@VodafoneAU If you enjoy seeing me having the best possible connection you should do something about your unreliable network rather that posting a "positive" message as it's social media. The outage will be all day 7am to 5pm on a Saturday which affects so many people.

Looks like it’s time to say goodbye to @VodafoneAU after being a customer since 13 years (including 3 mobile ) 😞

@VodafoneAU and @iinet what’s going on. You’re both down and yes I’ve turned the devices and modem off and on again

@VodafoneAU getting marketing spam SMS from you, no way to opt out by replying STOP as per the law? Go to login on my laptop to check if I can unsubscribe, awesome, I can't log in without typing a ridiculously long login link in from my phone. These changes are ridiculous.

@Optus rivalling @VodafoneAU as the worst telco provider. How many dropouts is the record in one day ???

@captainfez @NBN_Australia @VodafoneAU Ugh! I even anticipated this being an issue and double/triple checked that vodafone had the correct address and they ended up hijacking the poor doc's office connection - and they're a small practice with mostly elderly patients and we cut them off for 4 days and counting 🤬

@VodafoneAU once again no progress on our nbn service with promises from Brooke from the TIO case managers in Tassie to call me back and send an email update to deal with directly. No chance to get consistency or resolution. Vodafone don’t care #vodafail #vodafonedontcare

Hey @VodafoneAU I'm really not a fan of this SMS a link to log in feature. 1) Don't SMS authentication, it's bad in so many ways 2) There are many excellent 2fa options available 3) I can't send the link from my phone back to the desktop I was using without it getting previewed.

@VodafoneAU Your app won't let me login, your number to call hung up on me when I selected 1 for I am the account holder, with the automated system saying it doesn't recognise my choice. My account will get a late fee all because you guys still have fixed anything.

At least they cared enough to look into the matter, unlike @VodafoneAU that just told me to shove in a new sim card. Was a baffling experience initially with support, but I'll be sticking with them as there is really no better alternative, and their support is at least responsive
