@VodafoneAU So you are losing me as a customer because I can’t renew or top up because of your failing authentification. Which should not be necessary in the first place because I am on your own 4G network. Smart. Not. #fail

  • dexter_d3x PR@T€€K (The Dark Venom) (@dexter_d3x) reported

@VodafoneAU I Seriously hate your network in melbourne, is there any place where your network signal is good??? Nowhere Can't even get call or recieve calls and your internet is really bullshit!!!

@NBN_Australia @VodafoneAU I’ve just moved, signed up for NBN with Vodafone, but the previous tenant has taken the power cable for the NBN box. How do I get a replacement? I ordered one on Amazon, the connection was too small, Vodafone customer service has been unwilling to help

  • corymedia Cory (@corymedia) reported from Geelong, State of Victoria

If the .@Optus network wasn’t so bad and .@VodafoneAU wasn’t ridiculously panicked as to whether I can pay (because they made it clear they think I don’t make enough money), I’d be looking for a better network.
