Michael Wyres (@mwyres) reported@VodafoneAU I've been complaining about the pathetic login system for months, but nobody ever does a thing about it. I just want to be able to login to a webpage, get an authenticator code - (app or SMS) - and be allowed in. Shouldn't take 30 minutes to pay my bill.
-
Technology repaired (@TRepaired) reported@ItsStarMystique @Optus @VodafoneAU We had Optus before, lucky we changed a few years ago, now with NBN. But we had a very hard time trying to not be a customer of theres anymore, they wouldnt listen to our reason and kept on begging us to stay.

Lazy_Programmer (@Prof_Balthazarr) reported@Telstra, @VodafoneAU, and @Optus : To help Australians stay connected to their loved ones, please wave temporarily call and SMS messages to Iran! Pretty sure you already know the story of #MahsaAmini.
-
Lazy_Programmer (@Prof_Balthazarr) reportedHi @Optus, Iranian government has shut down the internet while its people are protesting to get their freedom and human rights back. I’ve heard that @VodafoneAU has added Iran to list of countries where you can have free call/text. Will you do the same for customers with a plan?
-
Tricia (@Traf_40) reported@Catherine_Zen @VodafoneAU Riverland coverage is terrible, too. They have all the excuses, sadly.
-
Frank (@FrankLi) reported@jemjarzz @VodafoneAU Should’ve switched but I didn’t want to risk any service interruptions during DreamHack and PAX…can’t wait to give ‘em the boot next month

King Arthur 👑 💉x4. Union Thug🇺🇦 Yes to Voice (@fletcher_arthur) reported@VodafoneAU Thank you for your response. I had a similar response from Telstra who have advised all their customers of their actions to maintain data security. As a Vodafone customer I have not received any communication from you regarding your actions to protect our personal data.
-
Kate Roberts (@RochyKate) reportedHey @Telstra why is it so hard to find a phone number for you to talk to a real person about a technical issue? Issue with my internet, so doing it online not easy. Using my @VodafoneAU phone for this tweet. Maybe I'll just swap internet over to another provider.

jimmmmyyyyyyyyy (@Trevor12371105) reportedSo I transfer my phone service to @VodafoneAU and it’s been an absolute disaster 😢😢😢🤬🤬🤬
