    @tuppaware @VodafoneAU @Telstra Same problem. Website says not available and I’d rather switch to Vodafone given I’ve had no issues with my phone plan.

    @VodafoneAU on 3 separate occasions over the past 24 hours you said you’d get back to me about my mobile phone issue. I’ve given up waiting for you to get back to me this like you promised. Seriously, I don’t know why you even bother with calling it customer service

    @VodafoneAU Tried all that. There is a problem with Vodafone’s modem/nbn connection. Unfortunately, it just doesn’t work so we are disconnecting and going back to our previous provider. It’s a shame, because Vodafone’s customer service is very good.

    When people say @Optus is good but they never came back to sort out our internet (which we haven’t had for a month!!!) and we’ve been calling multiple times so we’re moving over to @VodafoneAU
