    @VodafoneAU not amused right now! Nbn got cancelled yesterday and when I rang to find out why, turns out my change of address from 18 months ago never happened and I've been paying for nbn and only receiving 4g backup for 18 months! Now to fix it, I need to sign up for a new plan

    @VodafoneAU Whats with my 5G modem just suddenly losing internet? Have to restart to fix, and 45 mins on hold on your tech support and no answer, despite being told you're open to 10pm on a Sunday. Also I'm pretty sure you've dropped our speeds after our free month too.

    So I’ve got multiple missed calls and voicemails daily saying they’ve missed a call from my number. Has anyone experienced this? Have I been hacked? Is it an impressively extensive practical joke? Help? Anyone? @VodafoneAU?

    @DanMacPherson @VodafoneAU Yes. I have received 4-5 calls a day for months. Let them go to msg bank and when I ring back they say no I never called you. It’s scammers somehow using numbers to hide their own, for a while it was almost the same number as mine apart from last 3 digits

    @Eurosnob_ @VodafoneAU I have spoken to like 10 of your support people in India who are completely useless about a pre paid sim credit. How can I speak to someone with half of a brain?

    @VodafoneAU Over a week and issue is still not resolved. I’m being thrown around on the calls with no help at all. And I’ve been a VF customer for over ten years. Wtf!

    @VodafoneAU Hi I upgraded my plan with 24 mths IPhone13, the full amount charged on my bill. I called and requested to fix it more than 6 times with no action. I'm very disappointed with the bad service. If not fixed I'll release the service. Saeed
