    @VodafoneAU very frustrated as our 4g internet has been having speed problems now for weeks and constantly drops out every since there’s been maintenance.

    @VodafoneAU poor service and no follow up as offered when enquiring about a deceased account. Grossly suggested to "just use their phone". Perhaps train your staff in compassion and also devise a better deceased cancellation and refund policy
