1/2 Hey @ICICIBank, @VodafoneAU is not letting me call the NRI banking number from thier network. I have raised this concern a long back with #vodafone. I explained the problem numerous time to CC people. Still no progress.

  • PeterDT82 Peter T (@PeterDT82) reported

@VodafoneAU Everyone at Vodafone is aware my issue is ongoing - with not being able to view bills within the app. I was told just last week the app is faulty and was undergoing a major rework. I just wanted an update on that, that's all. Its frustrating having to use a webpage all the time.

@VodafoneAU you really to get better customer service worse experience I've ever had going to pay out my contract and leave you stupid company. I'm owed money due to your incompetence. Might contact the ombudsman.

@VodafoneAU Why is my service down? I can't talk to anyone - I am waiting for calls from work, appointments for Dr's etc. Second time in one year - very disappointing...

  • Crash747 Lee (@Crash747) reported

@VodafoneAU is full of crap. They have literally screwed up the MyVodafone app. I CAN NOT LOGIN. I DO NOT receive emails when out on the road. SMS is NOT working. So how the f### am I supposed to login or even Recharge. @VodafoneAU needs to go back to biometric login not current.

Hi @VodafoneAU, any update on when your internet service will be back up and running? It’s been nearly 4 hours, making online lectures and working from home impossible! 😩😩

  • blimeyoriley7 andy riley (@blimeyoriley7) reported

Once again @Optus manage to raise the bar in appalling service. Constant poor advice & incorrect guidance resulting in no service for a week. Your service agents show no interest in trying to fix the situation. Time to start looking at other options - @Telstra or @VodafoneAU ?

  • TomasNemecek Tomas Nemecek (@TomasNemecek) reported

@VodafoneAU I know what 3G is. I was around where dial up was the only means to connect to internet. When on your 3G network my phone will say “not connected to internet”
