Spoke to multiple customer service team members, saying that the account was deleted by accident and I did have credit in the account. (Confirmed by visa) I mentioned I couldn’t login. This is absolutely unacceptable! Team members saying they had all notes on system, lies, had to explain all details every time. Bad service
