    @VodafoneAU Seems the reply I sent the other day didn't send! Data problem! What I said was, it happens as soon as I leave metropolitan Melbourne. East, South West, South East, North - 2-3 bars of 4G, NOT 4G data, or sometimes any data!

    @VodafoneAU we are having issues with our FTTB connection and a girl at the store gave us a number to the Vodafone technicians, who then told us that they actually don't have technicians who can come investigate the issue. Can you please confirm that you don't have technicians?

    @VodafoneAU having trouble logging into My Vodafone. I enter my mobile number in, hit SMS me the link, I tap the link and it says that Safari cannot handle the link. I also tried email me the link - same result.

    @VodafoneAU hey guys. I've been trying to make a call out to my family in Canada and I've had no problems up until a couple weeks ago and it hits me with a "your call couldn't be connected" message and I'm only getting around 1/2 bars of service
