    @VodafoneAU Tomorrow I am going into a Vodafone store to swap over my modem (which seems to be the problem) for a new one. One of your customer service reps in particular has been a huge help. Please tell management that Shabina deserves a pay rise!

    @Telstra Thanks but it’s with the #TIO now. @Telstra 7 days with no 4G and still nobody at #telstra can confirm this. Waiting for #complaints area to fix and then taking all my telco to @VodafoneAU Thank god for choices, no longer paying this mob $300 a month for incompetence service

    @VodafoneAU Tried all that. There is a problem with Vodafone’s modem/nbn connection. Unfortunately, it just doesn’t work so we are disconnecting and going back to our previous provider. It’s a shame, because Vodafone’s customer service is very good.

    @VodafoneAU I will give you a chance but I'm extremely disappointed by the way this has been handled, and the lack of response. I have been subject to rude and disrespectful conduct from @VodafoneAU so far. Let's see if you can do any better...

    @VodafoneAU Thank you for getting back to me. MyVodafone isn't working either since you've successfully cutoff my cell service. Its my iPad SIM card that's still activated. I have tried everything to reset the password, yet its not working. Any other suggestions?
