@VodafoneAU Like I said, when you don't have data, you can't do ****, wether it's checking a link online or updating an app... I would say it is common sense but in all honesty, what is starting to make a lot of sense is that this whole thing is done on purpose for the update :)

@VodafoneAU Can you explain to me why when living in the U.K. all network providers allow you to use your data across Europe, including the US and Australia at no extra charge. Yet you want people to pay $5 a day to use their phone in NZ ?? It’s 2021 !!

Hey @VodafoneAU , this was weird and worth looking into. During this outage, there was zero signal from any nearby towers. Whatever the redundant power supply was meant to be, seemed to completely fail. Made it pretty hard to check for known outages.
