-
Tom McPherson (@mcpherson_tom) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
@VodafoneAU My husband has received such appalling service. He has a phone on a 36 month plan, which is still under contract. The phone battery swelled up and Vodafone is refusing to cover the cost $109 of repair. Seems like a break of Australian consumer law @checkouttv

Obi-Wan Gaynobi 🔜 #PAXAus (@jono_hayward) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
@mrgnarchr @VodafoneAU I doubt they would. Sounds like something customer support would say to appease angry customers. The truly sad part is they probably have plenty who would demand someone get fired over it.

Shaun (@Sbarry86) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
@jbugs14 @NBN_Australia @VodafoneAU Well then that’s poor service by NBN
-
Peter Horovitz (@Horror1403) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
@VodafoneAU Don’t worry. It’s my phone. Not your network
-
Rachel Devine (@sesameellis) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
@Mumdeep @VodafoneAU That is outrageous! Toll should be ashamed of their poor service and Vodafone better make things right.
-
Sandesh (@lovyuloads) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
@VodafoneAU claims to have the best 4G network within & around the Melbourne CBD. Probably the best shittiest. Took me hours to load a page on Facebook. 😒

-
Dr Paul Harrison (@IAmPaulHarrison) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
Although my understanding is that’s it’s an NBN outage, not a @VodafoneAU outage. So there’s not a lot they can do other than tell me there’s an outage. Which they did. Now back to my original request...

Baethan Mullen (@BaethanEnergy) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
@Telstra That I (and every other Telstra customer at the game) experiences congestion is self evident. My question was why the so-called “premium” network seems to have the worst experience of this. Other networks (@Optus and even @VodafoneAU) are more useable at these events.
-
KunwarAlok (@aloktg) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
I have not seen mobile network as bad as @VodafoneAU and the charges are just too much.. no value for money
-
Douglas Maciente (@douglasmaciente) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
@VodafoneAU I’ve charged my pre paid plan today and the internet is not working. I’ve trying to fix it for more than 1 hours in the chat and it was unsuccessful, and the chat became instantly offline

Muhammad Jurial (@muhammadjurial) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

-
Ed Zhao (@edzhao_com) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
@VodafoneAU terrible! Bought nbn in late April. Still no FTTC box after three weeks! After enduring hours of waiting on the phone, the kid could only say “it’s pending” then cut off! This is really quite ridiculous!
-
Joss Coaley (@CoaleyJoss) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
@Telstra @Optus @VodafoneAU I am a primary school teacher with five students who currently do not have home internet. I am happy to pay for the Wifi 4G USB dongles and trying to find anyone who has them in stock. Any help would be greatly appreciated. #Teacher #RemoteLearning

@VodafoneAU why can't I get 5G? I have a 5G phone, I pay 5G prices, your add says the world's best 5G bit, I have never had 5G with the 5G phone you sold me. Are you charging for services not provided? Refund for your failure? #fullofcrap @accc where are you? #antiozzie
-
andrew lambkin (@feverpitch96) reported
@VodafoneAU @PeterIacono Well you've been utter hanging rubbish all day in the Mittagong area, and in the last 20 minutes you've been at a complete standstill on a number of perfectly ordinary websites. So bad at the moment that I'm missing the old dial-up! Was last April not enough for you guys?

@VodafoneAU What is her monthly data usage? She has tried your call centre but has trouble understanding the people. They tell her to check My Vodafone. She doesn't use it. They want her account number. She doesn't have it.
-

@VodafoneAU I am in Sydney and I am wondering if there are network problems. I can receive calls but the caller cannot hear me. My wife’s phone is the same and all communication apps work fine. Thanks.

@VodafoneAU how do I unsubscribe from marketing texts please? There's no unsubscribe link and it just says 'sender doesn't support replies'
-
Node Pony (@pony_node) reported
@VodafoneAU Well @VodafoneAU I rang the number. The person said because I have 4 mobile numbers that is too many services and signing up for the NBN makes it a 5th service. So I can't get connected. I HAVE THIS SETUP WITH MY CURRENT PROVIDER, NO ISSUES. Why are you making this so hard?
