Sneaky peaky @VodafoneAU - release new NBN plans with REDUCED upload speeds (down from 40Mbps to 25Mbps). In a time when I have 3-4 people on study/work from home I cannot have a reduced upload limit like that. NOT. COOL.

Well @VodafoneAU customer service is beyond poor. Trying to change my service and when transferred from one agent to another, I get ignored.
