@kentparktweet @VodafoneAU I’m with Telstra and they did the same thing. ‘Improvements’ that meant little to no coverage for weeks. I made a complaint, why should I pay for a service that’s non existent. They gave me a credit on my bill and service was restored the next day.

@VodafoneAU any plans to fix the Android Vodafone app? Have never been able to log in once since the new version launched, and judging by the countless number of 1 star reviews I'm hardly the only one who thinks an app that can't even log you in is functionally broken and poor.

@kentparktweet @VodafoneAU NBN “upgraded” our street for fiber coming soon, and completely screwed our copper. Just our house. 2 weeks of complaints to the authority to try and get them to fix it finally got it resolved. Daughter was working from home at the time couldn’t do diddly squat.
