    @VodafoneAU has banned all minors from accessing their accounts, with no way to contact them or cancel your service. With their "new login" system, it asks for a date of birth, and if you're under 18, you can't access your account at all.

    So the FTTN service that had been supposedly canceled is now working. @VodafoneAU claimed it was my modem. I'm using that same modem/router connected to the NBN fibre optic. Either it's a miracle or something broken got fixed.

    @Telstra why are your international roaming offers so bad compared to @VodafoneAU and @Optus you force people to port their numbers, you must know people do this and you don't care.

    If @VodafoneAU actually were proactive in communicating outages as soon as they happened it would reduce the customer rage by 50%!!! But they’ve never actually been good at that imo.

    @VodafoneAU I have requested to please waive off my international roaming only for the period of my stay in Qatar. As I was stuck there and needed to use roaming. When I spoke to one the customer care and she confirmed that it would be one time waive off but now it’s not the case

    Anyone else having difficulty with Vodafone Australia login on the website? I'm trying to create an account but I'm not receiving the SMS with the code. The number is correct, just not receiving the SMS... @VodafoneAU #VodafoneAustralia

    @VodafoneAU Why is your network unusable at Aus F1, Albert Park? Absolutely ridiculous, it's in the main region of Melbourne.

    @fulltimelegendd @VodafoneAU I reset my network settings which seemed to help but I was also out all afternoon away from Newtown and had 4g no issue
