    .@VodafoneAU During an interesting interaction with customer service last week, I was asked why I don't use the Vodafone app on my Samsung handset - to which I replied, the Vodafone app causes my phone to crash, requiring a soft reset. You ever think about addressing that?

    @VodafoneAU You say that in public but once you get me into a private phone call or chat your support team insists the only way to increase my data is to sign up to a 36 month contract with a device I don’t want.

    @VodafoneAU Nah. Wasted countless hours trying to fix this with you guys. Haven’t been able to stream anything in months. If I wasn’t so busy working, I would’ve left within days. Oh and don’t get your call center staff to say “ We are Vodafone, we won’t let you down.” It’s beyond a joke.

    @VodafoneAU I called support before Christmas since I'm being charged for 2 numbers and you said the other number would be cancelled through the week. It's been 2 weeks now and I can see in my next bill that I'm still being charged. How do I get this sorted out?

    @VodafoneAU I told you what was happening. No Internet after 4pm yesterday. Rang 1555 and was told there was a technical issue in the area of Coburg Melbourne. Pls confirm
