    Hi @VodafoneAU - I switched over my service to another network and ported my number over the other network (sorry!). I did have an auto recharge set up; can I confirm that that won’t continue now?

    @VodafoneAU Thanks for your reply. I'm sure it's an issue experienced by many paying on your website via credit card, and that you'll review your processes comprehensively to improve your services for customers. In which case, no likely need to DM further on the issue.

    @FionaRoseT @JarrodKent @VodafoneAU If you deliver regionally I would go for Telstra to be safer. Costs a little more but I think by far the best network. i'd struggle without it too even locally where I am in regional Vic. Telstra drops out far less than others on the 3-4 hour drive between

    @VodafoneAU why do I have to send my 2 day old phone to a service center for 2 weeks to be assessed? The person in store admitted its defective, it should be replaced, please explain why I have no phone for 2 weeks when committing to a thousands of dollars of spend with you?

    @VodafoneAU Sort your terrible network service out. At postcodes 2153 and 2117 I barely get a 4G signal. 3G hardly works either, and no I don't have a 5G capable phone and don't plan to get one. Fix this or my business and myself move back to Optus

    They agreed to activate my number and started the process of activation and then after a month when I asked why it's not activated I get a reply now we cannot activate your number. This is how @VodafoneAU works and support customer. Plz guys if you stay with them u will regret...
