Good job @VodafoneAU on increasing your coverage in Tasmania. Had good enough service on holiday in Swansea to set up a hotspot for my VodafoneTV and stream Netflix. Couldn't even get SMS service here a few years ago!

  • shresthaabhu Abhushan Shrestha (@shresthaabhu) reported

@VodafoneAU reception around lane cove is horrible!! Can’t connect to internet. Wasn’t like this before.

  • blueyedfonzie Lizanne Dalgleish (@blueyedfonzie) reported

@VodafoneAU help, my phone is saying no SIM card installed. I have no phone service and can’t log on to Vodafone phone app. Happened this morning too and sorted with turning phone on and off. Can someone tell me what’s going on ASAP please.

  • obelloz Andy Bell (@obelloz) reported

Fair play to @VodafoneAU & @medibank - after me venting about their promotion of apps rather than fixing card theft issues, both have contacted me. So I had another, more focused vent :-)

  • Curzon79 Michael Cogan (Curzon) (@Curzon79) reported

@VodafoneAU I need to reset the password password on my Vodafone so I may access it. I don’t however remember the security question to do so. The easiest solution given we are remotely is for you to remove the profile currently in place associated with my number so I can set a up a new one.

So first @VodafoneAU outage and now @Optus is out? #optusfail

  • nedprks Ned Perkins (@nedprks) reported

@VodafoneAU do you have a 5G coverage map? I got an s21+ and 200GB of data recently, both on Vodafone. I understand that 5G is still being rolled out. I have NEVER seen a 5G connection across a bunch of 5G compatible areas. Starting to worry that my 5G antenna are faulty.

  • Tommaso99 Londoner in New York (@Tommaso99) reported

@VodafoneAU why is your coverage so crap? I have one bar in central brisbane (south bank). Any plans to improve this or should i just pick another network?
