@VodafoneAU Hey Vodafone. When you have network upgrades or outages how about you post something to Twitter or anywhere so thousands of people don’t have to spend an hour waiting to connect to an operator who takes 2 minutes to read a prepared script to inform you of a network upgrade.

@VodafoneAU There's been some seriously weird drop-outs happening in the 4509 postcode area over the past 48hrs. Have lost 4G. 5G is in and out, and mobile service has dropped out a few times. Posting this in-between dropouts, so please pass this on to the tech people.

FFS @VodafoneAU!! Worst customer service ever 🤬 idiot call centre worker didn’t want to take my receipt number. Then argued with me for ten minutes. What sort of crap is this? And he had the nerve to laugh at me. What would have been a 2 min convo, turned into a 15 min one.

  • ChunnnnB Mz Gworll🦂 (@ChunnnnB) reported

@VodafoneAU and you still expect me to pay full $50 every month? Lol the service I’ve been receiving is probably worth $10 at most

  • Oji10858621 Oji (@Oji10858621) reported

@VodafoneAU It takes forever just to upload this incompetent network content!

  • macleanbrendan Brendan Maclean (@macleanbrendan) reported

So a very lame non-popstar question... is @VodafoneAU like... the worst network in Australia? I haven't had phone or internet coverage beyond dial-up speeds in a month? Which telco do actual adults in this country use?

  • sarahbc2000 Sarah Bailes (@sarahbc2000) reported

@macleanbrendan @VodafoneAU Boost prepaid as we purchased our phones outright. I can't remember if they resell Telstra or not if that is an issue for you.

  • Jippoden Josh (@Jippoden) reported

@VodafoneAU so uhhh, I’ll try with twitter support as your call support is uhhh…yep. There is an outage in Ormeau that’s been ongoing for around 6 hours now. What’s the ETA on the fix?
