    @VodafoneAU Total negligent response Ordered a Pixel 7 pro on a Black Friday Sale(3 months back) and was charged twice. For which one of them was supposed to be a direct debit and the other was charged out of my account making overdrawn. No Proper response from customer service

    @aHam_Vagabond @NBN_Australia @VodafoneAU Same here… received an email from iinet stating NBNco is investigating an outage but on NBN co’s website ‘no NBN network outage detected’ for our property. Confirmed by iiNet support about the NBNCo issue aswell.

    @VodafoneAU next to no service this morning in 5064. Normally 5G but is swapping between no service at all and H+. And yes, I have restarted my phone.

    @danielarlington @VodafoneAU Same issue here!! Plus my phone internet is rubbish so can’t even hot spot properly. Would be good if they posted instead of having people dm their postcode.

    @VodafoneAU It’s 3087, our internet has essentially been down since 10pm last night. I’ve missed deadlines and have had to hotspot for work today. Am I going to be reimbursed on my phone bill for this?

    Yesterday I lost @VodafoneAU phone signal while on George st Sydney CBD. The app has frozen over and can't be accessed. And now, for some reason some are receiving SMS from me from a different phone number to others, indicating that the phone # transfer possibly hasn't worked.

    @VodafoneAU This is ridiculous. I cannot get in touch with Support over the Phone, Chat, FB, Twitter! NBN has been down in the 3335 area since last night.! We have work to do and require the internet! How can we get this fixed?
