@wrhollingsworth @Optus @VodafoneAU Yea it’s becoming real tempting. The drop outs arnt a problem since we got a nbn tech out and they discovered a splitter with one side not connected to anything and was shittly done. Maybe get a non optus cabler to check things out. Ironically I used to have a cabling license.

@VodafoneAU you're coverage is beyond a joke. I'm 8 km from Adelaide and can't stream audio for my kids to get to bed. Customer time if death 28/1/22.

  • 22DanielleM Danielle (@22DanielleM) reported

@VodafoneAU hey team, once again there is an issue in Collie 6225. Only have Voda R not 4G. Nothing listed on website but there definitely is an issue. 3rd time in what, 1.5 weeks?

  • miracleboi Alex Dennis🏳️‍🌈🇦🇺 (@miracleboi) reported

@VodafoneAU my mum is awaiting delivery of her wifi hub 3.0 modem and we have a tracking device but speaking to one of your consultants it saying she now has to provide her own but we have a tracking number stating otherwise. Can you help?

  • wrhollingsworth William (@wrhollingsworth) reported

@RecliningPanda @Optus @VodafoneAU I had NBN techs out and they replaced everything but it made no difference. The Optus support acknowledged the problem was on their end but then slammed shut on doing anything about it.

  • joelfcbirch Joel Birch (@joelfcbirch) reported

Anyone got a ProQuest login I can use? I can’t have my password reset from over here in Europe because my @VodafoneAU SIM card is kaput and they can’t seem to fix it.

  • claynufc TheAussieMag 🇦🇺🏁 (@claynufc) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@VodafoneAU you’re reception is garbage. I have 3 bars of 5G and nothing is loading don’t get why I pay for your services.

  • wrhollingsworth William (@wrhollingsworth) reported

@RecliningPanda @Optus @VodafoneAU This might be a good reason to dump Optus NBN (which drops out several times a day anyway and they refuse to do anything about it) and switch to a Vodafone 5G solution.
