    If someone needs the emergency services it's an emergency. I don't need some clown from @VodafoneAU calling 30 minutes later asking if "the problem was resolved." That's the point of an emergency line. What happened? Why could I not call 000, or 112 or any emergency number?

    @VodafoneAU No way. I’ve called you 10 times. Ain’t speaking to a robot and spending my time typing out the issue when I’ve reached out more than I should as a customer. next time I call is to cancel.

    @VodafoneAU Why is it so hard to sign-up to your service? I've been resolving issues every second day for two weeks now. It's like every agent is trying to cancel and re-subscribe me in order to meet some kind of sales/commission target. This has been the most frustrating experie
