    @VodafoneAU why do I have to have a link sent to me via SMS to login to my account. No one should be clicking on links in SMS. just because it says Vodafone, doesn’t mean it is. Do you not care about your customers at all?

    The service is mostly ok, but when the network goes down, like today, good luck getting any answers or getting hold of anyone at @VodafoneAU Very disappointing... The My Vodafone app is rubbish!

    @VodafoneAU Can you do anything about the lack of service while aboard a train through Brisbane’s CBD? Roma St station to Central is half dead zone, and Central to Fortitude Valley is 3/4 dead.
