    @VodafoneAU And actually, telling me to keep an eye on a website is pretty silly, because to access a website, I would need a functional service. Which I do not have. Which is why we are having this conversation. Care to try again?

    @Pamduckling @VodafoneAU More than that, it's patched together systems that don't have a primary database that it takes its information from. So there's half a dozen entries of a customer's name, and not a primary key next to a customer number that you only need to edit once.

    Well there you go. @VodafoneAU has better service in Newcastle than @Telstra. Very surprised, and very disappointed to be stuck in a 12 month contract 😞

    @VodafoneAU This is bullshit! I had my phone in my hands when the message came through and no missed calls. Very poor customer service when your service team say they are going to call you back the next night and don’t do so. Time to change NBN providers I think. #nothappy
