    Signed up with @VodafoneAU 2 weeks ago for FTTP. My internet then stopped working. @VodafoneAU customer service claimed existing FTTN had been canceled. @NBN_Australia says no. Got FTTP today. Now receiving my "cancelled" FTTN and not FTTP 500MBS I requested 2 weeks ago.

    @VodafoneAU International roaming - appalling. We’ve been loyal customers for years and spent hundreds of dollars on roaming. Didn’t work in Malaysia. Three attempts over 24 hours with your support and zilch! Shame!

    @fictillius @sylmobile @VodafoneAU It's pretty stupid though - it brings SMS into the 21st century and is interoperable. I guess they deem it low priority due to iMessage being the default.
