I rang the call centre today, was told they have an outage and can't access any customers info and asked me to call back in 4-6 hours. Seriously, this has been the worst experience I have had with any mobile providers. 😠

Technical support checked everything and said everything is fine on their side. After 2 hrs on the phone with your support team I'm back to square one. How do I escalate this?
