@VodafoneAU your coverage at Salisbury North, SA is crap. I have 5G with 2 bars and I can't browse social media on my phone because it's so slow. What gives?

Holey ****, very elaborate caller pretending to be from @VodafoneAU nearly got me, they did that thing where they chat to a support representative while calling me asking for the verification SMS etc. It wasn't until they said I'd won an iPhone 14 that alarms bells went off.

@VodafoneAU Forcing me to use my phone to manage my account is super annoying. Please add an easy way login in my browser. You can have good security there too. Just having a unique way to login by sending an SMS link is a bad experience.

@VodafoneAU one of the great frustrations with dealing with your customer service is that it’s a 50/50 bet to get world class customer service one who’s worse than an ai chat bot, unable to understand your actual questions & can only supply answers from pasted from the website.
