    @VodafoneAU has banned all minors from accessing their accounts, with no way to contact them or cancel your service. With their "new login" system, it asks for a date of birth, and if you're under 18, you can't access your account at all.

    almost four years but to do that i have to log onto the vodafone website/app.. which would be fine if they didn’t require log in via a text message (which i can’t receive??) help @VodafoneAU

    @VodafoneAU Im also using a google pixel 7 pro and you should recall them ive read they are all faulty!!! But your to worried about your plans you signed them up on!!! And you tricked me with a $400 bonus into getting this phone you knew was full of bugs and bad chips!!! AAAARRRGGHHH!!!!!!

    The way @VodafoneAU rolling out the 5G , its a ******* disaster , @VodafoneAU 5G should be called 4Gx , its slow , bad coverage and you cant compare it to the superior @telstra 5G

    @VodafoneAU Thank you; yes. Sadly, the guy who attempted to help me was not very communicative with what he was doing. He dismissed my observations, didn't really listen to what I had told him I had done, and 8n trying to understand the issue, changed some of my phone's settings.
