  • hillariousmac Hillary Wilde (@hillariousmac) reported from Gundagai, State of New South Wales

    @RadioNational @ACCAN_AU @Telstra @IDEASAU @Optus @VodafoneAU Talking clock / 1194 is an essential service for many Australians, especially those with low or no vision & receives 2 million calls per annum. Aghast that it has been switched off! #bringbackgeorge

  • VK2PNH Paul Hadlow (@VK2PNH) reported from Balranald, State of New South Wales

    @VodafoneAU How do I get rid of an add on service off my account. I’m being charged for an add on I asked to be removed ages ago and I’m still being charged $2.99 every month.

  • c_verdicchio Christian Verdicchio (@c_verdicchio) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

    @Optus This is a joke. Now your telling me I have to pay more than agreed. This is pure theft. If you want to discuss how about you call me for once directly and maybe try reading your notes first before asking the same questions. Should never have left @VodafoneAU. DM me for a number.

  • trimbowlme Fresh PrinceofBelair (@trimbowlme) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

    @SeeArePe @iiNet @acccgovau @Telstra @VodafoneAU @Speedtest I'm getting 9.4mb/s down wireless which is fine for me

  • jono_hayward Obi-Wan Gaynobi 🔜 #PAXAus (@jono_hayward) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

    @mrgnarchr @VodafoneAU I doubt they would. Sounds like something customer support would say to appease angry customers. The truly sad part is they probably have plenty who would demand someone get fired over it.

  • jerome19419 Kete Veitayaki (@jerome19419) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

    Planning to switch mobile network this weekend, had enough of @VodafoneAU (network too slow in the train) Help me choose:

  • Dmixtaaa DMYXDA (@Dmixtaaa) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

    @VodafoneAU Just spent past hour transferred from 1 end of India to another to fix up a bill discrepancy. GO **** yourself. I don't have time to waste, when YOU, want my money. You can now sing for it. Whilst on hold all I hear about is the new app. How about getting more staff.

  • Daniel__Nash Daniel (@Daniel__Nash) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

    @VodafoneAU Nah. I think I might just cancel my service. Your website is showing an address i've never lived at. Don't think I trust Vodafone anymore. Cheers.

  • dgr_dgr Daniel Rose (@dgr_dgr) reported from Cairns, State of Queensland

    @HansOrph @deccles26 @NBN_Australia @Foxtel NBN outages is one of the reasons I selected @VodafoneAU for my NBN provider. 4G backup kicks in automatically if the network falls over. Worth considering changing to them if you need/want seamless internet

  • veebuv Vaibhav Namburi (@veebuv) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

    @VodafoneAU hands down best award for crappiest customer service Spam me with 12 calls (legit) Make me change plan Transfer me to another person who has no idea what older person did Confusion everywhere, no plan upgrade, 15 mins wasted
