    @VodafoneAU I don't know what is happening with vodafone but this month they have made me have the worst customer experience ever, I have never been through so much crap that I srill haven't sorted, your calling automation is horrible and your customer support is useless 🤮🤯

    @VodafoneAU Can you do anything about the lack of service while aboard a train through Brisbane’s CBD? Roma St station to Central is half dead zone, and Central to Fortitude Valley is 3/4 dead.

    @VodafoneAU Vodafone likes sending threatening messages to its long term customers demanding payment a week early or they will be fined.Its their new customer policy threaten their loyal customers of 20 years

    @VodafoneAU Thanks for your reply. But honestly, I’ve been hearing the same message since 4th of June, and no one has contacted me to fix the issue. I'm really sorry, but at this point, I can’t trust Vodafone or the Vodafone team anymore. Too many promises, no action.

    How bad is #VodaphoneAustralia constantly increasing their monthly plans cost but service just gets worse. I haven’t been able to make calls / use my data for the whole morning. They are not even answering on their useless chat. @VodafoneAU
