    @VodafoneAU fix the bloody SMS outage! Trying to pay a bill using internet banking and can’t authenticate the request because the banks text isn’t getting through. How do you stuff something basic like that up?!

    @VodafoneAU Why is the signal so weak that all my calls get dropped on MS Teams. This is a key area 36, 34, 32, 49Galahad Crescent? Need 2 Switch if this doesn’t work & it’s so embarrassing 2 apologise 2 my customers. U don’t need 2 apologise but resolve this. Suburb:GlenWaverley

    @VodafoneAU im trying ro recharge my crwdits but your app is so buggy that I need to log in several times even if Im in the app. Im into this endless cycle of logging in and then i gave up due to frustration. Hope u fix your app. U are increasing ur plans but the service is poor!

    WTF?? I recently signed up for Vodafone Internet. Nothing else has changed in my life financially and my credit score has dropped by 90 points. WTF??? Is Vodafone as reputable as a pay day loan??? @VodafoneAU

    As we speak, @Optus, @VodafoneAU, and @Aussie_BB are all down, with no signs of news as to why all 3 are all down at once. I’m calling it - there’s been a massive hack of some sort. #australia #geelong #internet

    @VodafoneAU been chasing up a resolution on a support issue for over a week now. Somehow claiming I’ve used more data than I have. No updated for days but magically 16gb usage has showed up from 2 weeks ago that wasn’t there when I raised the issue. Wtf sort yourselves out
