    @VodafoneAU NBN down in Canterbury, 3126. Your tech support say it is an NBN issue. NBN network has no scheduled maintenance, you had maintenance that has run overtime. Just need to know which of these is the fault for my work and submission of my final assignment for university

    Would much prefer staying with @VodafoneAU but what good is a phone number if it is not reachable for verification / unlocking purposes. Service that worked in 2013 that ceased working now with no notices nor announcement. A promised 48 hour investigation SLA was not met either.

    Hey @VodafoneAU Why has my NBN speed gone to 10mbps max sometimes around 1 for the last 2 days. When im paying for a 50 down and had that Thursday. And my ip location is in Sydney,and im in Adelaide. Ive done all the restart and nothing worked

    @VodafoneAU coverage in Australia is garbage. I’ve missed some important calls and sms from people and they couldn’t get through to me. Yet it shows up on their call text logs. Smh

    Look at this crap @VodafoneAU the idiots from @NBN_Australia for the 6th time in less than 6 months trying to fix the freaken NBN internet. Yesterday I had a text message saying it's been fixed, and now I just got a message that's not fixed. I'm running on 4G .@ScottMorrisonMP
