    @VodafoneAU To treat a 15 year customer like this is arrogant and discusting. To not accept my DIGITAL ID is the problem..not having a hard copy of my licence is the reason I have THE DIGITAL ID . I followed nsw covid protocol and your store staff are just RUDE.

    @VodafoneAU Understood. That makes it very hard to compare against other forms of broadband however. How do you recommend a potential customer make an informed choice?

    @VodafoneAU every single time it rains I lose internet connection. It is definitely not my home problem as it happens to my next door neighbour also. Can this please be looked in to?

    @Weapon_S @VodafoneAU Exactly the same here mate I even had some monkey tell me they found a console and was sending it out. Very poor customer service and incredibly misleading.

    My iPhone 11 is broken so I’ve had to take it into @VodafoneAU to get fix and im currently using an iPhone 7 and these phones R so small lmao

    @VodafoneAU It seems #VodafoneAU is just as inept as #Telstra and #Optus in meeting business customer's needs to sign them up. This is pathetic. Just why do we have to put up with such poor telcos in Australia?

    @VodafoneAU Thanks Vodafail for sending me an SMS right now to say the NBN will have a planned outage from 9am to 6pm on the 16th. It might just be me but a notification after an outage has started seems to indicate that it’s an unplanned outage
