lol @VodafoneAU offering free data on the weekend for their **** up from last week like as if that's gonna fix anything. Once again, data should be free and unlimited no matter what since it does not require any human labour to be produced. Time to change service providers?

  • tomtomsydney TC (@tomtomsydney) reported

Thanks for the free data this weekend @VodafoneAU due to your network error, however I already have 50GB a month so I feel a bill discount if more appropriate

  • robbosa77 Steve (@robbosa77) reported

@N_Watson_ @VodafoneAU Waiting for my message from them also... But way @VodafoneAU service has been lately im considering jumping shipping after 25yrs of being with them

  • smiffy Matthew "Smiffy" Smith Wears A Mask (@smiffy) reported

@sylmobile @VodafoneAU I'd settle for an incident report.

  • ClaireW90316842 Claire Williams (@ClaireW90316842) reported

@VodafoneAU your call centre people are rude and unprofessional. Disgusting service!

  • PeteMacManus Pete MacManus (@PeteMacManus) reported

Hey @VodafoneAU it’s great you are giving free data for a day because of the outage, but I already have 120GB of data I don’t always use, how about a $20 credit on my bill instead?

  • TheEsp David Francis (@TheEsp) reported

@VodafoneAU offering free data for the recent outage is not really fair most people’s data plans are huge how about a discount from the monthly bill instead #badchoice

  • hugo_yu12 Hugo (@hugo_yu12) reported

@VodafoneAU I am not exactly sure what caused the recent outage, but if it can go out all of a sudden and take so long to repair, this weekend would definitely overload the network with many people on a limited plan suddenly not needing to worry about their data limit

  • Mauriciofreires Maurício Freire (@Mauriciofreires) reported

@VodafoneAU I just received an text message about free data for a day as a compensation of outage vodafone.this is not fair, because I have losses so it’s reasonable I have discount on my account instead free data day , this is ridiculous.

  • mkoko_p pineapplestanacc (@mkoko_p) reported

@deep_end_diving @VodafoneAU 1. Some on postpaid never finish their data anyway 2. Vodafone is already offering infinite data on some plans lol 3. Waiving the next bill caters to everyone 4. YOU may have had just “one day of inconvenience”. Doesn’t apply to every one. 5. It’s an empty gesture.
