2 min convo, turned into a 15 min one.
