    @VodafoneAU been chasing up a resolution on a support issue for over a week now. Somehow claiming I’ve used more data than I have. No updated for days but magically 16gb usage has showed up from 2 weeks ago that wasn’t there when I raised the issue. Wtf sort yourselves out

    Hi @VodafoneAU Is something wrong with your voicemail? I just went to delete the pest messages that were left on my service on the weekend and I cannot get into my messages. I can only change my greeting

    @VodafoneAU hello just arrived in USA. Wanting to use the Infinite plan $5 per day service however phone has not automatically connected to eg Verizon. Unable to login MyVodafone as cannot receive authentication text. Can you please assist? Many thanks. 🇦🇺

    @JulianBurnside Where is their Call Centre based? Been having a lot of issues with @VodafoneAU, their system is horrendous.

    If @VodafoneAU actually were proactive in communicating outages as soon as they happened it would reduce the customer rage by 50%!!! But they’ve never actually been good at that imo.

    Hey @VodafoneAU I’m getting scam calls claiming to be from you. The latest ruse is slow internet speed that they have apparently been monitoring over the past two weeks. I can share the number via DM in case you can trace it back but this is not the first time.
