Anyone else having continual issues with the #VodafoneAu app? Haven't been able to check my bills for 7 months now and they keep making excuses about 'it taking us longer than expected' to sort it out. 7 months!!! For a telecommunications company to fix an app? LOL @VodafoneAU

@VodafoneAU Worst customer service ever. I did not receive any internet service for last 15 day and Vodafone unable to fix the problem, all ways give me 72 hours of time frame & after finish 72 hours then another 72 hours after 15 days without internet and being compromised

@kentparktweet @VodafoneAU We changed to IINET after years of problems with OPTUS. So far (2 years) not one single issue, better speed and if you do have a problem there is a human on the line.

@VodafoneAU Very disappointed, I am loyal client with Vodafone since 5 years.I just had Sams Fold4 and request for trade in my old note8. The repres asked me to fix the screen and come back. I fixed the screen and paid $370 and now they said cannot be trade in due to other reason
