    Thanks to @Optus & their ongoing "upgrade" to my tower, killing my @VodafoneAU mobile service on top of my 5G Home Broadband... I found out my sister spent an hour trying to call me about a family death! I literally got a call AFTER leaving the cell tower covered area! 🤬

    So the FTTN service that had been supposedly canceled is now working. @VodafoneAU claimed it was my modem. I'm using that same modem/router connected to the NBN fibre optic. Either it's a miracle or something broken got fixed.

    @VodafoneAU my nbn has been down for over an hour now. Nothing on NBN site or yours to indicate any outages. Box has been rebooted and cables checked

    @VodafoneAU im trying ro recharge my crwdits but your app is so buggy that I need to log in several times even if Im in the app. Im into this endless cycle of logging in and then i gave up due to frustration. Hope u fix your app. U are increasing ur plans but the service is poor!
