Vodafone Australia Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • homebrandcola Lt Cmdr Timmy (@homebrandcola) reported from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory

For some reason my @SamsungAU S20 on @VodafoneAU had stopped doing wifi calling since yesterday. The setting isn't in the phone app anymore. This is an issue as there is no phone coverage at my house 🙃

  • SugarJarosz Helen Jarosz (@SugarJarosz) reported

@VodafoneAU Thanks for responding. When people are travelling this wide brown land they don’t care what a service map says, esp. if they have family in these areas. They want reliable mobile service and they will look for a provider who will give them this #morecoverageneeded

  • _camohara Cameron O'Hara (@_camohara) reported

@VodafoneAU your NBN service is ******* terrible

  • swearyanthony Anthony B, (@swearyanthony) reported

The reference number for my trying and failing to explain to a couple of your tech support folks that your web proxy is broken and endangering lives is 3-2838263897424 btw @VodafoneAU. Apparently you log them for quality checks. Have a read. And fix it.

  • abstractslug Penny (@abstractslug) reported

@swearyanthony @VodafoneAU @NSWSES Oh that explains the weird problem I was have hours ago that they still haven't fixed apparently

  • garystark Professor West Wing Fried Chicken Shack (@garystark) reported

What's wrong with @vodafoneAu in Homebush lately? Very poor reception for the last 3 days. Not good enough. Back to the days of #VodaFail

  • TomRagen Tom Ragen (@TomRagen) reported

@NBN_Australia I have sent you a DM. @VodafoneAU have called and said you have fixed the problem but I highly doubt you have been able to send (and I haven’t seen) a technician out to my address to replace the part since I sent my last tweet to you 24 hours ago. #Frustrated

  • garystark Professor West Wing Fried Chicken Shack (@garystark) reported

@VodafoneAU DM finally sent. I am now using an alternative connection, because my standard connection, using your network, is not fit for purpose.

  • swearyanthony Anthony B, (@swearyanthony) reported

I've been a customer of yours for more than 20 years, back to the 3 days, and your helpdesk's inability to handle a life critical issue and escalate it appropriately is absolutely unacceptable, @VodafoneAU. Fix that stuff.

  • navstereen Navster (@navstereen) reported

@VodafoneAU The direct message and the chat that I just had was absolutely NO USE...I'm about to cancel...21 bloody Years was a waste of a relationship..@Optus or @Telstra ...New beginnings..See you with either one of you
