@VodafoneAU terrible! Bought nbn in late April. Still no FTTC box after three weeks! After enduring hours of waiting on the phone, the kid could only say “it’s pending” then cut off! This is really quite ridiculous!

@VodafoneAU After being a customer for over a decade dealing with your useless overseas call centers over yet another voda bill stuff up giving me a $1300 bill, restricted phones and many attempts trying to get help including passed to 6 depts hung up on twice bill paid & bye 🤬

@NBN_Australia @VodafoneAU now onto my 9th glorious day of hotspotting my phone for internet since you two can't seem to agree who's responsible for fixing my service. Passing the blame back and forth constantly is getting a bit dull. Not great when we're trying to work from home

@VodafoneAU I've tested on an Internode, Vodafone and Felix accounts on different devices, clearly not my service or phone. All shows the same issue and congestion. Don your system show no congestion at all? So many rural towers are like this.
