@VodafoneAU Not only that but I’ve been a loyal customer with you guys for 18 years, never went to the competition (who mind you at this rate are looking like a better option). I’d rather pay more with the strong competition than be constantly pulling my hair out.

@VodafoneAU Is there a reason that you Vodafone were unable to let customers like myself know that there were problems? I have 3 phone plans, we couldn’t make calls or receive calls for 5 hours? Heard about the outage on the News! This, may I say is Very Poor customer service?

So I went into an @VodafoneAU store today to seek assistance in accessing their “my Vodafone service” which I haven’t been able to access for a while now and was told they can’t help me. What’s the point of having a store to assist customers if you aren’t going to help #vodafail

@VodafoneAU I paid over $100/mth for Vodafone service, got over 100 G data already. All rite, free data is 100% useless for customers who are in the high premium paying group! I am sure you realised it better than me, you guys just like to avoid the responsibilities
