    @VodafoneAU im trying ro recharge my crwdits but your app is so buggy that I need to log in several times even if Im in the app. Im into this endless cycle of logging in and then i gave up due to frustration. Hope u fix your app. U are increasing ur plans but the service is poor!

    @VodafoneAU 'hey...We can give you a better @NBN_Australia deal: 'Come in, cancel current account & we'll rejoin you straight back up.& 2 hours in store....finally get new modem. 'plug & play' Another 45m on the phone...cos we now have no internet. & They have no clue when.

    @VodafoneAU @Telstra @Optus what's happening with your network ? I cannot access to 4g and 5g and network keep crashing? Very poor service from big company like yours. Time to switch Telstra or Optus !!!!!!

    @amitkacker @VodafoneAU Aah ok so it’s home broadband .. m sure there may be some issue - try to call and get a complaint number so you can use it to escalate further ..

    @VodafoneAU why do I have no 4 or 5g signal in Newtown 2042? Online support tried to tell me it was a network issue but my husbands phone is fine…..

    Thanks to @Optus & their ongoing "upgrade" to my tower, killing my @VodafoneAU mobile service on top of my 5G Home Broadband... I found out my sister spent an hour trying to call me about a family death! I literally got a call AFTER leaving the cell tower covered area! 🤬
