    @VodafoneAU why am I having to call for the third time to speak to the third person in regards to the international minutes that I was promised - each time I have called I have been told the problem is sorted and then I get another message saying more charges have been added.

    @johncurtin Yes. Vodafone network down. Wish i had checked twitter first before wasting 30 mins of my time trying to figure out if it was something to do with my phone config. #VodaFail @VodafoneAU doesn't even let me login on their website. Code not sent to Email.

    @VodafoneAU im trying ro recharge my crwdits but your app is so buggy that I need to log in several times even if Im in the app. Im into this endless cycle of logging in and then i gave up due to frustration. Hope u fix your app. U are increasing ur plans but the service is poor!

    @VodafoneAU what horrible customer service! I had money in my prepaid account to keep my Australian number active (for a year , while I’m living in Europe) credit was deposited into my account and the plan active to expire May 2026. Vodafone went ahead and cancelled my number..

    @VodafoneAU part 2. Vodafone cancelled my number. Spoke to multiple customer service team members, saying that the account was deleted by accident and I did have credit in the account. (Confirmed by visa) I mentioned I couldn’t login. Gave them my Spanish contact number.
