@VodafoneAU for a brief fraction of time, “My Vodafone” worked. You may of fixed the problem with the SMS login. Pity I don’t get SMS links anymore. #fail Why is your IT department so random?

@VodafoneAU Your network came back online and we were able to reach people again. I didn't know if you were doing network maintenance or if the network was damaged but a colleague lost his access and the contractors we were trying to reach were all off air too

@VodafoneAU currently overseas, my sim is not working so need to contact your support but only way to do this is through TOBI app which requires sms login. why did you remove web chat support? What a failure of logic and customer service!

@VodafoneAU Hi, I am a new customer trying to sign up for a Black Friday deal. I've spent 9+ hours on the phone to try and do so. Sim card arrived but service is still not connected + no one has rung me back as promised. 'Atrocious' is generous, it's more like contempt 👎👎👎

Yo @VodafoneAU, you have a problem. You’re tryna charge me for a phone that I traded in so I could upgrade. After repeated phone calls to customer service, along with attendances to the store I handed the phone to you still are tryna charge me for it.
