Good job @VodafoneAU on increasing your coverage in Tasmania. Had good enough service on holiday in Swansea to set up a hotspot for my VodafoneTV and stream Netflix. Couldn't even get SMS service here a few years ago!

Wife has been with @VodafoneAU for 4yrs. Today mobile was blocked with no warning. Spoke to call centre acc up to date and no issues. Why was it blocked? CC cant tell you and the team that blocked it dont work Sat/Sun. So send email and should be fixed in 48hrs. Appalling service

@VodafoneAU During the national 11 hour 4G outage #Vodafone could only extend my service for an extra 2 days that month or $10 voice/SMS credit after an 11 hour outage in the middle of Friday business hours.

@VodafoneAU my phone signal is currently down (ie., states no service). Same thing happened yesterday evening, but came back on around 9pm AWST. Is there any outages or is my phone the issue? Thanks, Amy.

@VodafoneAU Is there a problem with the NBN network in Brisbane (Hemmant 4174). Have been averaging 40mbs since switching to 50 plan, but today speeds of 0.3 to 3.4mbs. It’s ground to a standstill!

@VodafoneAU poor form guys. Office modem you supplied faulty - 2 weeks of back and forth, 2 hours on hold yesterday, no solution on how to pickup new modem. First day w/ @Telstra NBN today. You lost a loyal customer of 8 years. 7 mobile + NBN connections @VodafoneAU
