@VodafoneAU #VodaphoneAU Officially worse than Telstra now!! Worst Telco in the planet!! I challenge the CEO Inaki Berroeta to actually ring his own customer call centre and see how bloody ****** and frustrating it really is to get any help. #inakiberroeta

@VodafoneAU The call was legit. The technique was scam. The discount was $5 more/month than I'm paying. Treat and train your call centre staff better so they don't need to rush and cut corners. Being told I'm eligible for a discount with no details then asked my PIN SOUNDS LIKE A SCAM.

@deano_peano @VodafoneAU Same.... the solution was to switch off the Network mode from 5G/4G/3G/2G and just run as 4G/3G/2G, i haven't had any issues... supposedly there's an update coming to fix the 5G issue...

@ben59566687 @VodafoneAU Add Newcastle City to the list. Unusable from around 11a.m. until only recently able to maintain connectivity. Laptop wifi, and mobile. Worst I have seen it today.

@cthughha @VodafoneAU Wi-Fi Calling is encrypted (at least the part over the public network is). Never fear about whoever controls the Wi-Fi hearing your call.

I'm not with Vodafone anymore, and the response of "you don't have to take the offer if you don't want" from their web support makes me feel like scammers have a foothold inside @VodafoneAU

So @VodafoneAU cuts my upload speed in half, and just expects me to be happy about this? And to continue paying full price for half the service?
