    @VodafoneAU is full of crap. They have literally screwed up the MyVodafone app. I CAN NOT LOGIN. I DO NOT receive emails when out on the road. SMS is NOT working. So how the f### am I supposed to login or even Recharge. @VodafoneAU needs to go back to biometric login not current.

    @VodafoneAU Everyone at Vodafone is aware my issue is ongoing - with not being able to view bills within the app. I was told just last week the app is faulty and was undergoing a major rework. I just wanted an update on that, that's all. Its frustrating having to use a webpage all the time.

    hey @VodafoneAU - what’s the point of a call back service when your operator say ‘ I may get a call back in the next 24-48hrs’ .. great customer service after being charged a early exit fee on a month to month plan!!!

    @VodafoneAU I really hope the over-a-month of network upgrades and maintenance will be worth it cause my connection has been crap all this time in Hallam. Seems to magically be awesome at 3am every night though
