@VodafoneAU Yes, thanks, I work in tech, I know *why* it happens. What I don't understand is why Vodafone doesn't appreciate what a **** customer experience that is. I'm a parent of a young adult. When I get a text at 12:30am, I'm immediately awake, heart racing, fearing the worst.

@VodafoneAU extremely disappointed with your service. 1. Accepted exclusive offer, but you switched me to the wrong plan (worse than what’s offered on website) 2. Billed me $20 extra for latest month prior to switch 3. No investigation outcomes after promised 24-48 hours

@VodafoneAU hey i know you guys are doing upgrades and stuff. but these signal drop outs are ridiculous. i havent had a 4G signal, or any signal, in the last week or so that hasn't dropped out or just disappeared. the least you could do is communicate this better with customers
