@VodafoneAU The stress, angst and suffering from the concerns of paying for a service that has stopped, not being able to work or surf the web or for a few hours can all be alleviated with a change of the mind. Life is too short to have things out of one’s control effect one’s mental state.

@VodafoneAU Good to know, but it's not intermittent from 4G to 3G, it's dropping between 3G and no signal, and the 3G cannot activate data. It's not slow speeds, it's no speeds. What is causing this mass outage?

  • shinyhomo levi ⚡️ #teamrose (@shinyhomo) reported

@VodafoneAU People need to stop complaining, all networks go down at some time. Telstra and Optus do as well. You can’t expect things to go perfect all the time.

  • funfitfab40 Thewie (@funfitfab40) reported

@VodafoneAU why are you not working? Let me know if you get this message...internet is shite today 😭😭

@VodafoneAU Do you support Prepaid eSIM plans, or the ability to convert a Prepaid SIM plan into an eSIM plan?

  • eatmeetswest Bri (@eatmeetswest) reported

@AidenF @AnneZanchetta @VodafoneAU Absolutely. Tweeting a notice to people is quick and easy since this is where they're receiving enquiries. In my experience a mass text/email takes some more time to implement, and often by the time you do that, the outage is nearly over. They may be waiting to see how bad it is
