When you have network upgrades or outages how about you post something to Twitter or anywhere so thousands of people don’t have to spend an hour waiting to connect to an operator who takes 2 minutes to read a prepared script to inform you of a network upgrade.

This happened during the pandemic period,so contact with you was sparse. She did try to resolve this,but was brushed off with arrogant and abysmal service. Solution?
