    @VodafoneAU Great service, your customer service website “doesn’t recognise “ my account…….yet I get 7 text messages every month telling me that the same amount of money is coming out of my account every single month, every month 7-8 times, now look at all my coverage on VODAFONE??     @VodafoneAU when is the migration to the new logins occurring ? The app is limited to the new logins and I can’t create a new one because I’m an old customer and your workflow is broken.

    @VodafoneAU Very disappointed with Vodafone! I’ve had a serious issue with them went to the store, called customer service many times, and still no one could fix the problem. Terrible service and unhelpful staff. I just wish someone honest and professional could fix things. #VodafoneFail
