    @VodafoneAU worst customer experience. Trying to get phone unblocked for work use. Bill is overdue due to rising living costs. No empathy or help from customer service team. Just sorry can’t help you because you recently asked for an extension. Cant wait to close account.

    How bad is #VodaphoneAustralia constantly increasing their monthly plans cost but service just gets worse. I haven’t been able to make calls / use my data for the whole morning. They are not even answering on their useless chat. @VodafoneAU

    @VodafoneAU been chasing up a resolution on a support issue for over a week now. Somehow claiming I’ve used more data than I have. No updated for days but magically 16gb usage has showed up from 2 weeks ago that wasn’t there when I raised the issue. Wtf sort yourselves out

    WTF?? I recently signed up for Vodafone Internet. Nothing else has changed in my life financially and my credit score has dropped by 90 points. WTF??? Is Vodafone as reputable as a pay day loan??? @VodafoneAU
