Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Caulfield and nearby locations:
-
Baethan Mullen (@BaethanEnergy) reported from Melbourne, Victoria@Telstra That I (and every other Telstra customer at the game) experiences congestion is self evident. My question was why the so-called “premium” network seems to have the worst experience of this. Other networks (@Optus and even @VodafoneAU) are more useable at these events.

Supercoach (YEAH NA CHEERS) (@NaCheers) reported from Melbourne, VictoriaJust spent 1.5hrs on phone to @VodafoneAU to upgrade phone to find out somehow they had allowed me to be paying for 3 phones for the last 6mths. Obi-Wan Gaynobi 🔜 #PAXAus (@jono_hayward) reported from Melbourne, Victoria@mrgnarchr @VodafoneAU I doubt they would. Sounds like something customer support would say to appease angry customers. The truly sad part is they probably have plenty who would demand someone get fired over it.

The Old Rooster (@TheRoosterOld) reported@VodafoneAU BRISBANE ....For the past couple of weeks or more, the internet keeps cutting in and out. #vodafone Fix the ****** **** or I am changing providers! This **** is not worth $80 a month. 🤨
-
Ziggy the 3rd (@3rd_ziggy) reportedWhy has NBN speeds been so slow. I’m paying for 500 mbs but getting 3-400!!! #VodafoneAU

I was thinking of cancelling it & sticking with VodaFail coz nbn is too expensive. Thank God i didnt cancel it. Jason Penglase (@penglase) reported@VodafoneAU Hi. Thanks for reply. Account 955368460 I realise I have an overdue amount. I’m trying to work out a solution to pay of bill but have my device available for use I’ve just taken a second job to stay on top of living costs and need internet connection for this role.
-
Sarah Clacherty (@ClachertySarah) reported@VodafoneAU It’s a terrible practice. ‘It comes through in minutes’ is an excuse for poor security. Why do I need to go to a website, to get a link to log in. Why can’t I use an MFA app at least. My guess is that you don’t actually care about your customers data.
-
Darryl Anderson (@anvildarryl) reported@stationmum101 @soupercocky Introduce Mark and Col to each other, suggest that they start a consultancy for rural/remote landholders who @VodafoneAU says don’t exist, and watch them rake the money in. They could probably help you grow ****, too, since that’s usually the solution to everything.
