Daniyal❦ #StayHomeStaySafe (@daniyalbr) reported.... at Bass Hill Plaza, Vodafone paying a grand in the middle of pandemic is really hard for me, going by the words of your customer services manager at the Plaza I was only supposed to stay with Vodafone for 3 months and I stayed more than that. 4/4 @VodafoneAU

Matthew Drummey (@MattJDrumm) reported@VodafoneAU That’s who told me to turn it on and off to begin with. Second guy said “We have to wait for the power to come back on (In the house - It never went off) as NBN products need electricity!

Daddy (@akashicdaddy) reportedwith @VodafoneAU you can't top up your data or credit unless you update the app first. Like... bro I can't update the app if I don't have data... make it make sense lol. Time to move to another service provider.
-
Daddy (@akashicdaddy) reported@VodafoneAU Like I said, when you don't have data, you can't do ****, wether it's checking a link online or updating an app... I would say it is common sense but in all honesty, what is starting to make a lot of sense is that this whole thing is done on purpose for the update :)

Dave Swims // Get Salty // Stay Salty 🇦🇺🇺🇸 (@sanderling68) reportedOk, so @VodafoneAU has stepped up their customer service. Responsive and polite. It’s the simple things done well that make a difference.
-
Sarina Cooper (@Sarina_Cooper) reported@VodafoneAU What’s the point? You’re generally closed when I’m trying to get online and when I’ve called the last 3 times the problem keeps reoccurring. Plus the last time I called your staff member never called back the next day like they said they would. All around really shabby service.

chronicles of raddick (@angharadyeo) reported@chitombo @VodafoneAU i basically got told that core providers can't compete with virtual networks why would i stay with a core provider then tho, when the service from a virtual network is just as good
-
Jak (@chitombo) reported@angharadyeo @VodafoneAU I switched to Felix, which uses the Vodaphone network, but is only $35 a month for unlimited Aus calls, texts and data. Plus they plant trees!
-
Daniel Does Disney (@dan_does_disney) reported@VodafoneAU Can you explain to me why when living in the U.K. all network providers allow you to use your data across Europe, including the US and Australia at no extra charge. Yet you want people to pay $5 a day to use their phone in NZ ?? It’s 2021 !!

The ROOKIES (@SteveSims9) reported@VodafoneAU mobile broadband is patchy at best in Adelaide, 10 minutes from the CBD. I was going to upgrade but this is ongoing. What is the issue?
