Is it just me or is there not much network coverage here @UNSWADA. I’m with TPG (which uses @VodafoneAU) and I’ve been on 1 bar all morning! Probs for the best since I don’t want to see much #Philippine news on #PBBM’s inauguration today anyway. 😬

  • aminalkalma al amin (@aminalkalma) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@VodafoneAU My suburb Lakemba- 2195 And I work in Cronulla 2230 Every time I rang Vodafone for network reasons- they asked me the same questions but so far -nothing been changed!!!!!

@VodafoneAU Your network is very bad n I am trying to call you, but your bot call sucks.

  • gudnotevl old hack (@gudnotevl) reported

@VodafoneAU Sure comrade you can trust my certificate is very safe. Why did things at your end suddenly change requiring users to manually trust your certs? Very poor educational experience for non tech users "if you get a popup just trust it". 😎

  • phelsel Philip E. Helsel (@phelsel) reported

@Erdal_Ozkaya @VodafoneAU Poor service seems to be endemic

Hey @VodafoneAU not sure you realise but your 5G network isn’t really working in Melbourne

  • bryanjrollins bryanjrollins (@bryanjrollins) reported

@VodafoneAU It's incredibly frustrating when your solution to having poor network coverage is "call technical support." And then they tell you that tech support will call you back when you can't receive calls 🤯

  • funkyj FunkyJ (@funkyj) reported

Whilst waiting on the support line to get my internet fixed this weekend, @VodafoneAU played Maroon 5 whilst I was on hold. WHO DOES THAT TO CUSTOMERS?!?!
