    @VodafoneAU The Vodafone website now says that some customers are experiencing intermittent network issues . I’d say it’s a pretty bloody big issue if my SIM card didn’t even recognise I had a service with Vodafone.

    @JulianBurnside Surely they cannot be worse than @VodafoneAU. Multiple hour long calls to their overseas call Centre and I still have to ongoing issues with incorrect billing.

    @VodafoneAU been chasing up a resolution on a support issue for over a week now. Somehow claiming I’ve used more data than I have. No updated for days but magically 16gb usage has showed up from 2 weeks ago that wasn’t there when I raised the issue. Wtf sort yourselves out

    I have seen incompetence but @tpg @tpgaustralia is a different level @VodafoneAU , been with both TPG and Vodaphone for 11 Years , hope Vodaphone is able to fix them
