    The service is mostly ok, but when the network goes down, like today, good luck getting any answers or getting hold of anyone at @VodafoneAU Very disappointing... The My Vodafone app is rubbish!

    @VodafoneAU 'hey...We can give you a better @NBN_Australia deal: 'Come in, cancel current account & we'll rejoin you straight back up.& 2 hours in store....finally get new modem. 'plug & play' Another 45m on the phone...cos we now have no internet. & They have no clue when.

    @VodafoneAU I am using a Pakistani number (Ufone) on roaming in Australia. For the first few days, roaming worked fine, but for the past week, it has stopped working. I am no longer receiving SMS messages. Please help.
