@VodafoneAU are you able to provide an update on what’s wrong with your network? Really bad reception in Jordan Springs NSW

  • WatsonsTroops1 WatsonsTroops (@WatsonsTroops1) reported

@FionaRoseT @JarrodKent @VodafoneAU If you're really only in and around Melboune it shouldn't be an issue, if you travel regionally Telstra is still well ahead I think.

  • Bunts73 Bunts 1 (@Bunts73) reported

@VodafoneAU what’s the story with NBN in Northern Sydney ? Not working

  • furrybananas Furrybananas -The Pretty Great Pastafarian Prophet (@furrybananas) reported

@iiNet I wish all the months were half price, the @VodafoneAU coverage is awful, @Optus was only slightly better

  • kanefitz06 Kane Fitz (@kanefitz06) reported

@FionaRoseT @VodafoneAU Telstra better coverage and online help. Optus better in store and on the phone.

  • FionaRoseT Fiona (@FionaRoseT) reported

@WatsonsTroops1 @JarrodKent @VodafoneAU And that’s really no difference to Vodafone either. Becomes a disaster when I deliver cakes regionally and my GPS dies out - I’m legit the worst person for this to happen to, I have no sense of direction, I’d get lost in my own neighbourhood 🤪

  • WatsonsTroops1 WatsonsTroops (@WatsonsTroops1) reported

@FionaRoseT @JarrodKent @VodafoneAU If you deliver regionally I would go for Telstra to be safer. Costs a little more but I think by far the best network. i'd struggle without it too even locally where I am in regional Vic. Telstra drops out far less than others on the 3-4 hour drive between

Based on this customer experience, it's going to be a cold day in hell before I sign up to any new @VodafoneAU services or recommend them to friends/family.

  • bhuwanesh31 Bhuwanesh (@bhuwanesh31) reported

@ashabeaton @VodafoneAU Hi @VodafoneAU the issue is still not resolved. Difficult to work from home with no clear reception.
