@VodafoneAU So your working so hard but I have absolutely no internet connection, and absolutely no network service. It's not even intermittent. Im lucky I have WiFi at home. Im so mad that I've just renewed my contract with you, I should have changed provider.

So @VodafoneAU I had my network back for a hot 5 minutes and it's all dead again. Can't make/receive any calls, texts etc. Pretty concerning because this means my elderly grandparents can't contact anyone in my family if there's an emergency since we've left their home...
