@VodafoneAU I just realised since you’ve made me pay my plan upfront I can now actually cancel my account with you and move to a new provider. That will save me more headaches from bad service in future.

@VodafoneAU pls fix ur phone system, it says you can save your spot in the system and get a call back but then there's only the option to schedule a call back in a week or stay on hold

@VodafoneAU … how it was originally which was a payment plan with discounts and I had to call 3 times to have it sorted and they never did! After I was reassured they’ve corrected it. I’ve wasted a day of my life on this ****. Sort it out.
