@VodafoneAU This is bullshit! I had my phone in my hands when the message came through and no missed calls. Very poor customer service when your service team say they are going to call you back the next night and don’t do so. Time to change NBN providers I think. #nothappy

@VodafoneAU i've been in aus a good 9 days and already i'm in shock at the way you treat prospective customers. omg youre actually suggesting you need to do a credit check on a prepaid rolling month by month sim deal ? i think you can get fcked.

  • anitaingx Anita Ing (@anitaingx) reported

AFTER SEEKING HOW MUCH WE HAVE TO PAY NONE OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM CAN EVEN HELP @VodafoneAU

  • bob_nz Peter Cave (@bob_nz) reported

@VodafoneAU I was (past tense) trying to port my service. Apparently you have a new process where even after spending 30mins in store signing up, you still have to get an sms link to verify. Part of this includes a facial recognition step - its absolute crap....

  • nmaple Nat Maple (@nmaple) reported

@VodafoneAU Hey Vodafone Australia, I've just discovered you are using auto-renewal billing to continue to charge me for an Aussie SIM that I purchased in Aus pre-COVID. As an American I have not been allowed into Aus for over a year now, and you won't let me cancel online

So, have discovered @Telstra no longer offers any customer support, are the other mobile phone carriers the same? @VodafoneAU ? @Optus ?

  • ultimablackmage Jean-Paul Bartolomei (@ultimablackmage) reported

I swear, @VodafoneAU's slow roll-out of 5G is annoying, but what's worse is they are using the slower 5G band. In the areas I could get 5G, I was getting less than 60mbps while @Optus gets over 200mbps in the same places. I think they chose signal strength over bandwidth.

  • anitaingx Anita Ing (@anitaingx) reported

@VodafoneAU No thanks! Your resolution team has concluded that we will be liable for something my mum agreed to which is ridiculous as English is her second language. Will look at switching away after 10 years of loyal service! @VodafoneAU

  • mpras1978 Meera (@mpras1978) reported

@VodafoneAU What’s going on with Vodafone’s 4G service? It’s become near unusable! Postcode 2145 is really bad and in 2127 - I’m going from 3G to SOS Only or NOTHING! I’ve got one more payment on my plan...stuck around for YEARS...no more. What’s up PLEASE?

  • rbozinovski Robert Bozinovski (@rbozinovski) reported

Wow, the @VodafoneAU customer service representative ignored my requests and connected me to a plan with a higher per month cost, presumably because he gets a higher commission, and thought that I wouldn’t notice. Off to the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman!
