@VodafoneAU Ordered an iphone 13 pro on 6th of Nov by visiting a store in Canberra. Got an email with Network agreement . Phone was to come on 3rd Dec. On 6th Dec after a call to CS i come to know that the order was canceled. All this when I am an existing customer. Shame

@VodafoneAU this new log in feature sent by email is garbage. How long does one need to wait for an instant email. Now I have to wait to get into my own account. By the time the email comes, it has expired. Improve your service.

@T8SydneyTrains @VodafoneAU why all of a sudden is there no mobile reception through the airport tunnel? Service cuts out just after departing Wolli Creek and doesn’t come back till we are nearly out of the tunnel

@VodafoneAU am on a Kogan simcard, been having phone connection issues at Jacana 3047 for the past two days, reception at 1 to 2 bars, switches between 3G and 4G and download speed at <1mbps if it even works at all

Hey @VodafoneAU Team, the home broadband still is an issue. 3 days is a long time for poor service. The claim that I will still get a working connection is seriously inaccurate. The speeds are pathetic. My work has suffered tremendously. Help!

I was just at Hillarys it was so weird when going back home one of the areas were having a power outage and even my phone reception was switching between 1 bar and sos only do phone towers on a backup work on lower power @Optus @Telstra @VodafoneAU
