@VodafoneAU well after 10 years as a customer and referring anyone who asked I'm completely done. Can you or your store staff explain why I need new ID when other phone stores say my current is fine also how can I apply for a home loan with said ID but for a phone plan I cant??

@VodafoneAU Dear Vodafone. Thanks for replying. The issue has been resolved now with their phone so all good. Wasn’t the network- it was just interference from equipment nearby. All good now 👍

@VodafoneAU My partner is trying to run her business while stuck in New Zealand. Using an esim and got a new iphone. Spent 3 days on phone to @vodafoneAU support and they cannot help. Seriously don't offer a service if you can't support it!! We have no working phone line

@VodafoneAU it’s great to have access to 5G at lot of places with Vodafone as no other telcos have 5G anywhere. However 5G network is very slow Slower then 3G at Bankstown Centro. is there upgrade planned to get speeds as fast as 4g?

@VodafoneAU I have a government issue Proof of Age Card that is 100% valid and has been used everytime to apply for things relating to credit. Your store staff told me it had to be the new one. Department of Transport said my ID is valid so wont issue another one.

@rbozinovski @allygarrett @VodafoneAU 100% agree Robert. I remember my phone company didn't do much. I went to TIO. That was in 2013 so not sure if they still handle unwelcome calls, hope so! If its 3 -10 calls in a 24 hour period that's classed as "qualified unwelcome calls". Wake up Vodafone & HELP your customer!🧐

@VodafoneAU I was forced to leave your network due to poor coverage. When I signed up I was advised that, in that situation, the payments for my phone would continue per normal. You billed be the full amount; I called to challenge it.

@VodafoneAU No thanks. Over the past month I’ve made and received over 25 phone calls to and from Vodafone. I’ve issued my complaint with you and changed my services to other providers. But anyone who wants to listen should know how awful your customer service and products are.
