@VodafoneAU I'm not using the app, I'm just trying to log in via the website. But your systems never send the email. I got the SMS and logged in that way, but your new system is broken.

  • rishiraj111988 Rishi Raj (@rishiraj111988) reported

@VodafoneAU , There is no mobile network in Paddington (QLD 4064) since 28th Feb. Is there any ETA on when will it fixed? Not sure why only Vodafone is affected, Telstra and Optus are working without any issues.

  • BinaryPoint Charmed Quirk (@BinaryPoint) reported

I'd love to hear @VodafoneAU explain why a statewide Internet outage also leaves me unable to place local calls.

  • Lilygrace740542 Lily grace (@Lilygrace740542) reported

@VodafoneAU I'm currently with lebara and having troubles sending messages etc I'm chronically ill and I rely on my parents for help if needed I'm basically confused etc if possible can you be able to look into it?

  • mynameisjanah J. (@mynameisjanah) reported

Hi @vodafoneau Are you able to confirm connectivity issues in the Brisbane area as a result of the floods? My normally 5G reception is barely registering 2 bars of 4G on a new Fold 3, but haven't heard of any flood impacts to service.

  • FatgutzEvans Michael Norman Evans (@FatgutzEvans) reported

@VodafoneAU Until yesterday (04/03/22) I could use 4G in doors at postcode 3008 and had good signal strength. Now it does not work at all using my iPhone 13 pro max. Any ideas?

  • rhath127 Richie (@rhath127) reported

@VodafoneAU Hey guys is NBN in Caroline Springs 3023 down? My service is running on 4G at the moment and won’t connect to NBN.

  • DavidBa04167678 David Baker (@DavidBa04167678) reported

@VodafoneAU I have not had any Vodafone data or voice connection for 2 days now. Was told should be fixed within 24 hours. No, it hasn't. Also told the network outage is known issue for area of The Gap, Qld. What's happening? Your website says no known issues.

  • dcwhatwhat Jamie Madden (digitalchild) (@dcwhatwhat) reported

@daniel_nguyenx @VodafoneAU It makes no sense for a mobile phone provider & users that roam. If their email system doesn't work (which it doesn't) and I can't receive an SMS, then I'm locked out. With username/pass + App 2FA, I can still access my account.

  • rhath127 Richie (@rhath127) reported

@real_xye @VodafoneAU That’s true, a simple answer would have saved me 30 mins of waiting on hold for a NBN tech support.
