    If @VodafoneAU actually were proactive in communicating outages as soon as they happened it would reduce the customer rage by 50%!!! But they’ve never actually been good at that imo.

    @NBN_Australia outage is now a common theme everyday in blakehurst. Shame @VodafoneAU is such a bad seer he provider that it mobile coverage is as pathetic as reliability of nbn. Third world standards continue in this modern era.

    @Telstra A roaming day pass does cover NZ !! Youhave no idea what you are talking about and I cannot believe you are employed in customer service. Will be changing to @VodafoneAU when I return home

    @VodafoneAU been chasing up a resolution on a support issue for over a week now. Somehow claiming I’ve used more data than I have. No updated for days but magically 16gb usage has showed up from 2 weeks ago that wasn’t there when I raised the issue. Wtf sort yourselves out
