    @VodafoneAU next to no service this morning in 5064. Normally 5G but is swapping between no service at all and H+. And yes, I have restarted my phone.

    Honestly @VodafoneAU you've made it impossible to get support. The android app won't login as it keeps requesting a fingerprint login and a PIN won't work either. I can't access support via website because it only points to the app or a phone # and I can't get on a long call atm.

    @VodafoneAU hi I'm on a holiday here in Broadmeadows VIC. I keep getting bad reception here. I'm on 5G with 2 bars and nothing loads quick enough. What gives?

    @VodafoneAU I did. Was told will be all up and running this afternoon. NBN website shows no issues with my address. Your online chat person told me everyone all over Melbourne is having this issue - except they aren’t! I’d just like to know when I can expect to have internet again please.

    @aHam_Vagabond @NBN_Australia @VodafoneAU Same here… received an email from iinet stating NBNco is investigating an outage but on NBN co’s website ‘no NBN network outage detected’ for our property. Confirmed by iiNet support about the NBNCo issue aswell.

    @VodafoneAU I’m not getting any data service at all while I’m in Sydney since late last night, and still not fixed. What’s the issue? I’ve restarted phone multiple times.
