Good job @VodafoneAU on increasing your coverage in Tasmania. Had good enough service on holiday in Swansea to set up a hotspot for my VodafoneTV and stream Netflix. Couldn't even get SMS service here a few years ago!

@VodafoneAU I don't think there's anything specific to me that would necessitate that. The login process is a terrible experience, particularly on mobile, and needs reworking (or just reverting to how it was before!). Please give that feedback to the team that needs to hear it.

@VodafoneAU my mum is awaiting delivery of her wifi hub 3.0 modem and we have a tracking device but speaking to one of your consultants it saying she now has to provide her own but we have a tracking number stating otherwise. Can you help?

@VodafoneAU Can you please suggest how to verify identity. While one of your staff suggest us to go for 10$ hold plan during holiday. And now we want to active our numbers and your support staff says that we need to verify your identity through one time OTP.

@VodafoneAU you're coverage is beyond a joke. I'm 8 km from Adelaide and can't stream audio for my kids to get to bed. Customer time if death 28/1/22.

@VodafoneAU why am I getting constant drop outs on 5G and my NBN service in Reservoir. What’s the point of paying for high speed internet if I can’t stream a 30 minute TV show?

Living a mere 5kms out of Warrnambool and @VodafoneAU is as good as useless. The @Telstra line is not much better - and they couldn’t fix my blackspot in bloody Fitzroy!!! Past time the feds of @auspol fixed appalling neglect of regional telecommunication!

@VodafoneAU hey team, pretty sure there is a 4g outage in Collie 6225. Had 4g this morning, currently on 3g VodafoneAU R. Please don’t tell me that’s because I’m regional. We get 4g here normally. Any chance your system has a listed outage?

@VodafoneAU It would have been nice to be forewarned that there may be some service interruptions .. It's not as if you're involved in the communications industry, after all ... Oh wait, you are. COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS, you blithering idiots!

@RecliningPanda @Optus @VodafoneAU I had NBN techs out and they replaced everything but it made no difference. The Optus support acknowledged the problem was on their end but then slammed shut on doing anything about it.
