Alan Mackenzie (@alanmackenzie76) reportedThe myvodafone app is biggest pile of poo. Since they implemented the SMS link the first link for me is always invalid and the second one might let me in or just throw and error saying contact @VodafoneAU fix it. It has on on too long.

Spoke to multiple customer service team members, saying that the account was deleted by accident and I did have credit in the account. (Confirmed by visa) I mentioned I couldn’t login. Gave them my Spanish contact number.

No empathy or help from customer service team. Just sorry can’t help you because you recently asked for an extension. Cant wait to close account.
