@VodafoneAU having lots of trouble with wifi failing today and not staying on. Happened three times in a row now plus earlier today. In south of the ACT. Any known issues?

  • zKawrie Vice Kawrie 🇦🇺 | #SithKawrie (@zKawrie) reported

@VodafoneAU why’s the internet so bad in the Frankston area? The connections bouncing all over the joint

  • bingewatchers1 Potter Head (@bingewatchers1) reported

@VodafoneAU And why wasn’t this communicated to the customers? When is this maintenance going to end? We pay so much for the service & it’s unfair that you fail to communicate with the customers. Anyways whatever feedback we give you guys simply don’t care

  • pony_node Node Pony (@pony_node) reported

@VodafoneAU Well @VodafoneAU I rang the number. The person said because I have 4 mobile numbers that is too many services and signing up for the NBN makes it a 5th service. So I can't get connected. I HAVE THIS SETUP WITH MY CURRENT PROVIDER, NO ISSUES. Why are you making this so hard?

  • curryandcake Latika (@curryandcake) reported

@manjusrii I'm not able to reply nor block the number. It's so maddening. Help @VodafoneAU

  • le_darren DK 💉💉 (@le_darren) reported

@VodafoneAU why can't I get 5G? I have a 5G phone, I pay 5G prices, your add says the world's best 5G bit, I have never had 5G with the 5G phone you sold me. Are you charging for services not provided? Refund for your failure? #fullofcrap @accc where are you? #antiozzie

  • pony_node Node Pony (@pony_node) reported

@VodafoneAU It makes absolutely zero sense. Do you want me as an NBN customer or not? What sort of business runs like this?

  • le_darren DK 💉💉 (@le_darren) reported

@VodafoneAU So the world's best 5G is not available in Australia. Aren't you only 25% Vodafone owned? This BS marketing campaign is highlighting the weakness in your network and marketing teams. I have lost trust in you (any many more of your customers feel the same).

  • feverpitch96 andrew lambkin (@feverpitch96) reported

@VodafoneAU @PeterIacono Well you've been utter hanging rubbish all day in the Mittagong area, and in the last 20 minutes you've been at a complete standstill on a number of perfectly ordinary websites. So bad at the moment that I'm missing the old dial-up! Was last April not enough for you guys?

  • KaneIT3000 Kane Watters (@KaneIT3000) reported
