@VodafoneAU I went to Marsfield (from the city and going to Parramatta) for the first time thru bus and was so confident to rely on my data but you ended up exhausting me. Poor service today. Hope you compensate. Moreover, it's been 6hrs, hello. 😒🙄

@bonditransit @VodafoneAU If no 3G channels are left on the towers, then nobody is getting service unfortunately. Most carriers have disabled the 3G channels here in the US

@Harnsle @VodafoneAU Putting all your eggs in one basket? Use multiple messaging apps so they can connect over 4G or WiFi. WhatsApp, Duo, Signal, none affected by #Vodafail and 8f one isn't working, use the next.

@9NewsAUS @VodafoneAU I was in the hospital at the time and was waiting for my disabled sister to get out of surgery so I could be there when she wakes up but I never got called by the nurse coz I had no signal. My sister was very distressed upon waking from her anaesthetic coz I wasn't there
