@VodafoneAU Hi guys, not sure if your coverage map is having an issue but I’ve noticed that 5G coverage for iPhone 13/14 is patchy but if u select a samsung 5G device (say the budget A13) coverage is way better. confused as the iPhone can connect to more bands. Is the map correct)

  • davidsivaraj David Sivaraj (@davidsivaraj) reported

@VodafoneAU Two things. 1. After attempts by your technical team the login still doesn’t work. 2. Your new Netcomm modem is worse the previous device. Speeds at 10Mbps. I’m on a premium plan. You really suck #fail

@VodafoneAU Hi. Really frustrated - you won't allow my number to be placed onto a new pre paid sim card, because I lost the old one without waiting two days. I need this number for work. Please help.

  • brucemurchie Bruce Murchie (@brucemurchie) reported

@VodafoneAU Samsung S22 will not sync mobile number to #Samsung 5Pro LTE watch. Errors 40001 and 50001. Voda support cannot resolve issue. Hmm..

@VodafoneAU Keeping updated always sounds like it means something, but it really doesn’t help. The phone is working or the phone is not working. The phone is working again now.

  • michaelpmuz Michael Murray (@michaelpmuz) reported

Does @VodafoneAU intentionally throw you around to 50 call centre departments to make you give up on the issue?
