You know when @Aussie_BB customers say “I’m with them because on the rare occasions when you need technical support, at least you’re talking to competent people that actually understand the technology”? Well, I can totally relate to that after troubleshooting with @VodafoneAU

  • Deadman_82 Bruce (@Deadman_82) reported

@VodafoneAU @sidhu_atam Ok Vodafone, stop the generic messages pretending you don't know what the issue is and get it together. Ever since you software update to Samsung Galaxy s21 phones around a week ago, the 5g connection doesn't work. Your update over the past 48hrs has NOT fixed the issue...

  • rangared Ally C (@rangared) reported

@VodafoneAU, do you guys have an outage in Adelaide at the moment?

  • real_xye xye (@real_xye) reported

@Jenntrix @VodafoneAU It’s not the issue that DM can fix, that’s your coverage problem in the northconnex tunnel! Your third world mobile network is a fking joke!

  • DethInvictus Deth Invictus (@DethInvictus) reported

@acmadotgov Any idea why being ported to @VodafoneAU has inundated me with spam calls from Tesltra (not my ISP) scammers in Indian call centres? I'm on Do Not Call and have had this number since the 1990's without this level of crap!

  • stowball Matt Stow ✨🦄 (@stowball) reported

After @VodafoneAU responded on Twitter and I spoke to someone on the phone, they eventually worked out what the problem was ("a backend setting") and fixed my internet 🎉

  • OldIsAprivilege Wendy_ (@OldIsAprivilege) reported

@VodafoneAU I was on Live Chat to fix logging in issues as well as the landline. It's now 2 hours and I just had my 3rd customer "service" person disconnect

  • schottgun93 Philip Schott (@schottgun93) reported

@NBN_Australia @VodafoneAU now onto my 9th glorious day of hotspotting my phone for internet since you two can't seem to agree who's responsible for fixing my service. Passing the blame back and forth constantly is getting a bit dull. Not great when we're trying to work from home

  • Louisevangelid2 Louis evangelidis (@Louisevangelid2) reported

@VodafoneAU I ordered vodaphone internet a couple of weeks ago I received a modem I am paying for the premium service my top speed is 19 and avge about 10 I phoned to cancel my service but the girl talked me into giving you 1 more chance and a NB N box arrived it has got worse

  • Frostymeltsint1 Frostymeltsinthesun (@Frostymeltsint1) reported

@abroninvestor @VodafoneAU Mate they pay people in a call centre in Bangalore a pittance to read from a script. Your problem obviously wasn't on the script. There is no reward over there for thinking outside the box (if refunding small fee to loyal customer). They train robots.
