    @VodafoneAU home internet NBN outage on Gold Coast. I have been on hold for over an hour and then gave up.

    @vodafoneau - classic case of "it doesn't matter if you WFH we are going to conduct maintenance on our services during business hours" 4G backup doesn't work - maybe was just a selling points to keep up with Telstra... 4G hotspot from my phone is at speeds of around 0.1-0.2....

    @vodafoneAu my home NBN has kicked into "backup 4G" mode and I'm in a black spot with very poor mobile reception. Can't get my work done. Any idea how long this will be? I've tried the usual turn them on and off again.

    @VodafoneAU Is your NBN service down in Ashgrove Qld this morning? Modem says its fine, but no internet. This also means the 4G back up hasn't kicked in. Been on hold for 45 mins now....
