    @JulianBurnside Where is their Call Centre based? Been having a lot of issues with @VodafoneAU, their system is horrendous.

    @VodafoneAU It’s a terrible practice. ‘It comes through in minutes’ is an excuse for poor security. Why do I need to go to a website, to get a link to log in. Why can’t I use an MFA app at least. My guess is that you don’t actually care about your customers data.

    So the FTTN service that had been supposedly canceled is now working. @VodafoneAU claimed it was my modem. I'm using that same modem/router connected to the NBN fibre optic. Either it's a miracle or something broken got fixed.

    What is up with @VodafoneAU having the worst online experience ever. Like you cannot login from a desktop browser because they force the login link be sent by sms.

    @VodafoneAU why do I have no 4 or 5g signal in Newtown 2042? Online support tried to tell me it was a network issue but my husbands phone is fine…..

    @VodafoneAU have had no coverage asll day, i can make c a lls but cannot receive despite geting new Sim. #Ombudsman please help

    @VodafoneAU It shouldnt have never been used as credit though because I called up reguarding the issue on the 8th of February. You guys purposely forced me to wait a month so you could use it as credit instead of giving me a bank transfer as I requested.
