@VodafoneAU I've been a cust for close to 21 years..Hutchison days, 3 and cont when VHA was created in 2009.. In 2009 and 2012..I stuck with you during your horrible Network issues..Tonight and the last few conversations with your call centre i've been treated like sh*t..

@NBN_Australia I have sent you a DM. @VodafoneAU have called and said you have fixed the problem but I highly doubt you have been able to send (and I haven’t seen) a technician out to my address to replace the part since I sent my last tweet to you 24 hours ago. #Frustrated

@VodafoneAU Thanks for responding. When people are travelling this wide brown land they don’t care what a service map says, esp. if they have family in these areas. They want reliable mobile service and they will look for a provider who will give them this #morecoverageneeded

@VodafoneAU hey Vodafone, I have no internet. I'm running a live virtual event at 9 am Brisbsne time. Yep, that's in 20 minutes. I've restarted my box and there's nothing going on. The telling little red light on the ‘internet’ indicator confirms something is bust. Please help 🙏
