@Mcriver_ @Lukzy_ @VodafoneAU vodafone good for mobile service, nbn not so much...

  • genuine_m_ The Genuine Article 🌸 (@genuine_m_) reported

@alexmakin @Telstra @VodafoneAU Outsourcing and offshoring means transferring between different companies / organisations. They don't have or are not allowed to access the same systems hence needing to reidentify yourself. Each time new SLA / support clock too.

  • arekatla_n Nagarjuna Arakatla (@arekatla_n) reported

@VodafoneAU Calling calling calling to support the whole day. Do you guys think this is the only work i have to do.

  • ozgareeb Aman Sharma (@ozgareeb) reported

@VodafoneAU No service (SOS only) in 3978 from last 40 mins.

  • alexmakin Alex Makin (@alexmakin) reported

@genuine_m_ @Telstra @VodafoneAU The obfuscated process that's the issue here, it's about making support as inconvenient as possible knowing they have market leadership.

  • Fiji80Y Fiji Boy (@Fiji80Y) reported

@VodafoneAU Looks like phone outage in the 2017 postcode. Nothing reported on maintenance schedule. @downdetectorau has some reports.

  • alexeckermann Alex Eckermann (@alexeckermann) reported

@tommarmstrong @developerjack @VodafoneAU Could this be a weird “denial of service” style ‘attack’? End goal to make the receiver change number so it’s free to claim and reuse?

  • derickr Derick Rethans (@derickr) reported

@bendechrai @VodafoneAU Ugh. I hate these secure links to login because they presume that the machine thst runs the email client is the one you want to login with. And then we're not even touching greylisting.

  • funkyblue04 Scott Sims (@funkyblue04) reported

@cricketcomau @VodafoneAU VodafoneAU Have you ever done research on how many Vodafone vis customers give a **** about cricket? As a Vodafone and Internode customer, I've survived the many merges and want more but do not like sport!

  • bendechrai Ben Dechrai 💉💉 (@bendechrai) reported

@derickr @VodafoneAU I totally agree, and have been intrigued to hear non-tech friends love email-link-login mechanisms. Perhaps Vodafone found that a sample of customers finds it easier? But to call it more secure is one hell of a stretch.
