@VodafoneAU your customer service sucks. 33Gb used in the space of an hour on my mobile data while my phone is connected to your wifi service. Got a measly $20 credit which doesn’t even cover the additional costs to my bill or replace the ‘used’ data!

After 10+ years with @VodafoneAU and recently receiving the worst coverage I’ve ever encountered it was nice for them to provide me with absolutely no assistance or explanation. Not even 8 hours into my move to @Telstra and I’m angry I didn’t change sooner. Toodaloo Virgin!!
