    Have had to find a McDonalds to get onto the internet and make phone calls. Thanks for the wifi Macca’s! Hopefully @VodafoneAU fixes the problem soon!!! 🤬

    @VodafoneAU If it was just "falling back to 3g" it wouldn't be as much of an issue. This is no service whatsoever. The Vodafone store didn't know anything was wrong and just gave me a new sim card. Without wifi my phone has zero reception

    @eatmeetswest @AnneZanchetta @VodafoneAU Good shout Bri. It would be better to find a way to communicate this to end users who cannot use 4G/internet and are mobile. Maybe an outage text/update - this wouldn’t be much to ask for.

    @VodafoneAU The stress, angst and suffering from the concerns of paying for a service that has stopped, not being able to work or surf the web or for a few hours can all be alleviated with a change of the mind. Life is too short to have things out of one’s control effect one’s mental state.

    @JebelIrhoud @VodafoneAU This is not a Netflix, youtube or Facebook blackout. This is a network failure which is costing money to business specially small ones like Uber drivers, delivery drivers.
