    @VodafoneAU same outcome. Frustrating. He went away, did some stuff out the back, then spent about 15 minutes on perma-hold waiting for customer care. Gave up. I left having spent about an hour there, with no change in the functionality of my service. Very frustrating.

    As we speak, @Optus, @VodafoneAU, and @Aussie_BB are all down, with no signs of news as to why all 3 are all down at once. I’m calling it - there’s been a massive hack of some sort. #australia #geelong #internet

    @VodafoneAU trying to reset my password & put in my email/DOB - but never get the code to my email to continue. Tried a few times now & still no luck. Checked spam too before you ask.

    Hey @VodafoneAU What was wrong with your service today? 5 devices on 3 different accounts all running Vodafone sims, yet we could not get any data service for hours at the @ausgrandprix. Luckily someone had a @Telstra wifi we could hit spot off. Will this continue all weekend?
