@VodafoneAU Because of a glitch in ur system. My handset wasn’t charged to my account in 2019 and now because this glitch has been fixed, your expecting me to pay this now? I don’t think that’s correct. Also, I put in a complaint and no one will call me back….sort it out!

Just spent 1.5hrs on phone to @VodafoneAU to upgrade phone to find out somehow they had allowed me to be paying for 3 phones for the last 6mths. It's their stuff up & now they won't allow me to get an upgrade until they work out the issue. Thanks for wasting my time and $$$

@KimberlyNissen @VodafoneAU I'm doing the same @VodafoneAU. Your app never works and you have to reinstall for it to work. On top of that, the SMS link only works on the in-message browser and doesn't work when you try to open in another browser. It's a huge hassle to pay your bills or to live chat someone.

@VodafoneAU DO NOT go with Vodafone.. I tried to disconnect service the other day online.. Cannot, I called no answer. I book call back. Thy call back and put me on hold lol Someone eventually answers from overseas. Cannot help to disconnect transfers me to someone else.
