    I have seen incompetence but @tpg @tpgaustralia is a different level @VodafoneAU , been with both TPG and Vodaphone for 11 Years , hope Vodaphone is able to fix them

    @VodafoneAU And, of course, @VodafoneAU is claiming they have to wait 24hrs for my "service number" to change before I can get the FTTP I requested 2 weeks ago. @NBN_Australia says it hasn't received a modification request. Today or 2 weeks ago. Time for the ombudsman.

    @cricketcomau @VodafoneAU Who else has noticed that Vodafone network is getting slower and unreliable? Especially around northern and eastern suburbs.

    How bad is #VodaphoneAustralia constantly increasing their monthly plans cost but service just gets worse. I haven’t been able to make calls / use my data for the whole morning. They are not even answering on their useless chat. @VodafoneAU

    @VodafoneAU Can you do anything about the lack of service while aboard a train through Brisbane’s CBD? Roma St station to Central is half dead zone, and Central to Fortitude Valley is 3/4 dead.
