    @VodafoneAU Guys this is doing my head in. How do I report an issue with your chat inside the My Vodafone App? I spoke with someone earlier and they told me that I'd have to go in-store to get my handset looked at to fix the chat inside the myVodafone app. (1/2)

    @VodafoneAU charge me late payment for an error in your system stating my card is expired when all of my other direct debits were fine. One way to a lose a customer. Raised a complaint and still heard nothing. @acccgovau how are companies like this operating??

    "For training and quality assurance purposes" @VodafoneAU now have a recording of me giving their customer service rep a full verbal serve of the above opinion on this dangerous practice. I know they are not going to change it but I will keep publicising that it's bad practice.

    @VodafoneAU (2/2) I explained that it's only the chat inside the My Vodafone App that has the issue and he insisted that I had to have my handset looked at in-store. When I pressed him what settings need to be changed, he couldn't tell me. Any pointers?
