Good job @VodafoneAU on increasing your coverage in Tasmania. Had good enough service on holiday in Swansea to set up a hotspot for my VodafoneTV and stream Netflix. Couldn't even get SMS service here a few years ago!

@angharadyeo @chitombo @VodafoneAU The argument (which I disagree with) is that the MNO provides a higher level of service. I am yet to see evidence of this. They charge more money because of brand power, nothing more. (And sometimes better roaming perks)

@angharadyeo @VodafoneAU i'm surprised you had phone service to actually call them hahahahaa

  • sev_ince1 Sev Ince (@sev_ince1) reported

@VodafoneAU shame on you Vodafone, for taking a tower out for a whole month rendering our service unusable. This happens to be a service of an 84 year old with terminal conditions and is not having any way of reaching her. Then when we want improve the service they want more $

@VodafoneAU Can you explain to me why when living in the U.K. all network providers allow you to use your data across Europe, including the US and Australia at no extra charge. Yet you want people to pay $5 a day to use their phone in NZ ?? It’s 2021 !!

  • MattJDrumm Matthew Drummey (@MattJDrumm) reported

Me: My @NBN_Australia modem is completely dead @VodafoneAU support person: Turn it on and off, see if that fixes it. Me: WHAT? Turn on the dead box with no power?!? How do I do that, anyone?

  • MediaGoddess1 Robin M. (@MediaGoddess1) reported

@petah @VodafoneAU crossing out phone # ... vs... headache of phantom predecessor. which is longer term problem?

  • akashicdaddy Daddy (@akashicdaddy) reported

@VodafoneAU Like I said, when you don't have data, you can't do ****, wether it's checking a link online or updating an app... I would say it is common sense but in all honesty, what is starting to make a lot of sense is that this whole thing is done on purpose for the update :)

  • runningjester runningjester (@runningjester) reported

@VodafoneAU great customer service idea of texting to see if you should call. Although it’s been six days since I responded and still no call. Is this the level of competence that I can expect in the future?

  • chrismclay Chris McLay (@chrismclay) reported

@ClaireConsider @Telstra @VodafoneAU Because Vodafone uses an eSIM, I could buy a physical Telstra prepaid SIM for my phone and run both if we really needed the Telstra network.

  • glen_foreman Glen Foreman (@glen_foreman) reported

@VodafoneAU I suddenly have no data service again ... very similar to what happened last time. Restarting hasn't helped. Can you please confirm if services are down at the moment?
