Unbelievably poor service from @VodafoneAU in their Bondi Junction store this afternoon. Disgracefully unprofessional.

@DarkViperAU @VodafoneAU My SIM card is at least 5 years old, im with optus, never had a problem in 15 years

@kentparktweet @VodafoneAU You're telling me. They've they have never admitted it on a public post that I've seen but i have many emails and DMs stating its a serious app fault and there is no time frame for a fix. Been arguing with them about it since mid February and have got absolutely nowhere!

  • Raja31Sekar Raja (@Raja31Sekar) reported

@VodafoneAU Why is your 2.4Ghz so painfully slow? I started a download in my PS4 last night around 10pm it's 3pm now and it has downloaded only 4GB in 17hrs. This is pathetic. Don't ask me to call customer service because they basically ask me to just restart which does nothing.

@madebygoogle Team, I'm afraid not. Despite @VodafoneAU arranging a new SIM card, the phone still cycles through the network then drops out. It isn't the reception because turning flight mode on and off returns 4 or 5G. #pixel6 #pixel7 #NSWOmbudsman

@VodafoneAU so, in theory, i could churn my telstra prepaid to voda postpaid at $40 a month and have 40gb a month data on phone for as long as i stay subscribed, and get your NBN thing at $70 a month? would I have to fully move the mobile phone service over first to access that deal?

  • TomWKoch Tom (@TomWKoch) reported

@VodafoneAU ive been a mobile customer for almost 13 years and today has been the absolute worst service ive ever had. Cant see any announcements about network issues anywhere. i live in SYDNEY. When will these issues be fixed?
