@VodafoneAU What's up with your network in Alpine Shire (3741) VIC? No network shows up at all, your chat support says "we have no network there"--but you do! Outage? Something else?

@VodafoneAU I have had ZERO mobile capabilities since Sunday. I live in Brisbane, when will the network be running agsin amd WHY has no mention of the network being down in Brisbane been mentioned?

@VodafoneAU It started off promising. I was impressed with the quick response. Unfortunately after resetting the modem I’m now waiting for the 2nd callback as to try to figure out why the network disappeared for me altogether. So now I’m spending the afternoon with no internet at all.

@VodafoneAU @sharkywoo You need to response my actual question in my direct message, I received your reply but didn’t actually answer my request! Your poor customer service with no action is a well proof you are the most terrible telco in this nation!

I can only assume that @VodafoneAU are having some serious water issues. Mobile Internet over 5G is running in the 200 Kilobyte per second range over on the Northside of Brisbane.

Sadly can’t stream right now cause I’ve been switched over to 4G and it can’t handle obs and apex. I swear I never had so many issues since I switched to @VodafoneAU. I am currently wishing I’d stayed with @Telstra at least when it switched to the card I could still stream.
