@VodafoneAU I wish that I could, but the connection - through your network - is so poor that it is barely holding up for me to post this tweet. Really not good enough. Not when it’s been going on all week.

@VodafoneAU I've been a cust for nearly 21 years..Hutchison days, 3 and continued when VHA was created in 2009.. In 2009 and 2012..I stuck with you during your horrible Network issues..Tonight and the last few conversations with your call centre i've been treated like sh*t..Thnks

@swearyanthony @VodafoneAU @NSWSES Oh that explains the weird problem I was have hours ago that they still haven't fixed apparently

  • garystark Professor West Wing Fried Chicken Shack (@garystark) reported

@VodafoneAU Thanks, but it’s been bordering on unusable earlier this week, and today, it’s well beyond unusable. Cannot stream. Email not working. Home security cameras not responding. This is NOT what I am paying you for; this is NOT fit for purpose. Very unhappy

  • LyndaTreg Lynda Treg (@LyndaTreg) reported

@VodafoneAU hey Vodafone, I have no internet. I'm running a live virtual event at 9 am Brisbsne time. Yep, that's in 20 minutes. I've restarted my box and there's nothing going on. The telling little red light on the ‘internet’ indicator confirms something is bust. Please help 🙏

  • MissDissentEats Jackie McMillan (@MissDissentEats) reported

@VodafoneAU @vodafone So what about Pambula (no service), Aslings Beach (no service), Tathra (one to two bars, dodgy), Bermagui (one bar, might as well be no service) and Tabourie (one bar, might as well be no service).

  • TomRagen Tom Ragen (@TomRagen) reported

@NBN_Australia I have sent you a DM. @VodafoneAU have called and said you have fixed the problem but I highly doubt you have been able to send (and I haven’t seen) a technician out to my address to replace the part since I sent my last tweet to you 24 hours ago. #Frustrated

@VodafoneAU @MobileMuster1 But why? If they could potentially be useful to us in the future (replacement/emergency phone), why would we recycle them unless we were throwing them in the bin?

  • itwillbefinerip whatwasthereason (@itwillbefinerip) reported

@VodafoneAU hi, I live in Thomastown 3074, VIC. There is something wrong with the internet service on my phone since yesterday. I wanna know how to get it fix.
