Michael Cogan (Curzon) (@Curzon79) reportedSo I went into an @VodafoneAU store today to seek assistance in accessing their “my Vodafone service” which I haven’t been able to access for a while now and was told they can’t help me. What’s the point of having a store to assist customers if you aren’t going to help #vodafail

CJB (Wear a Mask 😷 & Get a Covid Jab) (@JB001001) reported@VodafoneAU I don’t want free data, don’t use all my data anyway. I want an explanation as to what happened, why the 8+hours outage occurred, and what the fix was. #vodafoneoutage #pleaseexplain

paula nicole (@pauladm25) reported@VodafoneAU hi vodafone. I didn’t have 4g, and couldn’t make any texts or calls for an entire day. As soon as I connect to wifi when I got home from work, I conveniently received my Vodafone bill. Is there a way to receive a discount on that bill? Pretty poor form to be honest.

Nikeeta McHutchison (@NMchutchison) reported@VodafoneAU Not only that but I’ve been a loyal customer with you guys for 18 years, never went to the competition (who mind you at this rate are looking like a better option). I’d rather pay more with the strong competition than be constantly pulling my hair out.

Pete Williams (@rexster) reported@VodafoneAU Still not working where I am, sent via my Telstra phone
-
DAMIEN RASMUSSEN (@SOLIDUS_10) reported@VodafoneAU I have a shares data plan with mobiles, and I'm still not connected to a network
-
Nick S. (@errol_flynn69) reported@simongrant1978 @dhinee1992 @VodafoneAU There are people depending on this service for their livelihood. Mate go in your corner and stop being an apologist for this **** service.

AlexBeforeApril (@AlexBeforeApril) reported@VodafoneAU What about those of us who never go through their monthly data, what benefit is that to us? I would prefer an actual explanation of exactly what went wrong and what Vodafone are doing to prevent it happening in the future.
-
Jo Foster (@jo1foster) reported@NBarton @Harnsle @VodafoneAU When you are out all day (like I was) and relying on my phone (no home WiFi options) then it’s a big problem... people aren’t always just sitting at home.
-
Harnsle Joo (@Harnsle) reported@jo1foster @NBarton @VodafoneAU Completely agree. Or even if you have WiFi, but others in your family who rely on you don't use any of the apps and only know how to physically call, it's a problem. Fingers crossed it doesn't happen again
