Good job @VodafoneAU on increasing your coverage in Tasmania. Had good enough service on holiday in Swansea to set up a hotspot for my VodafoneTV and stream Netflix. Couldn't even get SMS service here a few years ago!

@VodafoneAU what's up with your NBN service being down? Customer support say all their systems are down as well, so can't render any assistance. Any status updates?

@VodafoneAU Hi I upgraded my plan with 24 mths IPhone13, the full amount charged on my bill. I called and requested to fix it more than 6 times with no action. I'm very disappointed with the bad service. If not fixed I'll release the service. Saeed

@DanMacPherson @VodafoneAU Yes. I have received 4-5 calls a day for months. Let them go to msg bank and when I ring back they say no I never called you. It’s scammers somehow using numbers to hide their own, for a while it was almost the same number as mine apart from last 3 digits

@VodafoneAU @VodafoneAU Also, no one can call my old number anymore (they can still txt). Contacted support via chat and told to wait another 48 hours. So I'm going to lose my number for another 48 hours! I transferred my number a few times before never had issues with other providers.

@VodafoneAU @VodafoneAU called the porting team who said the port looks good and asked me to call technical support. Technical support checked everything and said everything is fine on their side. After 2 hrs on the phone with your support team I'm back to square one. How do I escalate this?

@DanMacPherson @VodafoneAU Ex telco. What is used as your “display” number doesn’t have to be the same as the actual number. Someone is using it as a spoof cover and people are legit thinking they’re getting calls. Best solution was generally to set up a voicemail asking people to text you if it was vital
