Shocked at how bad customer service and complaint management was. ignored TCP code obligations. :( @TPG_Telecom

Adam Thoseby (@thosebaby) reported@VodafoneAU what’s the deal with losing my phone, then me spending a day driving around to find it, promising me $200 off, then saying “it never happened”. You have the phone recording. Blatant bait and switch to stop me from cancelling the whole contract. @acccgovau needs this.
