@VodafoneAU Worst aftersales service and support. I don’t recommend Vodafone to anyone. They sent my phone but not a charger ( paid $29 extra for it). Called the CSR and nobody knows why is it missing. I asked them to cancel the order, but they declined my request. Bullshit!

@VodafoneAU missing starter pack on arrival. Phone support took forever, 2 transfers, and then disconnects without a callback. Will it get any worse? Chat support not available after timeout?
