    Here we go again @VodafoneAU Wifi not working for the second time in a week after a dodgy sales kid that LIED and said no issues if you switch with your own modem Next phone call: you need to get our modem for $0 for 48months… Always trying to trap people in to a contract ❌

    @TPG_Telecom/@VodafoneAU 5G network is the slowest in australia It should not be called 5G , maybe they should call it 4G+

    @VodafoneAU It shouldnt have never been used as credit though because I called up reguarding the issue on the 8th of February. You guys purposely forced me to wait a month so you could use it as credit instead of giving me a bank transfer as I requested.

    @VodafoneAU any updates on what appears to be a huge network outage in the Port Stephens area. All Mobile and 5G Home Broadband services down since 8am.
