@VodafoneAU this is absolutely ridiculous. 3 continuous weeks with no mobile data or internet. I cannot call or receive texts when i am out of the house. Your help line didn’t help at all. This needs to be fixed. I can’t believe i just locked into a 3 year phone plan. Ridiculous

@lebaraau worse service ever. Recharged 3 days ago and cut up my service. Almost in accident and cannot use sim after recharged. @VodafoneAU can do better! Do not get Lebara unless want to be in accident and cannot call emergency services because service cut!

@VodafoneAU This isn't NBN this is 4g mobile - no signal, can't receive calls or messages for 6+ weeks - to be told 'everything is working' or 'you need to wait for an upgrade' when it has been fine for the last 6 months. It's an absolute joke.

@VodafoneAU It started off promising. I was impressed with the quick response. Unfortunately after resetting the modem I’m now waiting for the 2nd callback as to try to figure out why the network disappeared for me altogether. So now I’m spending the afternoon with no internet at all.
