@VodafoneAU Tomorrow I am going into a Vodafone store to swap over my modem (which seems to be the problem) for a new one. One of your customer service reps in particular has been a huge help. Please tell management that Shabina deserves a pay rise!

@VodafoneAU I have indeed changed my mind. You have 2 things to thank for this: 1. The completely appalling level of customer service at Telstra, and 2. The fantastic level of customer service provided by Vodafone. So I am prepared to work harder to get the connection issues fixed.

@VodafoneAU Tried all that. There is a problem with Vodafone’s modem/nbn connection. Unfortunately, it just doesn’t work so we are disconnecting and going back to our previous provider. It’s a shame, because Vodafone’s customer service is very good.

@TheBACON_ @VodafoneAU hope you get your phone number back soon Bacon! I'm with Vodafone in the UK and they have been a huge help with me when someone actually stole my phone number and handed it out to strangers.
