When you’re WFH and @vodafoneAU constantly drops out of signal (NO signal for the past 2 hours), and internet does not work. Been on hold for 1hr+ on tech support team but when you call their plan upgrade or business line, they pick up within minutes. Priorities, am i right?

@djlozz @VodafoneAU @boostmobile I understand the frustration for many, but I get annoyed at people who’s solution is empty threats to go to an opposing phone network like it will solve the issue. Maybe because I don’t rely on it for business I can step back and look at the bigger picture

@VodafoneAU I paid over $100/mth for Vodafone service, got over 100 G data already. All rite, free data is 100% useless for customers who are in the high premium paying group! I am sure you realised it better than me, you guys just like to avoid the responsibilities

@VodafoneAU @VodafoneAU I run a very busy Massage company with 6 staff relying on your service for telecom bookings. Leading into the weekend and including Fridays outage, we are down 70% in intake bookings and you wish to supply some free data? Still waiting on call back offered 20hrs ago?
