@VodafoneAU your online website chat support is the most terrible support I have ever used. I am abroad and have been trying to resolve a problem for nearly a month. No one connects or they say the problem will be fixed and it isn't. Terrible.

  • olliesblog Ollie (@olliesblog) reported

If someone needs the emergency services it's an emergency. I don't need some clown from @VodafoneAU calling 30 minutes later asking if "the problem was resolved." That's the point of an emergency line. What happened? Why could I not call 000, or 112 or any emergency number?

  • Aashishira Aashish (@Aashishira) reported

@VodafoneAU what happened to you today . Why there is no network?

  • moulicvr moulikommineni (@moulicvr) reported

Dear @VodafoneAU I took pixel 5 in plan and you didn't accept to return phone when I found it is too small for my eyes. Now my eyes are too dry, hurting and feeling too tired after 30 min usage ? I am struggling. Please help here. Fine with your service except this.

@VodafoneAU unable to make or receive any calls today in 3138. I have an extremely important call to make but don't know anyone in my lockdown radius of 5km to borrow their phone. Any advice on when the network in this area will return?

  • pony_node Node Pony (@pony_node) reported

@VodafoneAU Well @VodafoneAU I rang the number. The person said because I have 4 mobile numbers that is too many services and signing up for the NBN makes it a 5th service. So I can't get connected. I HAVE THIS SETUP WITH MY CURRENT PROVIDER, NO ISSUES. Why are you making this so hard?

  • Firedingo Firedingo (@Firedingo) reported

@VodafoneAU Yes I know that.....but would you be willing to give customers a solution to block them and a choice to take it up?

  • antoniokhattar Antonio Khattar (@antoniokhattar) reported

Hey @VodafoneAU - my NBN connection has been down now for over 3 hours and the WiFi won’t even work on the modem. Is there something wrong with the network?

  • Merlinman10 MerlinVickisman (@Merlinman10) reported

@VodafoneAU @gavinnouwens The messages are an issue for people with private numbers, or those escaping DV, or living in hiding due to DV or harassment - this isn’t good enough!

  • gavinnouwens Gavin Nouwens 💉💉 (@gavinnouwens) reported

@VodafoneAU I understand that @VodafoneAU, my point being thousands of your customers are saying they don't want to receive these messages. Is Vodafone legally obligated to provide this service? Is Clive Palmer's text message business more important than your thousands of other subscribers?
