@FionaRoseT @VodafoneAU Aldi use telstra towers and are soo much cheaper. I live and travel around regional Victoria with no issues. Pick a plan, select auto recharge and your unused data keeps rolling over. I was with telstra for over 20 years. Don't miss them at all.

@WatsonsTroops1 @JarrodKent @VodafoneAU And that’s really no difference to Vodafone either. Becomes a disaster when I deliver cakes regionally and my GPS dies out - I’m legit the worst person for this to happen to, I have no sense of direction, I’d get lost in my own neighbourhood 🤪

After 2 weeks of constant arguing and wasting my time, after I lodged a complaint with the TIO @VodafoneAU finally agreed to credit me for the charges on my account that I didn't owe, all because they failed to cancel my NBN connection when I changed providers.

2 weeks now since @VodafoneAU and @NBN_Australia disconnected my NBN without notice. Just blaming each other... Or me. Voda hold music is that John Mayer song Lockdown (Queen of California). Really feeling that customer-centric sensitivity right now #lockdownSydney
