    @VodafoneAU enduring a kafkaesque circular virtual tour of your offshore call centres today and the treatment I received, both the original issue and my attempt to rectify it lead me to the conclusion to reward me for nearly 20 years loyalty you say f$&k you sucker Gross 🤮

    @VodafoneAU International roaming - appalling. We’ve been loyal customers for years and spent hundreds of dollars on roaming. Didn’t work in Malaysia. Three attempts over 24 hours with your support and zilch! Shame!

    @VodafoneAU part 3. Voda said they sent link to my Spanish number. Nothing received. My account will permanently be deleted by 7th May 2026! This is absolutely unacceptable! Team members saying they had all notes on system, lies, had to explain all details every time. Bad service
