@VodafoneAU horrible, unprofessional, inhuman, heartless. I can go on abt how unhappy I’m wth Vodafone. Your CS agents disconnected chat on me 5 times. Charged me invalid bills & demanding me to pay and barred my account whilst I’m overseas. U’ll lose your 11 years loyal customer

@VodafoneAU a short while ago I asked about getting a new handset (I am a prepaid customer). You offered me an alcatel for $79 but when I went into the store (west lakes, Adelaide) they had run out. can you please advise if they have the stock in yet? thanks in advance

@VodafoneAU Great. I expect good customer service from you guys so your fast reply is no surprise. But how about pooling data with competitors, creating a blacklist and blocking all messages & calls from that list?

  • mimmette Mimmette (@mimmette) reported

@VodafoneAU I was happy with my plan. All I wanted was to have it back but your customer service people were incompetent and couldn’t do the simplest thing.

@mrgnarchr @VodafoneAU Oh so nice. It really is important to build trust in Support. This is especially true if things are not going as planned and a customer is left with his issue. Did yours got resolved?

@VodafoneAU it’s sad the service particularly from the prepaid team has declined significantly over the years. your rep didn’t give a chance to leave a feedback and just hung up.

@VodafoneAU Hi, I just had the most baffling experience ordering online. It said my order had been partially approved and to phone Vodafone. The customer service person said I had been approved a SIM but not approved a handset, which is no use to anybody! Can you please advise?

@garystark @Telstra @VodafoneAU They actually are taking action. I write on this regularly. It's not as easy as just saying "stop" because of how they come in, though, and means users need to be educated about what they are and when to hang up.

Right @VodafoneAU just putting it out there, that in the very few times I've had to call, NOT ONCE have I had a bad experience! It's always good even when I mistakenly left for 12 months you were more helpful than my provider at the time haha Thank you 👍🏼
