    So the FTTN service that had been supposedly canceled is now working. @VodafoneAU claimed it was my modem. I'm using that same modem/router connected to the NBN fibre optic. Either it's a miracle or something broken got fixed.

    Oi @VodafoneAU what the hell is going on with these random drops? The last four or five days, literally all across Sydney Multiple people in same boat, ALL on Vodafone Fix your ****!!!

    @VodafoneAU 'hey...We can give you a better @NBN_Australia deal: 'Come in, cancel current account & we'll rejoin you straight back up.& 2 hours in store....finally get new modem. 'plug & play' Another 45m on the phone...cos we now have no internet. & They have no clue when.

    @GrainsMae @grheard @VodafoneAU I agree, its pretty poor advertising. Perhaps its because Vodafone has always been city centric

    @JulianBurnside Where is their Call Centre based? Been having a lot of issues with @VodafoneAU, their system is horrendous.

    @VodafoneAU why am I having to call for the third time to speak to the third person in regards to the international minutes that I was promised - each time I have called I have been told the problem is sorted and then I get another message saying more charges have been added.

    @stationmum101 @soupercocky Introduce Mark and Col to each other, suggest that they start a consultancy for rural/remote landholders who @VodafoneAU says don’t exist, and watch them rake the money in. They could probably help you grow ****, too, since that’s usually the solution to everything.

    Why has NBN speeds been so slow. I’m paying for 500 mbs but getting 3-400!!! #VodafoneAU
