@VodafoneAU I know what 3G is. I was around where dial up was the only means to connect to internet. When on your 3G network my phone will say “not connected to internet”

hey @VodafoneAU - what’s the point of a call back service when your operator say ‘ I may get a call back in the next 24-48hrs’ .. great customer service after being charged a early exit fee on a month to month plan!!!

@VodafoneAU - Nobody in the retail shop, nor customer service can answer me a simple question, so I try it here: Is Vodafone planning on, to have the new Nokia devices in stock anytime soon, or will you stick to Samsung and iPhones only ? NZ has the new Nokia phones already.

@VodafoneAU Still no improvement I’m afraid. Can’t even get 1mbps download speed. This is really poor!

@VodafoneAU Done, however the real problem is that your "fraud team" didn't proactively catch it!. It should be pretty straight forward to limit customers who can spoof senders to an approved whitelist per-customer. Or look for SMSs pretending to be from banks and other institutions..

@VodafoneAU I really hope the over-a-month of network upgrades and maintenance will be worth it cause my connection has been crap all this time in Hallam. Seems to magically be awesome at 3am every night though

@VodafoneAU This is great news. Let's hope it extends to the areas I was in recently like Tahtra, Bermagui and parts of the Snowy mountains. I was actually hot spotting to my work phone so I could get service. Surely an announcement like this would have been emailed to customers however.

@VodafoneAU hey team, it’s 22:10 in West Aust, Collie 6225. Have only Vodafone AU R. As service was fine earlier today with 4G, I’m assuming there’s an issue. No, definitely not my phone. Have done all the usual troubleshooting. What’s the situation?
