    @VodafoneAU I don't know what is happening with vodafone but this month they have made me have the worst customer experience ever, I have never been through so much crap that I srill haven't sorted, your calling automation is horrible and your customer support is useless 🤮🤯

    @VodafoneAU International roaming - appalling. We’ve been loyal customers for years and spent hundreds of dollars on roaming. Didn’t work in Malaysia. Three attempts over 24 hours with your support and zilch! Shame!

    @amitkacker @VodafoneAU Aah ok so it’s home broadband .. m sure there may be some issue - try to call and get a complaint number so you can use it to escalate further ..

    @VodafoneAU Hi. Thanks for reply. Account 955368460 I realise I have an overdue amount. I’m trying to work out a solution to pay of bill but have my device available for use I’ve just taken a second job to stay on top of living costs and need internet connection for this role.
