@VodafoneAU It’s 3087, our internet has essentially been down since 10pm last night. I’ve missed deadlines and have had to hotspot for work today. Am I going to be reimbursed on my phone bill for this?

Honestly @VodafoneAU you've made it impossible to get support. The android app won't login as it keeps requesting a fingerprint login and a PIN won't work either. I can't access support via website because it only points to the app or a phone # and I can't get on a long call atm.

@VodafoneAU Have just spent 2hrs on the phone with your amazing employee Saurab. Most informative and helpful of the lot. Still no long term solution, so if we don't get the call back tomorrow morning from his colleague, then we will most certainly be contacting TIO.
