@VodafoneAU Yes, thanks, I work in tech, I know *why* it happens. What I don't understand is why Vodafone doesn't appreciate what a **** customer experience that is. I'm a parent of a young adult. When I get a text at 12:30am, I'm immediately awake, heart racing, fearing the worst.

@VodafoneAU It was to tell me that I'd hit 50% of my quota. With only one day before my quota resets. That's not an urgent message. It is, however, an appallingly bad customer experience.

@VodafoneAU Heading to my local kiosk to geta explanation on why my bill is $37 over the agreed amount, not too bad considering you're trying to charge my mother who is a pensioner a extra $100 on top of hers, very classy 👏👏👏
