@VodafoneAU Yes I understand, MFA is great, but you can do that too for loging into the computer. Limiting me to use the phone is bad, I find the phone way harder to use than my computer. Hope you pass my feedback.

  • AncientOoze Steve L (@AncientOoze) reported

@VodafoneAU is there network maintenance happening in Perth? My phone internet has been disconnecting intermittently over the past 2 days and being extremely slow.

  • Philkx2 Phil Kalogeras (@Philkx2) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@VodafoneAU one of the great frustrations with dealing with your customer service is that it’s a 50/50 bet to get world class customer service one who’s worse than an ai chat bot, unable to understand your actual questions & can only supply answers from pasted from the website.

  • sebasporto Sebastian Porto (@sebasporto) reported

@VodafoneAU Forcing me to use my phone to manage my account is super annoying. Please add an easy way login in my browser. You can have good security there too. Just having a unique way to login by sending an SMS link is a bad experience.

  • DG_John_Luhr John Luhr (@DG_John_Luhr) reported

Man @VodafoneAU is the worst and most painful company ever to deal with. Send me an email "Access your bill here" but I am not able to login. Contact their help centre and they say they can't give me access. Then they just blindly charge me money every month.

  • timsimtv Tim! (@timsimtv) reported

@EMKAYtv_ @AussieBroadband @VodafoneAU vodafone in my experience was absolutely terrible. I ended up terminating my contract after a month because I was getting awful reception and speeds. telstra is the way, more expensive, but you get what you pay for

  • rbozinovski Robert Bozinovski (@rbozinovski) reported

@VodafoneAU The ‘Scheduled network maintenance and upgrades’ page you linked to provides the same generic response to every instance. Most unhelpful.

  • Choppaweed_AU Toecutter_AUS 💩 (@Choppaweed_AU) reported

@VodafoneAU Your app isn't working.. AGAIN Unable to sign in and repeatedly asks for log in credentials or pin and that's as far as I get. Getti g sick n tired of uninstalling then reinstalling your app.

@VodafoneAU The fact it took you this long to reply shows me you dont give a **** about ya customers... The fact this has always been happening... The fact you send a copy and pasted reply... The fact WR ARE ALL SICK SND TIRED OF YOUR **** SERVICE... ITS AUSTRALIA... ALL THE POSTCODES...

  • UntitledGusGame @angusgibbins@mastodon.social (@UntitledGusGame) reported

Holey ****, very elaborate caller pretending to be from @VodafoneAU nearly got me, they did that thing where they chat to a support representative while calling me asking for the verification SMS etc. It wasn't until they said I'd won an iPhone 14 that alarms bells went off.
