    @VodafoneAU I just wanted to cancel my Vodafone NBN service 😰😰. So far I’ve spent 1 hour 40 mins chatting to Vodafone staff (it’s impossible to call them during the pandemic). It was all agreed today. Tonight I get a bill indicating the service is not cancelled. WTF!!

    @Optus so we are now into week 3 of no service to my Apple Watch and no idea when this will be fixed even though I have had a tech unpair my watch many times, many attempts and trips to the store and 2 new sims... what’s the plan @Optus move back to @VodafoneAU

    @VodafoneAU Hi nurse here trying to apply with aphra number, tried multiple times saying invalid email... it’s the email I use and you have on record. Been on hold 1555 number going on 30 minutes please help

I have a Visa debit card instead, it works and looks like a credit card but uses my money. I use it for everything, have some accounts linked to it for regular payments, never had any problems, never been knocked back. Highly recommended

    Pretty much decided I'll be extending my relationship with @VodafoneAU. Other than a 3 year stint elsewhere I've been happy with their mobile service since 1998.

    I went to the shops today to get info on NBN plans. Spoke with @Telstra , @Optus , @VodafoneAU and @DodoAustralia . One decision was made - I will never give 1c to @DodoAustralia . Rude, condescending and made me feel I was wasting their time asking questions.

    I just had a very good conversation with @VodafoneAU through their live chat and once again I'm very satisfied with their customer service as all my queries were answered in a short time. altough it didnt solve my problem.

    I’m truely amazed at how slow @VodafoneAU’s rollout of 5G is going. The Sydney CBD, harbour and popularist areas have zero coverage. Not a huge push to help pending iPhone handsets with 5G. #Vodafail #VodaTPG
