    @VodafoneAU Vodafone keep telling me over the phone that they issued a refund to my bank but it never comes. They instead apply it as credit as I instructed them not to do. I call again and they assured me they will fix it. 1 month later it's still credit and nothing has refunded

    Thanks to @Optus & their ongoing "upgrade" to my tower, killing my @VodafoneAU mobile service on top of my 5G Home Broadband... I found out my sister spent an hour trying to call me about a family death! I literally got a call AFTER leaving the cell tower covered area! ๐Ÿคฌ

    Here we go again @VodafoneAU Wifi not working for the second time in a week after a dodgy sales kid that LIED and said no issues if you switch with your own modem Next phone call: you need to get our modem for $0 for 48monthsโ€ฆ Always trying to trap people in to a contract โŒ

    What is up with @VodafoneAU having the worst online experience ever. Like you cannot login from a desktop browser because they force the login link be sent by sms.

    @VodafoneAU absolutely worst ever customer service. This dispute started in January and as per Vodafone resolved after 20 days that too after endless calls and emails. Now when I was overseas my bills again back to what it was before and I know this will Take ages and to solve
