@VodafoneAU And knowing I’ve been experiencing this for days, why no text to let me know of this latest delay? You have my number, I’m a customer, why am I not being informed? Why is it on me to pursue you every day? Why is my time less valuable than yours?

So if you fall victim of a @vodafoneAU upgrade scam, where they gain access to your account, order 2 new iPhone 13s. But you catch on and have that cancelled. Yet they still try to deliver those phones, and you refuse to accept. You follow the directions from customer service 1/.

@TheOrcBard @VodafoneAU If they set up the net in a similar way that they do in the UK, then tertiery companies like Vodafone rent bandwidth from whoever owns the line (in my case it was BT). That meant i was paying for 50mb down & because the UK infrastructure was barely fit for last century, we got 2.

@kentparktweet @VodafoneAU We changed to IINET after years of problems with OPTUS. So far (2 years) not one single issue, better speed and if you do have a problem there is a human on the line.

@Ravenro34003156 @VodafoneAU I’m up to the fourth deadline when the maintenance work is supposed to be done. This one is “a couple of days”, so it means nothing. I’m as cranky about the lies I’m being told as I am about the loss of service.

@auspost I have lodged an enquiry with StarTrack as well as a complaint to @VodafoneAU as the sender of the item because this is the second time in a few weeks that such an issue has ocurred

You fill out the stat dec, line up to get a JP to sign it, file a police report etc. What happens next is the “lovely” people at @VodafoneAU will cancel your entire account. Say goodbye to your phone number. Absolutely gone. That’s what has happened with my other half. 2/.
