    The service is mostly ok, but when the network goes down, like today, good luck getting any answers or getting hold of anyone at @VodafoneAU Very disappointing... The My Vodafone app is rubbish!

    @VodafoneAU International roaming - appalling. We’ve been loyal customers for years and spent hundreds of dollars on roaming. Didn’t work in Malaysia. Three attempts over 24 hours with your support and zilch! Shame!

    @VodafoneAU Hi. Thanks for reply. Account 955368460 I realise I have an overdue amount. I’m trying to work out a solution to pay of bill but have my device available for use I’ve just taken a second job to stay on top of living costs and need internet connection for this role.

    @VodafoneAU Can you do anything about the lack of service while aboard a train through Brisbane’s CBD? Roma St station to Central is half dead zone, and Central to Fortitude Valley is 3/4 dead.
