@VodafoneAU Very disappointed, I am loyal client with Vodafone since 5 years.I just had Sams Fold4 and request for trade in my old note8. The repres asked me to fix the screen and come back. I fixed the screen and paid $370 and now they said cannot be trade in due to other reason

My wife was using @VodafoneAU $5/day roaming & doing fine, just too expensive for long holiday. However, saving $ now both via @airalocom is not worth it when spend forever trying to get data. Or, worse, fail to receive important messages! (leading to fights with tired spouse)

@kentparktweet @VodafoneAU We changed to IINET after years of problems with OPTUS. So far (2 years) not one single issue, better speed and if you do have a problem there is a human on the line.

@kate_raindrops @VodafoneAU When I asked why I wasn’t notified of the potential outage they told me I could look up their maintenance program any time. Even sent me a link. I’m not sure how this was supposed to help.
