@VodafoneAU It has been two months since I ordered my service. They promised me a new Samsung A11 phone. Since one month ago it stuck with the delivery. I asked a few weeks ago to please unstuck it. They said they will investigate. NOTHING since. Why do I pay for this phone?

@VodafoneAU Like I said, when you don't have data, you can't do ****, wether it's checking a link online or updating an app... I would say it is common sense but in all honesty, what is starting to make a lot of sense is that this whole thing is done on purpose for the update :)

@VodafoneAU It's been more than 4 months I been try to contact vodafone but there is no respond. I need to reactivate my number again. But once customer is gone you don't want to treat them again. Please do something to increase customer service. #worst_exp

@VodafoneAU That’s who told me to turn it on and off to begin with. Second guy said “We have to wait for the power to come back on (In the house - It never went off) as NBN products need electricity!

Hey @VodafoneAU , this was weird and worth looking into. During this outage, there was zero signal from any nearby towers. Whatever the redundant power supply was meant to be, seemed to completely fail. Made it pretty hard to check for known outages.
