@VodafoneAU No need for free data, my lost money almost $200 and I need you pay for me or I will go to Ombudsman service. That’s really terrible. We are living Australia not in Africa and many hours Vodafone doesn’t work !

@VodafoneAU I asked for compensation, I was offered $5. When I said I would go to the ombudsman, Vodafone kicked me out of the live chat and said my service is unavailable. Brilliant guys, I didn’t think your service could get worse.
