    @VodafoneAU it seems impossible to login to my account on a PC? The only option is to receive an SMS login link, which then just signs me in on my phone browser.

    Having an Aldi Mobile SIM card was not on my Australia Bingo Card - but here we are. First time Iโ€™ve had 4G since Iโ€™ve been here though, so hopefully itโ€™ll continue. Ye old @VOXI_UK connected to @VodafoneAU and my signal was abysmal and 3G was dire ๐Ÿฅฒ

    @VodafoneAU 3. And on top of that I have called up to cancel the Amazon prime subscription 4 times. Have replied to stop Prime 4 times via text message and manually cancelled the subscription 2 years ago and still to this day I am being charged for it.

    @VodafoneAU hi me again. I'm having issues with the My Vodafone app. I can't login past the login text link. I just get a blank screen and I can't relogin because it tells me to ring a number. I just wanted to see how much my phone bill will be now that your increasing plans.

    @VodafoneAU Next time Vodafone send me stupid messages about using my 4g sim at home after I called you about it multiple times Iโ€™m saying good bye to voda and hello to Optus.

    almost four years but to do that i have to log onto the vodafone website/app.. which would be fine if they didnโ€™t require log in via a text message (which i canโ€™t receive??) help @VodafoneAU

    Two seconds of research shows @VodafoneAU your profits are up. Why send a fraudulent email saying you need to increase phone bills because you can no longer absorb rising expenses? Absolute horse **** just called and payed off my plan to switch to another telco #bye

    @VodafoneAU Vodafone keep telling me over the phone that they issued a refund to my bank but it never comes. They instead apply it as credit as I instructed them not to do. I call again and they assured me they will fix it. 1 month later it's still credit and nothing has refunded
