@VodafoneAU It seems #VodafoneAU is just as inept as #Telstra and #Optus in meeting business customer's needs to sign them up. This is pathetic. Just why do we have to put up with such poor telcos in Australia?

@VodafoneAU usually stuff that you can access from the "My Vodafone" app - They don't know my account name/number or my password. I've never told them those details. I've never logged into that app on their phone before, yet they are logged into my account automatically without once needing

@tommarmstrong @developerjack @VodafoneAU Bit of a red flag for a SIM swap. Call your provider and get them to review the SIM cards on your account. Should typically only be one, if more then it’s a problem.

@Weapon_S @VodafoneAU Exactly the same here mate I even had some monkey tell me they found a console and was sending it out. Very poor customer service and incredibly misleading.
