  • jono_hayward Obi-Wan Gaynobi 🔜 #PAXAus (@jono_hayward) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@mrgnarchr @VodafoneAU I doubt they would. Sounds like something customer support would say to appease angry customers. The truly sad part is they probably have plenty who would demand someone get fired over it.

@VodafoneAU When is outage going to be fixed in West Melbourne

  • mcpherson_tom Tom McPherson (@mcpherson_tom) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@VodafoneAU My husband has received such appalling service. He has a phone on a 36 month plan, which is still under contract. The phone battery swelled up and Vodafone is refusing to cover the cost $109 of repair. Seems like a break of Australian consumer law @checkouttv

  • edzhao_com Ed Zhao (@edzhao_com) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@VodafoneAU terrible! Bought nbn in late April. Still no FTTC box after three weeks! After enduring hours of waiting on the phone, the kid could only say “it’s pending” then cut off! This is really quite ridiculous!

  • muhammadjurial Muhammad Jurial (@muhammadjurial) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

I have reported to @BelongAU service issue in porting my number from @VodafoneAU as I am not getting calls from Landline numbers but still no update on that, not sure where to escalate further. Last resort will be #TIO

  • adriansarafim Adriano Sarafim 🗯 (@adriansarafim) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra @Optus @VodafoneAU I am a primary school teacher with five students who currently do not have home internet. I am happy to pay for the Wifi 4G USB dongles and trying to find anyone who has them in stock. Any help would be greatly appreciated. #Teacher #RemoteLearning

  • IAmPaulHarrison Dr Paul Harrison (@IAmPaulHarrison) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Although my understanding is that’s it’s an NBN outage, not a @VodafoneAU outage. So there’s not a lot they can do other than tell me there’s an outage. Which they did. Now back to my original request...

  • sesameellis Rachel Devine (@sesameellis) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Mumdeep @VodafoneAU That is outrageous! Toll should be ashamed of their poor service and Vodafone better make things right.

  • Horror1403 Peter Horovitz (@Horror1403) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@VodafoneAU Don’t worry. It’s my phone. Not your network

  • boardsman123 Boardsman123 (@boardsman123) reported

@VodafoneAU You absolute phony bastards. I hope you don't plan on getting a great reception once you're back up and running. @Telstra towers over you with service. Your technician screening process must be terrible. 5g gave me a 6th toe and obviously didn't help your service

  • true_farmer IndianTrueFarmer (@true_farmer) reported

I am having issues accessing Internet. None of 4G, 3G working in 3064 Victoria @VodafoneAU #VodafoneAUDown

  • nadia_heta Nadia Heta ✨ (@nadia_heta) reported

    @VodafoneAU It's not slow... it's purely not working 🙃

  • fintanomahony Fintan OMahony (@fintanomahony) reported

@eatmeetswest @AnneZanchetta @VodafoneAU While this outage is bad, consumers (that's us) should have contingencies. Not having a landline is fine if you're house sharing (except when you need to call the fire brigade and you can't find your phone) but running a business without a landline is fly-by-seat-of-pants-esk.

  • ayushprasad28 Ayush Prasad (@ayushprasad28) reported

@VodafoneAU Is Vodafone liable for paying me all the money I’ve lost during the outage?

  • aliyagci20_ali Ali Yağcı (@aliyagci20_ali) reported

@VodafoneAU I’m a Uber driver and last 2 hours I can’t do any work because of the network issue
