Just received a phone call from @VodafoneAU asking me if I wanted to change my mobile provider to Vodafone. Problem is I’m already a Vodafone mobile customer. When I told the telemarketer this they just hung up.

@VodafoneAU I did, they said that my modem had very low frequency and changed it to high. I restarted my NBN box and router. Nothing changed, maybe the upload speed went back to normal but I can't remember if it was slow below or not.

@VodafoneAU Hi @VodafoneAU the NBN and mobile service is Throsby ACT 2914 has been really terrible. I have reported the NBN issue #3-108O0OT3E on Thursday and on a daily basis reported back this issue to the customer service. On everyday’s call I was promised a 24 hrs for resol. Still waitin
