    @VodafoneAU I don't want to read ads for phones right now, I want you to show us you have some idea of the state your mobile network's been in for at least the last 30 minutes. I assure you we've all noticed, all of us saps who pay you, but you've not even bothered to make an announcement...

    @cafbro @VodafoneAU Snap! Guess I might need a brand new network now...not one that doesn't even come out publicly after nearly an hour of sudden total network loss and announce an awareness of the problem, just writes a form reply to a selection of customer messages...
