    The service is mostly ok, but when the network goes down, like today, good luck getting any answers or getting hold of anyone at @VodafoneAU Very disappointing... The My Vodafone app is rubbish!

    @VodafoneAU 'hey...We can give you a better @NBN_Australia deal: 'Come in, cancel current account & we'll rejoin you straight back up.& 2 hours in store....finally get new modem. 'plug & play' Another 45m on the phone...cos we now have no internet. & They have no clue when.

    Signed up with @VodafoneAU 2 weeks ago for FTTP. My internet then stopped working. @VodafoneAU customer service claimed existing FTTN had been canceled. @NBN_Australia says no. Got FTTP today. Now receiving my "cancelled" FTTN and not FTTP 500MBS I requested 2 weeks ago.
