@VodafoneAU Why isn't your identity verification working. Does anything on Vodafone work. I am very annoyed and upset l have only just joined with Vodafone and am thinking it's the worst thing l have done. Not good service at all.

@VodafoneAU @Raja31Sekar I don't think you even read what Raja said. It's not the nbn it's his WiFi and l can relate to what he is saying, because your internet service and reception is crap. Plus why isn't your silly identity verification working. Can't get into that either

@DearPlanA @VodafoneAU Same here. I have just joined with Vodafone and l am very disappointed with them. There app does not work, identity verification does not work, they have also already billed me for one month. When l haven't even got my internet up and running. Terrible service.
