    @VodafoneAU We have arranged to replace the existing device with a Vodafone Wi-Fi Hub 2, alleviating the problem (but, boy, was that a chore with your customer service).

    @VodafoneAU Hi Vodafone. My local shopping center is a known 4G blackspot. I now have a 5G phone and connected to it today, but it was very slow and then dropped to 3G followed by SOS only for about 30-45 mins. Glenelg SA. Any news on when this will improve?

    @VodafoneAU The only issue is that the store (appears) to have had some difficulty with activating the 4G 📶 backup SIM. Customer service stated this might take 24 hours 🤔. Hopefully this will be activated soon. 🙏

    @VodafoneAU @awalkersg Is there an ETA on a fix for this? What is the cause of the issue? We have 4 mobile services in Jordan Springs that are still without data or calls and it has now been a week.
