Hi @VodafoneAU. Wondering why your data speeds are so slow in Cygnet TAS? Full signal (albeit 3G) but only getting 0.3Mbps consistently. This is the same in other towns nearby. Same experience on both Google Pixel and iPhone so it's not the device. Are you throttling speeds?

Every time I try @Telstra again, I'm let down. Here's to a week on the road with a broken mobile hotspot 🙄 Considering they're the "business choice", there's a reason I've been a @VodafoneAU business customer for over a decade or so.

@VodafoneAU I’ve already lodged a TIO complaint. I don’t like and have no time for getting the runaround.

@VodafoneAU hey i know you guys are doing upgrades and stuff. but these signal drop outs are ridiculous. i havent had a 4G signal, or any signal, in the last week or so that hasn't dropped out or just disappeared. the least you could do is communicate this better with customers
