    @VodafoneAU Hi. Thanks for reply. Account 955368460 I realise I have an overdue amount. I’m trying to work out a solution to pay of bill but have my device available for use I’ve just taken a second job to stay on top of living costs and need internet connection for this role.

    @VodafoneAU same outcome. Frustrating. He went away, did some stuff out the back, then spent about 15 minutes on perma-hold waiting for customer care. Gave up. I left having spent about an hour there, with no change in the functionality of my service. Very frustrating.

    Hi @VodafoneAU Is something wrong with your voicemail? I just went to delete the pest messages that were left on my service on the weekend and I cannot get into my messages. I can only change my greeting

    Hey @Kogan @VodafoneAU what is the issue that my NBN hasn’t worked for 5 days and now I’m being told I have to wait another 24hrs for someone to press the right button to get my connection back up and running #useless
