    @fictillius @sylmobile @VodafoneAU It's pretty stupid though - it brings SMS into the 21st century and is interoperable. I guess they deem it low priority due to iMessage being the default.

    @VodafoneAU worst customer experience. Trying to get phone unblocked for work use. Bill is overdue due to rising living costs. No empathy or help from customer service team. Just sorry can’t help you because you recently asked for an extension. Cant wait to close account.

    The service is mostly ok, but when the network goes down, like today, good luck getting any answers or getting hold of anyone at @VodafoneAU Very disappointing... The My Vodafone app is rubbish!

    @JulianBurnside Surely they cannot be worse than @VodafoneAU. Multiple hour long calls to their overseas call Centre and I still have to ongoing issues with incorrect billing.

    Why has NBN speeds been so slow. I’m paying for 500 mbs but getting 3-400!!! #VodafoneAU
