Sneaky peaky @VodafoneAU - release new NBN plans with REDUCED upload speeds (down from 40Mbps to 25Mbps). In a time when I have 3-4 people on study/work from home I cannot have a reduced upload limit like that. NOT. COOL.

Just had the worst experience with @VodafoneAU faulty phone and they refused to look at the issue without us paying $550. What kind of awful customer service is this? What a joke #vodafail

@rbozinovski @VodafoneAU Probably was running over there 700Mhz 5G network so not a huge surprise. I’ve found Optus to be really good over LTE at Callaghan.
