    Been a long time customer of @VodafoneAU but since they’ve forced us to just use their app to login, it’s been a frustrating experience. The app is so buggy and I can’t even access all the numbers on my plan.. time to move on and find another provider 😪

    @VodafoneAU any plans to fix the Android Vodafone app? Have never been able to log in once since the new version launched, and judging by the countless number of 1 star reviews I'm hardly the only one who thinks an app that can't even log you in is functionally broken and poor.

    Hi there @VodafoneAU im having an issue with diverting my service to another number. Calls constantly fail when i ring my number. I can answer the call but the caller gets a call failure. Any ideas?

    @VodafoneAU your 5G service has been dropping in and out continuously for over 24 hours. You gave me the hard sell to switch from NBN and it’s honestly AWFUL. It may be the thing that makes me leave VF after 20 years!

    @VodafoneAU credit card detail it try to charge my cc for 30$ then i refuse because i already paid for the simcard . then i retry to activate , then website error again, THIS IS SO INCONVENIENCE. CAN YOU HELP ME WITH THIS ISSUE? THANKS

    Anyone else having continual issues with the #VodafoneAu app? Haven't been able to check my bills for 7 months now and they keep making excuses about 'it taking us longer than expected' to sort it out. 7 months!!! For a telecommunications company to fix an app? LOL @VodafoneAU

    @VodafoneAU Very disappointed, I am loyal client with Vodafone since 5 years.I just had Sams Fold4 and request for trade in my old note8. The repres asked me to fix the screen and come back. I fixed the screen and paid $370 and now they said cannot be trade in due to other reason
