@VodafoneAU Sorry I was blunt I just came home from Melbourne early this morning (so was tired) where my coverage was slow too so was hoping for better speeds here in Salisbury North. Will be patient as works are taken.

  • tribalexpat tribalexpat (@tribalexpat) reported

@VodafoneAU Postcode 2043 Erskineville (Pearl St) has been experiencing inconsistent & intermittent fast/slow 4G speed in past couple of days. Sometimes very fast then suddenly extremely slow, in same location. It wasn't like this early last week. Please check.

@VodafoneAU how am I supposed to login to the website on pc? It wants to keep sending me an sms link. I don't want to use my phone for this

  • davidsivaraj David Sivaraj (@davidsivaraj) reported

@VodafoneAU I called support and I’m told I’m the one who doesn’t understand what’s wrong, although, after my call, my network moved from Vodafone back to TPG… what a mystery…

  • JakeSmethurst3 Ⓙⓐⓚⓔ (@JakeSmethurst3) reported

@VodafoneAU Yeh, an hour later, when the matter is urgent. And you can't even help me. Porting out of Vodafone will be the first thing we do upon getting back to Aus.

I have a @VodafoneAU service i don't use that often. It's conract expired in late November. They didn't notify me and worst from a biz POV didn't call to ask to renew the contract. As such I missed the oppurtunity to renew on the #BlackFriday specials. #VodaFail #Vodafone

  • sandra92vlc Sandra Mateu Sánchez (@sandra92vlc) reported

Hey @VodafoneAU, any idea why Internet so slow in Bullsbrook area (6084, WA)? It has been ridiculously slow for 3 days now.

  • Hishaamt Hishaam (@Hishaamt) reported

@VodafoneAU 100%. I have no issue with the process, but the service and execution of the process is lacking. Atleast let the customer know to bring it in. I would also be ofdering to deliver it in this instance #upgradeyourservice

  • jahn_kalen null (@jahn_kalen) reported

@VodafoneAU currently stuck overseas, my sim is not working so can't make a call to support. through twitter dm you got me fill out a form and wasted my time, in the end you told me to call you as if this wasn't the issue in the first place. Disgraceful customer service, oxymoron workflow!

  • Svanika Simon King (@Svanika) reported

@VodafoneAU Hey Vodafone! I'm in Indonesia, my Vodafone SIM won't work, so the app won't work, the SMS login won't work, and the phone queue is too long for my satellite phone. Do you have a WhatsApp or email to contact you?
