    Signed up with @VodafoneAU 2 weeks ago for FTTP. My internet then stopped working. @VodafoneAU customer service claimed existing FTTN had been canceled. @NBN_Australia says no. Got FTTP today. Now receiving my "cancelled" FTTN and not FTTP 500MBS I requested 2 weeks ago.

    @VodafoneAU why do I have no 4 or 5g signal in Newtown 2042? Online support tried to tell me it was a network issue but my husbands phone is fine…..

    @VodafoneAU network maintenance in 2151 has not been resolved… constant drop-out makes your service unusable.

    The myvodafone app is biggest pile of poo. Since they implemented the SMS link the first link for me is always invalid and the second one might let me in or just throw and error saying contact @VodafoneAU fix it. It has on on too long.

    @VodafoneAU absolutely worst ever customer service. This dispute started in January and as per Vodafone resolved after 20 days that too after endless calls and emails. Now when I was overseas my bills again back to what it was before and I know this will Take ages and to solve

    @VodafoneAU trying to reset my password & put in my email/DOB - but never get the code to my email to continue. Tried a few times now & still no luck. Checked spam too before you ask.

    @VodafoneAU im trying ro recharge my crwdits but your app is so buggy that I need to log in several times even if Im in the app. Im into this endless cycle of logging in and then i gave up due to frustration. Hope u fix your app. U are increasing ur plans but the service is poor!
