The customer service person said I had been approved a SIM but not approved a handset, which is no use to anybody! Can you please advise?

Staying with @Telstra for a new iPhone. Terrible experience. Guess you need a 7-figure income to sign up for a $40 plan with @VodafoneAU.. Ludicrous.
