  • chriso_1376
Christopher Anderson (@chriso_1376) reported from Melbourne, Victoria

@VodafoneAU Because of a glitch in ur system. My handset wasn’t charged to my account in 2019 and now because this glitch has been fixed, your expecting me to pay this now? I don’t think that’s correct. Also, I put in a complaint and no one will call me back….sort it out!

@kentparktweet @VodafoneAU We have **** reception in general in St Kilda for some reason that appears to be beyond explanation. I paid for high speed and zero difference. I’m thinking of building my own 5G tower. Are you in?

  • miss_moo

Any reason why @VodafoneAU 4G is so slow tonight other than that it’s a day ending with Y

  • IAmPaulHarrison
Dr Paul Harrison (@IAmPaulHarrison) reported from Melbourne, Victoria

Although my understanding is that’s it’s an NBN outage, not a @VodafoneAU outage. So there’s not a lot they can do other than tell me there’s an outage. Which they did. Now back to my original request...

  • PeterKatsa
katsa (@PeterKatsa) reported from Melbourne, Victoria

@7Cricket @VodafoneAU @bowlologist @bradhodge007 What a waste Melanie! You’re better than this stupid game. It’s like being the host of “Its a Knockout”

@3bsBruce @SydGuy78 Process was simple as with @VodafoneAU - on the new iPhone just went to settings > mobile > add eSIM from nearby phone - took a few minutes😳😳 Surprised the others are having such a hard time. You’d think Telstra of all carriers given their size would have their **** together.

Wtf @VodafoneAU this is all I've seen for fkn 7 hours 🚫! Why don't we have a fkn network? Own your **** and tell your customers why they can't communicate with the outside world! This is absolute bullshit #VodafoneAU #AdelaideSA

@VodafoneAU sms failing.... Vodafone network issue?

  • lost8oy
    chirag dave (@lost8oy) reported

@VodafoneAU We are Vodafone's customers from last 12-13 years, i have been using the service way before you bought 3. Recently we were told to leave if we're not happy with what's on offer and go to @Optus because they provide better deal and you can not match.

  • anvildarryl
    Darryl Anderson (@anvildarryl) reported

@stationmum101 @soupercocky Introduce Mark and Col to each other, suggest that they start a consultancy for rural/remote landholders who @VodafoneAU says don’t exist, and watch them rake the money in. They could probably help you grow ****, too, since that’s usually the solution to everything.

  • aor4life
    AOR 4 Life 🎹⚡💫🇳🇿 (@aor4life) reported

@eevblog @VodafoneAU 1.5mb is the maximum. Doesn't mean that you'll hit it each and every session. Bad deal. Don't be fooled by Starlink either. It's a heavily over-subscribed service now, and you'll get dropouts often.

  • pse247
    Pse Kicks.. (@pse247) reported

@VodafoneAU why can't I send a msg or get service in a suburb with hundreds of thousands of people. Let me know.. #worstcoverage #shitbox #ripoff

@VodafoneAU having to call to do a phone upgrade = lost customer

  • ClachertySarah
    Sarah Clacherty (@ClachertySarah) reported

@VodafoneAU It’s a terrible practice. ‘It comes through in minutes’ is an excuse for poor security. Why do I need to go to a website, to get a link to log in. Why can’t I use an MFA app at least. My guess is that you don’t actually care about your customers data.

  • SandroTarazi
    sandro tarazi (@SandroTarazi) reported

@VodafoneAU Thanks for your reply. But honestly, I’ve been hearing the same message since 4th of June, and no one has contacted me to fix the issue. I'm really sorry, but at this point, I can’t trust Vodafone or the Vodafone team anymore. Too many promises, no action.
