Hey @VodafoneAU there’s a scam targeting your customers offering 50% off the next bill IF the customer gives you their pin. Might want to remind customers not to give their pin to randoms who call.

Why is your service so terrible @VodafoneAU For the last 2 months I have had nothing but issues. Australia’s data connection is feeling like I’m standing in central Africa. Hell, they probably have even better internet connection than this place. #Vodafone #Australia

@VodafoneAU poor service and no follow up as offered when enquiring about a deceased account. Grossly suggested to "just use their phone". Perhaps train your staff in compassion and also devise a better deceased cancellation and refund policy
