Never had such bad customer service @VodafoneAU wow wasted 45 mins in store and got zero help. I just need to update the device that I’m paying all this insurance for. You take my $15 every month and have done for the last 4 years!!! I have a new phone so I need it to be covered.

"We notice your service is enabled to use roaming data. Using data while roaming costs up to $51.20 per MB" I wonder why mobile phone companies are constantly rated poorly. Great offer @VodafoneAU I get 6 GB of global roaming on my Hong Kong number for less than $50 inc.

@VodafoneAU Thanks for the reply, but this is the third consecutive day of service disruptions! And I'm not sure they are isolated to Lilyfield, I had to restart my handset a dozen times in the CBD yesterday evening.

@VodafoneAU No shade, but is that a ‘no’, then? I get scam calls daily which I tolerate, but never before had them spoof someone else using my number - it’s a new level of concern now

Hey #vodafoneau Your new login mechanism that requires an email or SMS is not working for me. I’m trying to logon from my computer and so I need an email. However my email provider (IInet) has a current issue where email is slow.

@VodafoneAU what is going on with your network for the last two weeks? I have to continuously restart my phone in order to make or receive calls. It's very frustrating, I've missed a number of calls. I've raised a ticket (3-2843021595836) which you closed, but didn't resolve.

@maximos62 @tuppsmiles @VodafoneAU Yes, the other telco's staff seem to be able spend adequate time to answer questions, provide information, & even help with my parents' devices, when they go on their own. It was a lockdown thing, why we went to Vodafone on that occasion. Haven't been back.
