@VodafoneAU Issue isn’t the plan, but selective pricing depending on where I buy it. Buy a sim from a voda shop or website and it’s $88, from any other retailer including voda affiliate stores it’s $150. Buy the plan from the voda website and it’s back to $150. Deceptive and unnecessary

.@VodafoneAU During an interesting interaction with customer service last week, I was asked why I don't use the Vodafone app on my Samsung handset - to which I replied, the Vodafone app causes my phone to crash, requiring a soft reset. You ever think about addressing that?

what in the actual **** @VodafoneAU ? how am i supposed to log in to myvodafone on a PC when it gives me an SMS link and them opens on my phone browser? What a terrible ******* system
