    @VodafoneAU I did, they said that my modem had very low frequency and changed it to high. I restarted my NBN box and router. Nothing changed, maybe the upload speed went back to normal but I can't remember if it was slow below or not.

    @VodafoneAU I've been having this persistent password problem with MyVodafone for over a year where it won't let me log in and when I try to reset the password, it won't let me log in with the new password I've set. Who can I speak to about getting this fixed, please?

    @VodafoneAU Is there supposed to be any outages? My nbn speeds are way too low. Usually around 90 for download and its down at 10

    After 10+ years with @VodafoneAU and recently receiving the worst coverage I’ve ever encountered it was nice for them to provide me with absolutely no assistance or explanation. Not even 8 hours into my move to @Telstra and I’m angry I didn’t change sooner. Toodaloo Virgin!!

    Just received a phone call from @VodafoneAU asking me if I wanted to change my mobile provider to Vodafone. Problem is I’m already a Vodafone mobile customer. When I told the telemarketer this they just hung up.

    @VodafoneAU I’m sure you would say it’s a valid offer, in the sense that it’s something that you are actually offering for me to switch to. But as a MUCH more expensive plan, surely you understand the customer well enough to know this is a ridiculous thing to be pushing?
