Jacqui Baker-Stubbs (Jacqui George) (@JBStoyou) reportedHey @VodafoneAU What was wrong with your service today? 5 devices on 3 different accounts all running Vodafone sims, yet we could not get any data service for hours at the @ausgrandprix. Luckily someone had a @Telstra wifi we could hit spot off. Will this continue all weekend?
-
Michael Hope (@Maikeli91) reported@VodafoneAU Seriously how can you claim you are supposedly getting people better coverage everywhere and then at the same time release a goddamn stupid ad that basically gives the middle finger to all Rural Aussies?
-
Sarah Clacherty (@ClachertySarah) reported@VodafoneAU It’s a terrible practice. ‘It comes through in minutes’ is an excuse for poor security. Why do I need to go to a website, to get a link to log in. Why can’t I use an MFA app at least. My guess is that you don’t actually care about your customers data.

The silly Oracle (@SillyOracle) reported@VodafoneAU 'hey...We can give you a better @NBN_Australia deal: 'Come in, cancel current account & we'll rejoin you straight back up.& 2 hours in store....finally get new modem. 'plug & play' Another 45m on the phone...cos we now have no internet. & They have no clue when.
-
Dimi (@DimitraMano) reportedHey @Kogan @VodafoneAU what is the issue that my NBN hasn’t worked for 5 days and now I’m being told I have to wait another 24hrs for someone to press the right button to get my connection back up and running #useless

Joe #Freedom is not negotiable (@Joe460) reportedThe service is mostly ok, but when the network goes down, like today, good luck getting any answers or getting hold of anyone at @VodafoneAU Very disappointing... The My Vodafone app is rubbish!
-
Chris BGoodV2 (@bgoodv274830) reported@VodafoneAU my next bill better be halved after the network outage. Don't insult loyal customers with anything else. An apology from a corporation means absolutely nothing, at all.
-
David Midwood (@djmidw) reported@VodafoneAU hi, is there an outage in the 4128 Shailer Park area? No outage showing on your site but Vodafone connection trying to connect to satellite. Just asking.
-
Ajay Walia (@ajwalia) reportedI have seen incompetence but @tpg @tpgaustralia is a different level @VodafoneAU , been with both TPG and Vodaphone for 11 Years , hope Vodaphone is able to fix them
