@VodafoneAU Blocking the call will only block that one number for me. And with an incomprehensible volume of phone numbers that won’t help in the slightest. Reporting the number to scam watch will have about the same effect as removing one grain of sand from a beach.

@Optus so we are now into week 3 of no service to my Apple Watch and no idea when this will be fixed even though I have had a tech unpair my watch many times, many attempts and trips to the store and 2 new sims... what’s the plan @Optus move back to @VodafoneAU

I have a Visa debit card instead, it works and looks like a credit card but uses my money. I went to the shops today to get info on NBN plans. Spoke with @Telstra , @Optus , @VodafoneAU and @DodoAustralia . One decision was made - I will never give 1c to @DodoAustralia . Rude, condescending and made me feel I was wasting their time asking questions.

@VodafoneAU I just wanted to cancel my Vodafone NBN service 😰😰. So far I’ve spent 1 hour 40 mins chatting to Vodafone staff (it’s impossible to call them during the pandemic). It was all agreed today. Tonight I get a bill indicating the service is not cancelled. WTF!!

@VodafoneAU Ok I've figured it out. The My Vodafone app was showing the loading circle indefinitely after I pressed "Log in" - I was trying to recharge my grandma's account and am not on the Vodafone network. Usually it works. I've now managed to do the recharge from my laptop.
