@VodafoneAU I also have been with you for 6 weeks and had nothing but problems. Poor communication and structure from your end, people not doing what they said they would do, staff members not knowing how to process things. Terrible.

Did an $AAPL trade in with partner's macbook and iphone - seamless, easy, quick. My @SamsungMobile - utter nightmare. Their poxy trade-up app doesn't work. @VodafoneAU just as bad - can't even send a text code!!
