    .@VodafoneAU I ordered a new phone in August. @startrack were meant to deliver it. Never did. It has been weeks and @SamsungAU refused my free ear buds because I 'didn't purchase in time' (I did). Despite four calls now I STILL DON'T HAVE MY PHONE. No way of tracking it either.

    @VodafoneAU I’ve been your customer since the dinosaurs roamed the earth but your recent performance (network and connectivity and slow arse loading time) are irritating AF and unacceptable and I’m about to drop yo *** and move on with Telstra. Bye girl.

    Hey @VodafoneAU. I've just received two spam/phishing calls in the last hour from 0415127... numbers which I believe are originally your block (unless ported away, of course). Just a heads up in case this is a bigger issue than just these two calls.

    @VodafoneAU 5 days later I get a call, and the agent has no idea what the issue is I complained about - asks me to erase my new phone to get the sim codes. 🤦😭
