Dear @VodafoneAU, I'm making this a PUBLIC complaint. WHO has given you a permission to sell my number to #CraigKelly and how could you do that to begin with?! I have never give you a permission whatsoever. You are not authorized to sell my number to anyone whatsoever!

  • kkiaara kiara svilicich (@kkiaara) reported

Get your sh*t together @vodafoneau second time in a week that we’ve lost service and can’t make outbound calls… wtf are we paying for?!

  • deanrayray Dean Raymond (@deanrayray) reported

@VodafoneAU @yonikin_au Got the same issue in St Kilda, Vic. Been on SOS for an hour and a half now

  • Firedingo Firedingo (@Firedingo) reported

@VodafoneAU Yes I know that.....but would you be willing to give customers a solution to block them and a choice to take it up?

  • clarenceb30 Claire Baxter (@clarenceb30) reported

@VodafoneAU how do I unsubscribe from marketing texts please? There's no unsubscribe link and it just says 'sender doesn't support replies'

  • Firedingo Firedingo (@Firedingo) reported

And Customers could subscribe to this list. Then you could stop such messages reaching your customers and I'm pretty sure more than a few Australians would happily pay you for such a service. What about you @Telstra & @VodafoneAU? Reckon you guys could all do something here 2/2

  • gavinnouwens Gavin Nouwens 💉💉 (@gavinnouwens) reported

@VodafoneAU I understand that @VodafoneAU, my point being thousands of your customers are saying they don't want to receive these messages. Is Vodafone legally obligated to provide this service? Is Clive Palmer's text message business more important than your thousands of other subscribers?

  • Merlinman10 MerlinVickisman (@Merlinman10) reported

@VodafoneAU @gavinnouwens The messages are an issue for people with private numbers, or those escaping DV, or living in hiding due to DV or harassment - this isn’t good enough!

  • mcornetto mcornetto (@mcornetto) reported

@VodafoneAU your online website chat support is the most terrible support I have ever used. I am abroad and have been trying to resolve a problem for nearly a month. No one connects or they say the problem will be fixed and it isn't. Terrible.

  • JonInQLD Jon (@JonInQLD) reported

@VodafoneAU Cool but can we focus on the core business too? Still waiting for some idea of iPad 12.9 stock or a wait list or someway to not have to randomly check the website....but shirts help me too I guess
