    The service is mostly ok, but when the network goes down, like today, good luck getting any answers or getting hold of anyone at @VodafoneAU Very disappointing... The My Vodafone app is rubbish!

    @VodafoneAU Vodafone customer policy is to threaten customers to pay a week early or be fined. This is fraud but Vodafone doesn't care because they have government support to committ fraud

    @VodafoneAU The Vodafone website now says that some customers are experiencing intermittent network issues . I’d say it’s a pretty bloody big issue if my SIM card didn’t even recognise I had a service with Vodafone.

    @VodafoneAU International roaming - appalling. We’ve been loyal customers for years and spent hundreds of dollars on roaming. Didn’t work in Malaysia. Three attempts over 24 hours with your support and zilch! Shame!

    @VodafoneAU hi, is there an outage in the 4128 Shailer Park area? No outage showing on your site but Vodafone connection trying to connect to satellite. Just asking.
