    @Celicagirl6 @johncurtin @VodafoneAU Thank you 🙏 Hope you also got connectivity back. My nbn was working. I was thinking of cancelling it & sticking with VodaFail coz nbn is too expensive. Thank God i didnt cancel it. I would have been left with no way to even verify if the problem was with my phone or VodaFail

    The service is mostly ok, but when the network goes down, like today, good luck getting any answers or getting hold of anyone at @VodafoneAU Very disappointing... The My Vodafone app is rubbish!

    @fictillius @sylmobile @VodafoneAU It's pretty stupid though - it brings SMS into the 21st century and is interoperable. I guess they deem it low priority due to iMessage being the default.

    @VodafoneAU been chasing up a resolution on a support issue for over a week now. Somehow claiming I’ve used more data than I have. No updated for days but magically 16gb usage has showed up from 2 weeks ago that wasn’t there when I raised the issue. Wtf sort yourselves out
