@thomaselliotthk @VodafoneAU I've been with them for like 15 years or something and never had this problem but yeah - if it doesn't get sorted in the next two bills, I'm out and that it a plenty generous grace period

  • AlpaB_ Alpa (@AlpaB_) reported

@VodafoneAU That’s not good enough. People are working from home more than ever, and I’m having to use a mobile hotspot to get anything done. There needs to be a better way to schedule this. AND to compensate your clients for lost service and lost working hours as a result.

  • turna23 💧turna23 (@turna23) reported

@angharadyeo @VodafoneAU Pro Voda despite being "abused" figuratively. Like why so you like them? They are literally a phone network provider? You can switch at any point rather than continue to be overcharged 5 months in a row.

  • tbricey Trish_B (@tbricey) reported

@VodafoneAU help! I can’t make any outgoing calls… can’t work out why it’s not working.

  • PatTheIrish1 Pat_The_Irish (@PatTheIrish1) reported

shitpost #2 - @VodafoneAU tells you they will send you an SMS - never arrives. Try getting an email and the page goes to an "Oops.. something went wrong" page. Fair dinkum - @VodafoneAU about as much use as @DanielAndrewsMP

  • angharadyeo rad meat spill (@angharadyeo) reported

I have had to call @VodafoneAU EVERY MONTH since august 2021 cause they always over charge me. latest bill came in - over charged by $176. I've always said I'm really happy with voda, and their customer service is usually v polite, but what ********

  • ppstuu Oppstuu (@ppstuu) reported

@VodafoneAU terrible service, connect someone chat half hour then tell you they can’t do anything for you, then transfer you to specialist then chat half hour again, then got disconnected. Have to connect again then repeat again and again. F... service

  • lisawho28 Lisa Woolford (@lisawho28) reported

Hey @VodafoneAU is your network down in Lightsview South Australia? I can’t currently make calls, little bit frustrating in my last few days of recovering from Covid and being stuck in my house.

  • angharadyeo rad meat spill (@angharadyeo) reported

@VodafoneAU I have probably spent over 8 hours on the phone getting these bills sorted - all always the result of Vodafone's error. each time I am strongly assured that it will be resolved and I will /not/ need to call about the issue again. please resolve it with finality

  • turna23 💧turna23 (@turna23) reported

@angharadyeo @VodafoneAU Fine example of Stockholm syndrome. Voda sucks.
