    @VodafoneAU Great service, your customer service website “doesn’t recognise “ my account…….yet I get 7 text messages every month telling me that the same amount of money is coming out of my account every single month, every month 7-8 times, now look at all my coverage on VODAFONE??     @status_is_down @VodafoneAU mobile network is always very weak along Parish Street and Harvest Street in Elara Marsden Park. Now NBN is also down in MP, and Vodafone is very unreliable.

    @VodafoneAU International roaming - appalling. We’ve been loyal customers for years and spent hundreds of dollars on roaming. Didn’t work in Malaysia. Three attempts over 24 hours with your support and zilch! Shame!
