    @VodafoneAU Also, why are the free upgrades limited to 1 per customer with Vodafone (according to the email fine print)? A friend on Telstra had his all 3 of NBN services upgraded for 6 months. One of my Vodafone NBN misses out on an upgrade 🥲 Can you have a look at this too?

    @VodafoneAU Your phone reception for Central Coast NSW is getting worse and worse everyday. Only 2 bars even 1 bar. Have reset network setting and still the same issue #nothappy

    @VodafoneAU The only issue is that the store (appears) to have had some difficulty with activating the 4G 📶 backup SIM. Customer service stated this might take 24 hours 🤔. Hopefully this will be activated soon. 🙏
