    @VodafoneAU your service is worse than flakey on the northern end of the Gold Coast (4209) at the moment. It fluctuates from 5G to nothing instantaneously. Any explanation?

    I wasted 45 minutes on livechat @VodafoneAU with, at times, feeling like they must be on multiple 'calls' as it's taken so long only for them to ask me if i'm still here, advise me to jump back on chat if I still have questions & then disconnect me in the SAME hot minute. WTF??

    @stowball @VodafoneAU May I add, I changed providers a few months ago, the daily gripe about poor speeds and dropouts has gone.
