    @VodafoneAU getting no network service for about 3 days now. Spoke to cutomer service, they said the network was down and they have had a lot of similar complaints. On Friday, told will be fixed by Saturday. Still no network on Sunday.

    @VodafoneAU been chasing up a resolution on a support issue for over a week now. Somehow claiming I’ve used more data than I have. No updated for days but magically 16gb usage has showed up from 2 weeks ago that wasn’t there when I raised the issue. Wtf sort yourselves out

    What a great way to lose a customer @VodafoneAU! Send me a text saying you’re increasing my monthly bill by $5. Took me all of 10 mins to find and change to another provider for a better deal at a lower ongoing rate, plus a six month 50% discount.

    @VodafoneAU 'hey...We can give you a better @NBN_Australia deal: 'Come in, cancel current account & we'll rejoin you straight back up.& 2 hours in store....finally get new modem. 'plug & play' Another 45m on the phone...cos we now have no internet. & They have no clue when.

    @VodafoneAU I needed that money really bad at time for groceries to eat and feed my family and instead your greedy cooperation decided to lie and lie just to save a misly 80 bucks. You guys don't care about your customers and I will be moving onto a new phone provider.
