Dhaval Desai (@dhavaldesai_k) reported@VodafoneAU We have 5 numbers under Vodafone. The network has been absolutely pathetic. I called to report the issue but all they can advise is to reset mobile network. Unable to connect to the network in the CBD. We are moving to different providers.

ARTCvan (@ARTCvan) reportedof their other competitors. @amaysimAU, @Telstra, @VodafoneAU even, can port over numbers quickly (even on weekends!) so there is no reason why Optus can’t do it as well. i’ve been waiting about an hour on support (as of tweeting) and no resolution. will be updating this thread.

Would we b able to switch over to u guys directly (2 phones) with minimal hassle on an eSIM plan only? Cheers.

Just got my newest bill, and of course it's still got the charge. How the f do I escalate this? I want to cancel for good, I'm done with the terrible service.
