@VodafoneAU And this is the speed inside my house! Lol, Speedtest won’t even run because there’s no data network available from Vodafone. I’m seriously considering switching to Telstra today. Had enough of this. Will move my whole family over too!

Ugh! @VodafoneAU customer service sucks. At 4:30pm, my wife's phone had a hardware issue. It's on plan and under warranty. I couldn't get help. My local store was probably empty, but they can't be called. I need to spend 2 hours on hold to speak to the national call centre.

@VodafoneAU Worst customer service in the world, they keep committing mistakes without any apology or empathy and when asked for some levy threatened to call security on me, I'll surely take my business elsewhere.
