Hope u fix your app. U are increasing ur plans but the service is poor!

I was thinking of cancelling it & sticking with VodaFail coz nbn is too expensive. Thank God i didnt cancel it. Wish i had checked twitter first before wasting 30 mins of my time trying to figure out if it was something to do with my phone config. #VodaFail @VodafoneAU doesn't even let me login on their website. Code not sent to Email.

(@modonedg) reported.@VodafoneAU Any one have the same problem Im having with logging in to my Vodafone app. I have complained several times to Vodafone support without any resolution. It is now several weeks and they admitted it’s a problem with their app. Any longer and we must shift to other carriers.
