    Did an $AAPL trade in with partner's macbook and iphone - seamless, easy, quick. My @SamsungMobile - utter nightmare. Their poxy trade-up app doesn't work. @VodafoneAU just as bad - can't even send a text code!!

    Counting sleeps until I can end my @VodafoneAU contract. Truly made the Covid / WFH / being locked up arrangement SO much harder than it needed to be. Dreadful service all round. Sad, especially when you've been a customer for 10+ years.

    @VodafoneAU I'm in Marrickville and there was a storm last night. Lightning struck near our building and our internet has not worked since. Is this just effecting me or are there other reports of this in my area? I'm trying to figure out if there is a problem with my router

    Just drove Mel - Cbr - Mel and I'm telling you @VodafoneAU i was out of signal more than I was in. #fixyourshitservice
