    @VodafoneAU My husband has received such appalling service. He has a phone on a 36 month plan, which is still under contract. The phone battery swelled up and Vodafone is refusing to cover the cost $109 of repair. Seems like a break of Australian consumer law @checkouttv

    @VodafoneAU terrible! Bought nbn in late April. Still no FTTC box after three weeks! After enduring hours of waiting on the phone, the kid could only say “it’s pending” then cut off! This is really quite ridiculous!

    Although my understanding is that’s it’s an NBN outage, not a @VodafoneAU outage. So there’s not a lot they can do other than tell me there’s an outage. Which they did. Now back to my original request...

    @VodafoneAU I’ve charged my pre paid plan today and the internet is not working. I’ve trying to fix it for more than 1 hours in the chat and it was unsuccessful, and the chat became instantly offline

    As a web developer I learned that @VodafoneAU network blocks traffic to locally hosted web servers using ngrok (for testing purposes). I used my mobile phone to connect to local server running on my computer, but it didn’t let me connect to it. The work around was to use a vpn.

    @VodafoneAU so I now owe Vodafone $745.62 for something we already paid, but Vodafone messed up. Then the support agent just ended the call because it’s a bit awkward dealing with a customer you’ve just illegally scammed over $1400 from. Not happy.

    @VodafoneAU I think as a business we should also ensure not to impact the customers and charging customer for your down time is not fair. And it is not 1-2 hours but it is from last 4 weeks.

    @VodafoneAU is having planned outage(confirmed by their customer support when called) in Australia pin code-2150 from last 4 weeks without informing the mobile customers, which caused lot of frustration of network drop. This is not fair. And as a customer you still need to pay.

    So this is how it works over at @VodafoneAU pay out your device, pay for the last month of service, then change to another carrier. Takes @VodafoneAU over two weeks to port your number then they send you a $8.00 porting fee out of nowhere when you discuss all costs when leaving.
