    Dear @VodafoneAU, thank you for deciding to increase the cost of my contracted monthly plan (without my consent) by saying 'hey look at us giving you extra data', when I don't come close to using the data I have, & your service is so poor I couldn't if I wanted to. Go you! 🙄🙄

    @VodafoneAU network maintenance in 2151 has not been resolved… constant drop-out makes your service unusable.

    Dear @VodafoneAU my intl roaming has suddenly stopped working in Pakistan and someone else I know is facing same issue in other city. Is there some maintenance or any changes in services?

    So the FTTN service that had been supposedly canceled is now working. @VodafoneAU claimed it was my modem. I'm using that same modem/router connected to the NBN fibre optic. Either it's a miracle or something broken got fixed.

    @VodafoneAU mate hurry tf up and sort the maintenance out in Dampier. I've been stuck with 3G for almost 48hrs. Get your **** together.

    @VodafoneAU Thank you; yes. Sadly, the guy who attempted to help me was not very communicative with what he was doing. He dismissed my observations, didn't really listen to what I had told him I had done, and 8n trying to understand the issue, changed some of my phone's settings.
