    @VodafoneAU Hi I upgraded my plan with 24 mths IPhone13, the full amount charged on my bill. I called and requested to fix it more than 6 times with no action. I'm very disappointed with the bad service. If not fixed I'll release the service. Saeed

    @VodafoneAU with the new login feature, how do I combine logins when I have a prepaid account service and a post paid service. It's really annoying that I have to log in to 2 separate accounts

    @VodafoneAU Still the same, unable to use my ported number for calls. I rang the call centre today, was told they have an outage and can't access any customers info and asked me to call back in 4-6 hours. Seriously, this has been the worst experience I have had with any mobile providers. 😠

    @johndarvall @VodafoneUK Exactly the same here in OZ Bro!!!! @VodafoneAU even BLOCKED me on certain Social Media platforms as I kept calling them out on POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

    @VodafoneAU not amused right now! Nbn got cancelled yesterday and when I rang to find out why, turns out my change of address from 18 months ago never happened and I've been paying for nbn and only receiving 4g backup for 18 months! Now to fix it, I need to sign up for a new plan
