    @VodafoneAU @Telstra @Optus what's happening with your network ? I cannot access to 4g and 5g and network keep crashing? Very poor service from big company like yours. Time to switch Telstra or Optus !!!!!!

    @VodafoneAU is there an outage in the 2137 Burwood area all my calls are going to voice mail i can make calls though. Time to change providers

    @VodafoneAU Has got to have THE worst customer service I have ever come across! Do not do what they say and never help! Useless.

    @VodafoneAU getting no network service for about 3 days now. Spoke to cutomer service, they said the network was down and they have had a lot of similar complaints. On Friday, told will be fixed by Saturday. Still no network on Sunday.

    Dear @VodafoneAU, thank you for deciding to increase the cost of my contracted monthly plan (without my consent) by saying 'hey look at us giving you extra data', when I don't come close to using the data I have, & your service is so poor I couldn't if I wanted to. Go you! šŸ™„šŸ™„
