    So the FTTN service that had been supposedly canceled is now working. @VodafoneAU claimed it was my modem. I'm using that same modem/router connected to the NBN fibre optic. Either it's a miracle or something broken got fixed.

    @VodafoneAU If you are going to up the ******* prices of data and **** atleast fix your ******* network! It’s bloody stupid the fact that your internet and data are so **** yet you continue to up the prices. ******* ridiculous

    Signed up with @VodafoneAU 2 weeks ago for FTTP. My internet then stopped working. @VodafoneAU customer service claimed existing FTTN had been canceled. @NBN_Australia says no. Got FTTP today. Now receiving my "cancelled" FTTN and not FTTP 500MBS I requested 2 weeks ago.

    @VodafoneAU Im also using a google pixel 7 pro and you should recall them ive read they are all faulty!!! But your to worried about your plans you signed them up on!!! And you tricked me with a $400 bonus into getting this phone you knew was full of bugs and bad chips!!! AAAARRRGGHHH!!!!!!

    Was so excited to go to @VodafoneAU to switch over from stupid @Telstra and they couldn’t find my ACN on their system! Why do telcos make life so hard for customers to do business with them? Maybe @Optus can help?

    @VodafoneAU any updates on what appears to be a huge network outage in the Port Stephens area. All Mobile and 5G Home Broadband services down since 8am.
