@VodafoneAU The direct message and the chat that I just had was absolutely NO USE...I'm about to cancel...21 bloody Years was a waste of a relationship..@Optus or @Telstra ...New beginnings..See you with either one of you

  • kdb__ K. (@kdb__) reported

@VodafoneAU Hey guys, do we have RCS available? Or is it down? It was working yesterday for me (S20+) But it stopped working today.

  • joelpmichael 📡 The Antenna Waver (@joelpmichael) reported

@swearyanthony @kyhwana @VodafoneAU Oh don’t get me wrong, it definitely should be fixed for everyone. Sometimes (quite often) I don’t even realise there’s an issue because of my all-telcos-are-incompetent workarounds. I suspect this is fallout from an attempt to “block illegal stuff because gov said so”

The reference number for my trying and failing to explain to a couple of your tech support folks that your web proxy is broken and endangering lives is 3-2838263897424 btw @VodafoneAU. Apparently you log them for quality checks. Have a read. And fix it.

  • swearyanthony Anthony B, (@swearyanthony) reported

Aside from the immediate issue of @VodafoneAU blocking folks from being able to click through on @NSWSES alerts, it's absolutely unacceptable that their help desk are unable to escalate serious life threatening issues.

  • sainirulz Nidhi Saini (@sainirulz) reported

Not even receiving a single phone call, all calls are going straight to voicemail that too during covid times!! Thank god for wifi and whatapp and facetime options. @VodafoneAU man when will you improve your service! #Vodafonedown

  • swearyanthony Anthony B, (@swearyanthony) reported

I repeatedly asked for them to escalate it and @VodafoneAU don't enable their helpdesk to be able to do that. Even when it's a "lives are actually at risk right now" issue.

  • abstractslug Penny (@abstractslug) reported

@swearyanthony @VodafoneAU @NSWSES Oh that explains the weird problem I was have hours ago that they still haven't fixed apparently

  • hohum3001 hohum (@hohum3001) reported

hey @VodafoneAU a friend's vodafone router only has fast ethernet (10/100) ports so that's his @Google Mesh can use via the WAN, but he's paid for the faster connection. Google being Google, they don't seem to support a wwlan setup. I don't know mesh. What can I tell him?

  • swearyanthony Anthony B, (@swearyanthony) reported

@TomWKoch @VodafoneAU It seems to me that the staff (and most of the conversation was with a second level "specialist") isn't trained enough, or enabled to escalate issues to someone who is able to understand it. It's not the helpdesk person's fault (I blanked their name for a reason)
