@VodafoneAU That’s not good enough. People are working from home more than ever, and I’m having to use a mobile hotspot to get anything done. There needs to be a better way to schedule this. AND to compensate your clients for lost service and lost working hours as a result.

@VodafoneAU I’ve had no service since yesterday at 2pm. Neither has my husband. Finally back. Meanwhile my poor mother who has dementia has been trying to telephone as my father has gone missing. Not good enough. And not a word or post from you.

@VodafoneAU terrible service, connect someone chat half hour then tell you they can’t do anything for you,then transfer you to specialist then chat half hour again, then got disconnected. Have to connect again then repeat again and again. F... service
