    @VodafoneAU You keep barring our phones because of a billing error you guys keep making and have made since August. Your phone support is not providing solutions to staff. How do I get this sorted?? Whole @theasegroup is with you guys and it's wasting hours of time.

    @VodafoneAU Thats great Vodafone but you cant even help a new customer setup a service correctly, you have a lot more to worry about. New customers beware, if you want to wait weeks after placing an order to find it cancelled without notice, try @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneAU #complaint #worst

    @VodafoneAU please fix Mobil coverage on Southern Yorke peninsula SA, how can you be upgrading the network to 5G when being in a coastal country town you don’t even get 3G only emergence calls and that’s in the Main Street of town.

    @VodafoneAU Swap and Go is a scam. Happy to take my money every month but won’t provide the service paid for. Damages device and Vodafone refuses to swap. Have to go to Apple and pay $1049 upfront instead and won’t be refunded for 3-4 weeks. MASSIVE SCAM
