@VodafoneAU guys the new update for Samsung 5G phones, TERRIBLE. Drop outs, people calling me over WhatsApp and messenger saying my phone is uncontactable. I switched back to 4G, no problems so far. Don't release a product if it's not going to work. Location: 3006, 3000 (VIC)

@VodafoneAU poor service and no follow up as offered when enquiring about a deceased account. Grossly suggested to "just use their phone". Perhaps train your staff in compassion and also devise a better deceased cancellation and refund policy

Hey @VodafoneAU there’s a scam targeting your customers offering 50% off the next bill IF the customer gives you their pin. Might want to remind customers not to give their pin to randoms who call.
