We have never had a @VodafoneAU account, yet our @CommBank CC just had 4 amounts taken from it, and it has been happening for months! To resolve this issue, we have to cancel the card and wait for a new one to be issued, & then chase up the money. This scam affects many,

@CeagleChris @VodafoneAU Foxtel is the worst to deal with, unless you get the call center in Australia...and ironically the team here is the disconnections section. Optus I find hit n miss. My ISP since going over to NBN is shiphouse customer service. I’d rather watch reruns of Mind Your Language.

  • mwyres Michael Wyres (@mwyres) reported

@VodafoneAU Just allow people to login with username and password, and then implement a PROPER two-factor mechanism like an authenticator app. I just wanted to pay my bill, and something that used to take a minute, took almost 30 minutes... /n

  • Taco_Lad Boosted Biggles (@Taco_Lad) reported

@VodafoneAU If you issue a number to a client that a scammer has used, nobody will be able to receive calls or messages from them

  • mwyres Michael Wyres (@mwyres) reported

@VodafoneAU No, the problem is, your new login system is stupid. The timeout of the login links is ridiculously short, so once mail server greylisting is taken into account, it times out before it arrives... /1

  • clairesunsqz Claire Sun (@clairesunsqz) reported

@VodafoneAU Anyone responsible for customer's identity verification? Something wrong with your database as it keeps showing the error message even all the information is valid. It might affect many other people as well! Please solve this issue ASAP!

  • mwyres Michael Wyres (@mwyres) reported

@VodafoneAU Sending links via email or SMS are terrible security ideas, as both can be intercepted and therefore used by unauthorised persons... /2
