@VodafoneAU I’m sure you would say it’s a valid offer, in the sense that it’s something that you are actually offering for me to switch to. But as a MUCH more expensive plan, surely you understand the customer well enough to know this is a ridiculous thing to be pushing?

@VodafoneAU It says the maintenance is being performed until the: 9th, 31st, 9th, 15th, 16th, 23rd, 8th, 7th and 8th of July. Your customer service technicians said it will continue until the 4th of august. Who do I believe? How is this clear cut?

@VodafoneAU Why didn’t you notify customers this was going to happen? Are you aware that during a pandemic internet is important for working at home? How come you aren’t compensating customers in this area for a lack of service?
