@VodafoneAU After explaining I didn't ask for that to happen and I shouldn't been told to pay more money for a mistake Vodafone staff made. They told me they were going to reconnect my NBN. 3 days after still not working. My monthly bill arrived yesterday. Full amount.

@VodafoneAU Our nbn connection randomly dropped out a few hours ago and now the 4g backup lights on the modem don’t turn off even though there isn’t any outages. So we’re stuck with slow speeds

@VodafoneAU so tou guys are tpg now as well. Well you did some maintenance this morning Now I'm having issues getting internet connection. All my devices say they can connect to my modem but just not to the internet please tell me something is wrong atleesat that mean your wor
