Good job @VodafoneAU on increasing your coverage in Tasmania. Had good enough service on holiday in Swansea to set up a hotspot for my VodafoneTV and stream Netflix. Couldn't even get SMS service here a few years ago!

@VodafoneAU what ****** service you provided? How is it my network service has been horrible, I keep complaining but nothing is resolved. Do I need to switch network providers for you to fix this issue???

  • DrSarahWymer Sarah Wymer (@DrSarahWymer) reported

Hi @VodafoneAU, any update on when your internet service will be back up and running? It’s been nearly 4 hours, making online lectures and working from home impossible! 😩😩

  • DragonsWCEagles Pitt the Younger (@DragonsWCEagles) reported

Apparently Vodafone Australia doesn’t have email addresses for Customer Service. Amazing and gobsmacking. They certainly have customer disservice. @VodafoneAU

  • DucournauHive E (@DucournauHive) reported

@VodafoneAU acting like their site not working is my fault is laughable honestly

  • playertheslayer Jordan (@playertheslayer) reported

@VodafoneAU we live in Nerang and our NBN hasn’t been working since around 1130am today. We have reset our modem and we’re on hold for about an hour and 15 mins. Is there a current outage at the moment? :)

  • macleanbrendan Brendan Maclean (@macleanbrendan) reported

So a very lame non-popstar question... is @VodafoneAU like... the worst network in Australia? I haven't had phone or internet coverage beyond dial-up speeds in a month? Which telco do actual adults in this country use?

  • erinwatsonlynn Dr Erin Watson (@erinwatsonlynn) reported

I ported my phone number to @VodafoneAU and neither my old phone works nor the new one so I am phoneless. Also please help @VodafoneAU and I can't visit a store until next week thanks to work schedule😭

  • blimeyoriley7 andy riley (@blimeyoriley7) reported

Once again @Optus manage to raise the bar in appalling service. Constant poor advice & incorrect guidance resulting in no service for a week. Your service agents show no interest in trying to fix the situation. Time to start looking at other options - @Telstra or @VodafoneAU ?

  • daxmelbourne Dax (@daxmelbourne) reported

@VodafoneAU 200GB for $55 a month, but only on new/additional services. But, I could cancel my current plan and get a new one? Why not just let me swap to it?!
