Greg Diaz (@CryptoWithGreg) reported@VodafoneAU 3. And on top of that I have called up to cancel the Amazon prime subscription 4 times. Have replied to stop Prime 4 times via text message and manually cancelled the subscription 2 years ago and still to this day I am being charged for it.

I just get a blank screen and I can't relogin because it tells me to ring a number. I just wanted to see how much my phone bill will be now that your increasing plans.

Greg Diaz (@CryptoWithGreg) reported@VodafoneAU Vodafone keep telling me over the phone that they issued a refund to my bank but it never comes. They instead apply it as credit as I instructed them not to do. I call again and they assured me they will fix it. 1 month later it's still credit and nothing has refunded
