@vodafoneAu my home NBN has kicked into "backup 4G" mode and I'm in a black spot with very poor mobile reception. Can't get my work done. Any idea how long this will be? I've tried the usual turn them on and off again.

@VodafoneAU So that's 4 days longer than I was originally told. Also according to your link, there should be no issues with my phone data. Except my phone data is so poor now I can only use it in half of my house and even then it runs extremely slow.

@VodafoneAU Don't get it, why so much of unreliable connection. @VodafoneAU it matter of time patience will run out. Wake up it's 2022, people do wfh and hurts productivity with your unreliable network.

@VodafoneAU @VodafoneAU I have done it 4 times. I have a momdem from iinet and Vodafone have both services. I work as IT support for a financial company at the GOLD COAST. the problem is not the modem is your service. I have to swap to iinet. I haven been testing the. Which should I keep?
