    @Aus_Driver_X @VodafoneAU You say thanks sarcastically, like they've literally purposely gone out of their way to screw your day. But yes, it totally sucks, and you might need a backup system with another provider (who might also fail, but they don't usually fail together)

    @bonditransit @VodafoneAU Same. I had to call my office to have them clock me out from my client's house.. Since I have zero connectivity to data..at least I was able to actually call them before my service died completely. Too bad I actually need to use my phone to get to my next client.

    @VodafoneAU Hi Vodafone, Just a quick message. I have zero data services at all, and haven't since 11am. My phone is not dropping in and out, there is just zero reception. When do you foresee the rectification of these issues? Regards.

    @komisches @VodafoneAU Never said that was their fault. Just educating the people reading about how little we make. It is however embarrassing when a major network goes down for more than two hours on the busiest day of the week when people rely on it for their job.

    @VodafoneAU WTF?? Is this @VodafoneAU . I am unable to make any calls nor use the data. I am driving and working around now I have been stuck somewhere and can’t go anywhere now. Such a worst experience I am facing right now.

    @AidenF @AnneZanchetta @VodafoneAU Absolutely. Tweeting a notice to people is quick and easy since this is where they're receiving enquiries. In my experience a mass text/email takes some more time to implement, and often by the time you do that, the outage is nearly over. They may be waiting to see how bad it is
