    @VodafoneAU Iā€™m overseas on holiday and need to transfer my sSim to a new iPhone. It has been 72 hours since I filled out the appropriate identification forms but no response. Call centre and online chat not helping. Can someone help me please?

    @VodafoneAU has banned all minors from accessing their accounts, with no way to contact them or cancel your service. With their "new login" system, it asks for a date of birth, and if you're under 18, you can't access your account at all.
