@VodafoneAU The ‘Scheduled network maintenance and upgrades’ page you linked to provides the same generic response to every instance. Most unhelpful.

I know this is first world problems and all, but the internet has gone out in my area and my phones bandwidth is basically only good enough for Twitter. Rip World cup. Amazing @AussieBroadband @VodafoneAU. I really need to get around to changing phone carriers.....

@VodafoneAU has to be literally the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Smhhhh you tell them not to cancel your NBN. & what they do. Cancel your NBN! I can’t even count how many people I’ve spoken with now. **** go when you work from home !

@VodafoneAU Forcing me to use my phone to manage my account is super annoying. Please add an easy way login in my browser. You can have good security there too. Just having a unique way to login by sending an SMS link is a bad experience.

Holey ****, very elaborate caller pretending to be from @VodafoneAU nearly got me, they did that thing where they chat to a support representative while calling me asking for the verification SMS etc. It wasn't until they said I'd won an iPhone 14 that alarms bells went off.

Vodafone Support: you should enable wifi calling to get better reception. Me: if I had wifi why would I be calling about the lack of mobile internet? Vodafone Support: yes if you have it you should enable it. @vodafoneau you need to update your scripts as I think I broke them.
