The drop outs arnt a problem since we got a nbn tech out and they discovered a splitter with one side not connected to anything and was shittly done. Maybe get a non optus cabler to check things out. Ironically I used to have a cabling license.

Sam Potts (@sam_potts) reported@VodafoneAU Please go back to a simple username and password login and allow it to "remember me". This new login via SMS is a pain and seems to kick me out after a few minutes. It's horrible UX, please give that feedback to whoever needs to hear it.
