@djlozz @VodafoneAU @boostmobile I understand the frustration for many, but I get annoyed at people who’s solution is empty threats to go to an opposing phone network like it will solve the issue. Maybe because I don’t rely on it for business I can step back and look at the bigger picture

@VodafoneAU hi vodafone. I didn’t have 4g, and couldn’t make any texts or calls for an entire day. As soon as I connect to wifi when I got home from work, I conveniently received my Vodafone bill. Is there a way to receive a discount on that bill? Pretty poor form to be honest.

@jo1foster @NBarton @VodafoneAU Completely agree. Or even if you have WiFi, but others in your family who rely on you don't use any of the apps and only know how to physically call, it's a problem. Fingers crossed it doesn't happen again
