    If the .@Optus network wasn’t so bad and .@VodafoneAU wasn’t ridiculously panicked as to whether I can pay (because they made it clear they think I don’t make enough money), I’d be looking for a better network.

    @VodafoneAU Vodafone customer policy is to threaten customers to pay a week early or be fined. This is fraud but Vodafone doesn't care because they have government support to committ fraud

    Was so excited to go to @VodafoneAU to switch over from stupid @Telstra and they couldn’t find my ACN on their system! Why do telcos make life so hard for customers to do business with them? Maybe @Optus can help?

    As we speak, @Optus, @VodafoneAU, and @Aussie_BB are all down, with no signs of news as to why all 3 are all down at once. I’m calling it - there’s been a massive hack of some sort. #australia #geelong #internet
