Good job @VodafoneAU on increasing your coverage in Tasmania. Had good enough service on holiday in Swansea to set up a hotspot for my VodafoneTV and stream Netflix. Couldn't even get SMS service here a few years ago!

@poc125 @VodafoneAU Network Coverage in KY2 5LT Kirkcaldy, Fife has been negligible to zero for the last 48 hours but Vodafone insisting all is OK. Anyone else found this sort of stonewalling?

@VodafoneAU Howdy! I'm having some home internet issues...usually you guys are pretty good given my location but today working from home is almost impossible! Any chance you could take a look on your end and let me know if can be fixed?

@VodafoneAU Thanks for the reply. I have already contacted support the past for trouble shooting and they can’t see any issue. But the internet keeps dropping out at different times of the day. My daughter doing uni at home gets kicked out of her zoom class when it drops out.

@VodafoneAU I've been trying to get to your support through phone for moving my NBN to a new address because your system is so primitive, there's no way to do it using a form or email. And I can't find the online chat you used to have anymore too. This is ridiculous.

@VodafoneAU where is your moral compass for, no valid reason, refusing to sell a phone for a teenage girl to be able to contact her parents for help or advice or in distress? #despicable #fail #incompetent

@VodafoneAU so I get an sms today about an exclusive offer from you about how I have been a customer for over 10 years and can upgrade with discounts, I ring up and then I am told that you have no record of this offer even though it is definitely from you? Comments??

@VodafoneAU would have to be the worst phone company I have ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. Convoluted, confusing and totally frustrating resulting in their refusal to sell me a phone. #fail #USELESS

@7Cricket @VodafoneAU no services available to men suffering from depression, homeless and domestic abuse in australia, how does that sit with you, while feminist man bashing organisations have all the funding and still cry poor with irrelevant statistics as justification
