Out my work activities. The whole of blacktown has ****** reception for vodafone whereas optus and telstra have no issues. Shame really, what are you doing about this? You should waive customers phone bills for your pathetic service @VodafoneAU

@VodafoneAU very disappointed in the lack of empathy and action following a recent fraud on my elderly aunt’s account. She has escalated it, and was assured it would be quickly sorted, yet she has just received a bill equal to half her pension! And no service if she doesn’t pay!

@VodafoneAU after signed up new plans- no network, internet is super slow- I complained to Vodafone- they said network will be updated within 2weeks but now already 4months getting worse

@VodafoneAU Its fine I sorted it. The log in method is so clunky. Doesn't work well with the ap. Sucks on desktop.

Saying that @VodafoneAU I will take this to @fairwork_gov_au ! I have a case number , I really don't appreciate this ! Nearly 2 hours of phone conversation and the result is still bad ! @tpg you for sure made a bad investment !
