    Good job @VodafoneAU on increasing your coverage in Tasmania. Had good enough service on holiday in Swansea to set up a hotspot for my VodafoneTV and stream Netflix. Couldn't even get SMS service here a few years ago!

    @VodafoneAU I’m very upset with #Vodafone. This isn’t how you conduct customer service. I shouldn’t have to resort to these measures because of bad customer service. Please fix ur unnecessary service centre procedure where u ask customers for their phone number when it’s displayed on screen.

    @VodafoneAU #VodafoneSux You had the opportunity to sort this out when I called this morning. It is disingenuous to say the issue is about privacy. This procedure is like an appendix; it is redundant. Any fool knows if u call ur mobile provider, they have the number u called from displayed.

    @VodafoneAU you need new customer service staff! Received a new device yesterday - 5g doesn’t work. I’ve asked if it’s because I need to do a sim swap or it needs to be activated on my acc but I’m getting a different answer every time. Annoying!

    @VodafoneAU You routinely leave me with no service every time your 'maintenance' you never scheduled until after you screwed it up goes wrong, yet you dare to threaten me with a $15 charge if I were ever late paying you? F.U. With how often you fail, you owe ME money!

    I’ve been with @VodafoneAU for 24 hours and I am done with them. I can’t receive text messages on my new phone. Went to VF store. They didn’t know. Went to @Apple store. They identified the problem but VF need to fix it. Went to another VF store. They didn’t know so told... 2

    So the told me to call customer care. I’ve been on hold with them for 45 minutes now. Bloody terrible @VodafoneAU. All I want to do is receive text messages. I’ll be cancelling today. *********.
