@DarkViperAU @VodafoneAU @Telstra If you want my advice, never try to leave a provider directly. Go directly to the new provider you want and they will do all that for you. Thats exactly what I did when moving from Vodafone to Telstra, so much easier!

@VodafoneAU been with you 5 consecutive yrs. Got home phone, internet and mobile plans with you…but you support staff suck! Called for support - verified full name, DOB, mobile number…and still needed a host of other ‘verifications’. Fark! Just ask for my DNA geez!

Holy hell. Wanted to change away from @VodafoneAU to @Telstra but the process is like having nails stabbed into my eyes! Every webpage broken, app randomly fails, rejects me as a bot. Had to give the same info for the 3rd time on the phone, one letter at a time, and they hung up!

@VodafoneAU so, in theory, i could churn my telstra prepaid to voda postpaid at $40 a month and have 40gb a month data on phone for as long as i stay subscribed, and get your NBN thing at $70 a month? would I have to fully move the mobile phone service over first to access that deal?

@VodafoneAU If you do not you sell users contact details (I hope you don’t) Vodafone needs to do *FAR MORE* than it already is. It’s a massive problem.

@Mansell05 @VodafoneAU @Telstra Paul I would advise against it, moving to Vodafone. As their loyal customer over 5 years their network is so pathetic right now. I don't even get a single signal in my own home and when I am out and about, their signal keeps dropping off.Just thought i would let you know,ur call

Telemarketers/scammers calling from overseas and pretending to be from Australia. Lying, committing fraud. @VodafoneAU you need to get a handle on this problem. This is why your network is (1) failing; and (2) nobody ever answers the phone, inc me.
